I thought I would love this - but, I didn't! My family prefers Qdoba over this Chipotle. The only reason: taste.

Great food! Only downfall is I wish they could get a consistent source of the "carnitas" pork. It's my favorite thing on the menu and is hardly ever available due to the source they look for. But other than that, great food!

The food at Chipotle needs no more praise added onto it's already sparkling reputation. However, in the case of this very special Chipotle, I'd like to justify my 5 star rating by mentioning a very special employee. His beard is always well kept, his uniform is always on point, and his fishermen style rubber boots really compliment his whole attire. His always cuts up the perfect steak, his chicken is grilled to perfection, and his barbacoa has that hint of love any good beef needs. He can roll a burrito like a fine cigar, and he spreads a salsa like no other. Truly, this employee is fantastic. I love this Chipotle, and i know it loves me, too.

Everyone already knows the food here is flawless, but this particular location is by far my favorite. The employees are some of the most friendly inviting people I've ever seen in a dining establishment. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy about the service I received. I love you Chipotle, you complete me.

First time in, kid's working were less than helpful and a little rude when the wife had a couple questions. The girl who put my tacos together didn't drain the meat at all so I had a sloppy mess. Taste of food was decent, but no better than any of the others with the same format.

Holy cow! The staff working there tonight were so nice! I have a severe gluten allergy and chipotle is one of those places that offers options for gluten free people. When I told the guy behind the counter that I had a gluten allergy he offered to change all the spoons, bring out different cheese and change his gloves! I was amazed! Most people just roll their eyes and begrudgingly do it. But he did everything with a smile and when I apologized for having him do all of this he smiled and said that he didn't want me to get sick. Everyone here is just so nice!!!!!

I consistently find mixes of beans, mixes of meat, and mixes of all of their available items. They are constantly dragging my burrito through the sour cream mess they slopped from the previous burritos. They generally do not keep the line clean; however, if you ask they will make sure to get it all right.

I love this place, although it's quite small! I love their burrito bowls, and they're only $6.50 if you get chicken or vegetables. I also love their bottle drinks. Great price and healthy for college students.

Chipotle,my love....you never disappoint. Between this location and the Kentwood one I make a trip every week. Sometimes I wonder if they put crack in it because it's so addicting.Don't be alarmed if you come and the line is out the door,it moves nicely.

My daughter and I love chipotle and were blown away by the service. We were in line behind 25 customers, obviously prime burrito time, and we were behind a family who was very demanding and rude who confused the person behind the counter so much so that they gave them the burrito that was supposed to be for me. The Manager of the restaurant quickly remade mine and then comped both my burrito and my daughters burrito bowl. I was not expecting this. I was just impressed with how quickly the addressed the issue and would still have given them a great review with how they handled this difficult family. Thank you manager and staff of Chipotle on 44th st. You all should be commended for your hard work, attitude and service!

Went for a quick lunch with the family. This was the second time I have been there and both times I found the food very bland and rather tasteless. It's noisy and crowded and overall just a poor experience.

So far so good! This chipotle is brand new, I'm not a huge fan of the layout/design, but the food and service are what you'd expect from a new chipotle. Hopefully this location doesn't go down hill like the others in the region have after the opening crew moves on, I'd hate to have to revisit this review.

The place is very nice and inviting, but the food doesn't do justice. I tried the chicken and steak tacos. To start the meat was very cold and quite chewy. This restaurant is the farthest from authentic Mexican food. I don't recommend this place.

Stopped in today for lunch and we were surprised by how nice and helpful the staff were. This chipotle is in an excellent location with very nice outdoor seating and landscaping around the restaurant. Several of the tables had food left on them and could've been wiped down a little better. There were a few pieces of trash in the outside seating area that could've also been picked up. Other than that it was a great experience and the food was excellent.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
