The chicken kafta sandwich is my favorite...I like to have it with hummus and chipotle spreads. I believe I use all toppings but green peppers and tomatoes. The spicy hummus is very tasty. Brandon, the owner, has wonderful customer service skills. I have also been to a party that was catered by Pita Way, and everything was delicious.

I stopped wanting a healthier option, and upon walking in I was floored by the awesome options. I had a falafel wrap with garlic, tabbouleh, and tahinni and as it was the special I had a side and pop for about $7.50. Portions were great and I am seriously not going to complain about price when that is a very average price for lunch anywhere, especially for middle eastern style food. I will have to try the meat options, charcoal grill heats kabobs and what looked like kaftka. They have the flame rotisserie grills for the shawarma . I will return. Oh, the baba ghanouj was quite awesome and the pita chips were great with the dip. The falafel balls were freshly fried in front of me and the way he grills the wrap after making it is just awesome....it gets that perfect crunchy texture. Rice bowls looked good as did the salad options. If you like middle eastern, give this independent shop a chance.

Food is great, and the owner actually works the counter all the time. It's nice to go into a place and actually be greeted by the owner every time. The owner actually remembers everyone and know how you like your schwarma. I've never been a fan of middle eastern food, but Pita Way makes it taste good. Must be the chipotle sauce..:) The beef and or chicken schwarma is a must try.

We eat here pretty regularly. We typically only get the chicken tawook meals, both wraps and rice bowls, love them. The rice is the best, and we always get a side order of just the rice. If I had any complaint, I wish the portions were slightly larger, but worth the money for what you get.

Wife's family lives near this place and it has become a must for me to stop by whether we are just getting to or leaving Clarkston. Fast, affordable, and very well made. Wish I could get them on the west side of the state.

This place is a really awesome addition for Clarkston. With an owner that will often serve you personally, it's got a nice community feel to it. More importantly, it has great food. Both consistent and tasty, this is a great place to stop a eat either for lunch or before an event at Pine Knob. You won't go wrong with a kafta or shawarma. But, if this is your first time there just ask the person helping you. Everyone there can suggest something they think you might like, I promise! Salads are also really fantastic. There's not a whole lot of non-chain choices in Clarkston as far as both casual eatery's and restaurants. I mention specially for casual eating because there are a couple of good places to eat, but they're yuppified and expensive, along with feeling a little too try hard. I'm not going somewhere just because Kid Rock went there. He should be eating here, where the food is awesome and the right price.
