Just went yesterday and they forgot to put cheese and guacamole on my southwest cheeseburger. But the buger and wedges were so good and full filling i didn't even mind.

Used to LOVE this place. Every year we would come to Fudruckers. This year however, has ruined our love for Fudruckers for a life time. We will never go back again. This is why... There must of been a new girl at the cashier when ordering because I ordered a completely different sandwich then what was given to me. We got our table and we noticed that the table was completely sticky . So we moved to a different table... After moving to w different table we just completely gave up. That table and everyother table were also very sticky. the salt and pepper were completely coated in some slimmy sticky mess. It was as if no one cleaned anything for months on end. After we got our food... I noticed of course my burger wasn't the burger I ordered . I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger but got a bacon burger instead. I was very disappointed. My husband was eating his burger and noticed that it was very pink in the middle when he ordered it Well done... He also had a problem when biting into his burger.... He bit into something hard... It was a white hard plastic. At first he thought it was hit tooth... But no it was plastic. When trying to flag down a manager... Because our luck was soooo horrible ... The manager just smiled and waved and then walked away. Sooo this is the end of our visiting fudruckers when we are in town. Thanks but no thanks.

So I've never been to a Fudruckers before and this was my first experience. The concept is an interesting one with you getting a topping less burger and then putting your own toppings on. Both my wife and I had the lunch special which was a regular burger and fries. The fries were a small wedge that had quite a bit of seasoning on them. They were quite delicious and were pretty fresh. The burger was a reasonably sized patty and was cooked to medium well, but still had good flavor. The bun was clearly fresh baked and was great! The kids meals came with a fresh cookie which they loved. The fresh toppings bar was quite impressive and was one of the most appetizing portions of the meal. The condiments area was disappointing in that it was just a half dozen of the same big pump containers you find at a ballpark - seems like there could be a better presentation. The restaurant itself was pretty clean but clearly older. The bathroom, while not disgusting was not the cleanest and really needed to be refurbished. Service was pretty good and I was surprised when a manager visited to see how our meal was going. I keep finding misled torn on my rating for Fudruckers. If there were a half star if definitely give an extra half star, but due to the weathered appearance and the not so sparkly bathrooms I have to stick to three stars. We'll likely be back again though.

Great place to grab a good burger. They have a variety of condiments you can add to a topless burger yourself. The staff was very friendly and quick with orders. I went in with a party of 10 & everything from the wait time-to the accuracy off the orders - until time to go was perfect. Especial considering the amount of people that was with me. Everyone said their food was very tasty & the homemade shakes was on point!! One thing that stood out is that the mgr. gained a new friend. One of the members of the party just wanted a roll. . Well they don't sell rolls. So the Mgr. gave him a freshly made bun (which looked like a homemade roll) with melted butter on the top...lol this pleased the 5 y/o very much he gave the mgr. a hi - five & said "this place is alright with me"! They also have a small arcade section for this who like games, & flat screen TV's for those who like watching sports.I had a great time & will definitely be back!

I discovered Fuddrucker's on a high school road trip to North Carolina, when the driver blurted "Fuddrucker's!" and the rest of us looked at him funny. We had to try it, and it was love at first sight. This location is the only one left on our normal travel routes, so I manage to make it here about once a year. I love the overall business model of custom-ordered burgers and a DIY toppings bar, and I especially like that they'll cook your burger medium-rare. They have non-beef burgers, and even fish and chips and, like, one vegetarian-friendly item, but I come here for their burger. The wedge fries are nicely seasoned, but not overly salty. The assortment of items on the shelves around the room gives you something to look at while you wait for your pager to go off. The music is generally not at an intrusive level, and the bathrooms are clean. No, it's not haute cuisine, but I'd you want a hearty, juicy burger, Fuddrucker's is an excellent place to get one.

Great place to grab a customizable burger. All these other new burger places are just copying what Fuddruckers have been doing for decades. Come check out this location. Great new owner and super friendly staff. They have TVs to watch football games, well priced on tap (as well as bottles), and of course, perfectly cooked burgers. ~honest review from an out-of-towner

After about a 5 year hiatus from this place, I noticed they were offering a pretty decent lunchtime price of $7.00 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Considering I pay nearly this amount at Five Guys for JUST the burger, I decided to revisit this place that I once frequented. I was excited to learn that they now offer a wheat bun, which was very good and the quality of the burger and fries was extremely good. I also enjoy being able to dress my own burger with many selections of fresh items to choose from. I will go back sometime for lunch...

The quality of the burgers has really gone downhill in the last few years. It was either the patty itself or how the burger was cooked but in any regard I just didn't think the burger was all that great for the price. Its not just this particular Fuddruckers either - I felt the same way eating at the one in Bloomfield Hills also.

Love there burgers and toppings. The fries aren't very good at all, when you bite into them they fall apart, lower quality ff. I waited 5 minutes at the counter before the cashier came over and no apology or anything I thought that was kind of rude.

Good food, but staff not paying attention to orders. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese kids meal and they "forgot to cook it". So after waiting , and my burger and fries were getting cold, I finally got her order. Only to find out they didn't give her her fries. When I went up again, they told me they were out and have to cook up more. Really? Poor attention skills for it not being busy there.

This place is so over priced and not good food at all. I could not believe the quality and food prices. Go to Freakin unbelievable burgers up the road...same price 100% better quality for the same price.

So the hubby & I decided to come here for dinner because its been a while since we stopped in. We both order burger combos and I must say that we got the same quality good food that we always get from the ruckers. They still have the fresh topping bar for you to choose what u want on your burger and I love the grilled FRESHLY baked buns that they make in house. Also in the bakery area they have dessert to choose from to go with their tasty shakes, but I'm to stuffed this time so no dessert for me.

Was weary due to some previous posters comments... Silly me! Food was great - restaurant was clean, including bathrooms - and staff was friendly, especially mngr. Will return! (It is my personal opinion that corporate Fuddruckers needs to put some money into revamping their image - the look is a little stale - gotta spend money to make money :)

Overall appearance is good but older looking and dated. When you first walk in you are met with metal bars that are meant to herd people in the right direction but I was lost. The menu was odd and all over the place and kinda hard to understand. I explained to the order taker guy that I have never been and he politely explained what to do. He was clean and nice. After the order was taken and explained I was off to search for a seat. This place is large and seating was table and chair only. So booth goers you may want to pass this one. Found a place way in the back, it smelled old but it was clean. Buzzer went off signaling that our food was ready, it looked great...off to the trough of condiment heaven. They have the norm for condiments but then they kick it up with melty cheeses and salsa for your burger. Burger itself was fresh and the bun was even better. The good thing is they cant mess up your order because you are the one putting on the fixings. I love that concept because I always get messed up food. I did like this place and will be back. *Also has video games etc. for the kids too.

Still after having burgers all over the Flint area this is my favorite. I can get one big enough to satisfy me. It will always taste wonderful. And, I put the veggies and condiments on myself! And let me tell you, I can stack! Highly recommend

For the service we received on 5/18/13, we have never received worse treatment by waitstaff than this night and server!! Beyond terrible! Could not get her to pay attention to take order from 4th person in our party, when I finally complained to management, the server went into a stare down with me!! Management was attentive to the problem but unfortunately kept the woman on duty!! What a crock of s***! She should have been taken into meeting, and wrote up, ASAP! Other waitstaff witnessed this horrible treatment and corporate should know!!! We left canceling our $40 order and gave our business to Qudobas! Much better staff!! Much better!!! This deserves "zero stars"! Bu I couldn't leave it blank! I've been there before but can't imagine ever going back! I do want to add that I called corporate hq and they sent us gift card to rectify the problem, I will post an update after going there again

Look, I dont work here so I shouldnt have to build my own burger. I know thats why people choose to go there though. that being said It seems overpriced if I have to do part of the work!

It's consistently good. Seems like the diners may be drying up for some reason. Fewer and fewer lunchtime patrons... I hope they don't go under.

This used to be my ULTIMATE burger place, even when I lived in Houston. I even got a few friends hooked. I'm vegetarian now, their veggie burgers are good. They even serve buffalo and I think Emu burgers! I used to always get the 1/2 lb. burger with frings (onion rings and fries) and devour the whole thing. You probably would have thought I was caged without food for a month. They have a condiment bar so you can add as much as you want. They also have a huuuge pot of melted cheddar cheese. I used to drown my burger and fries.

Arguably the best hamburgers one can get in this area. The ordering process is a bit confusing, and inconvenient, but it's forgivable. Great variety of items, especially hamburgers and milkshakes. Unfortunately their large wooden sign above the ordering counter is not updated, and once I chose my milkshake, I saw others I would have liked more on papers on the counter. Make sure you check all around the place, because the menu is scattered about at random. People seemed to be perplexed about how to form and maintain a line to order, due to some strange metal object placed in front of the counter, which seemed to be designed to help make a line, but actually just got in the way and led to confusion. The buffet style arrangement of additional ingredients for the burgers was a bit annoying, as one has to battle with other customers in order to put some lettuce or pickles, etc on a burger. It's just not a great setup, but it does allow one full control over what goes on their burger. The line was long, and people milled around, getting in the way quite often. The spaces between tables was far too small. Overall, the customers were the most annoying aspect of this experience, due to the layout of the place. The most attractive section of the restaurant was closed off for a private party of some sort. This is the only section with proper lighting due to the windows. The remaining customers were being herded into the dark, tacky, and loud (placed right across from arcade machines) section nearest the kitchen. The noise and poor lighting very much marred my dining experience here, but the food was quite excellent, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is with the environment. Not every square foot of empty space on a wall needs to be covered over with some vintage sign or toy that looks like it came from a garage sale, and the burgers were good enough that I wouldn't have minded being able to fully see what I was eating. The tables are not very comfortable, and there is far too many of them, making the place appear crowded even with a minimal level of customers. If you can get past the poor setup and disorganization, it's actually a great place to go. Try to get a spot in the other section, if it is not closed. You'll find it a lot more relaxing.

This is a great place for burgers. But the hot dogs are wrapped in grilled cheese bread. The milkshakes are good.

This is the place to go for burgers & shakes in Flint. They have slider combos, which I like, or just get the regular grilled hamburger. It's served plain -- just meat and bun -- so you can add on just what you like at the toppings bar. Also, if you're not in the burger mood, or looking for a non-fried side dish, the soup is tasty... I've had the chicken noodle twice, and enjoyed it both times.

Yeah, it's good -- even worth a drive from up north a ways. The place is huge, so feel free to bring a big group! It can be noisy, but that's what you expect. AND they have great cookies in the bakery -- the oatmeal raisin ones are great. Just be careful how you say the name of the place!
