Rude teenage girls with an attitude double they're size. They think they are doing us a favor by serving. They are lazy and they also have hearing problem. So i have been thru drive thru three times and not one time they got the order right. They don't have a monitor at drive thru so u can't see the order and correct them. It is clean but with only a dozen chair. Love the cakes, they always have a variety for any occasion

Do I have to give a star? Does anyone else find it odd that there is a sign at the drive thru that posts their refund policy? "If you get home and don't like the product and don't have time to return it, just put it in your freezer and return it for a refund later" Seriously? It's ice cream. How many times have you screwed it up that you need to type up a refund policy?? Well, of course you had to screw up mine. I would imagine something called "brownie Avalanche" would have more than a teaspoon of fudge on top. No? No. A teaspoon. No exaggeration. And I agree with everyone else. The size of the attitude was quite large. Completely the opposite of the IQ at the DQ.

Came for a mini blizzard yesterday and it was great. The inside of the restaurant isn't huge, but there are a few tables and big refridgerators with premade ice cream cakes, ice cream sandwiches, bars, etc... They have a wide variety of ice cream cones, shakes, blizzards and everything in between. Food menu is pretty limited (hot dogs and bbq sandwiches). Service was fine. I'll be back!

So after a long long time I decided to go through Dairy Queen and get a chilli dog and a malt drink. I used to get them regularly growing up in Massachusetts back in the day. On the north east corner /south east corner of Canton Center Road and Cherry Hill road sits this particular DQ in a small strip mall. The drive thru is accessed from the back, so I drove up and this lady greets me over the intercom and takes my order. I said, 2 chilli dogs please, and a medium butterscotch malt. And there was silence. After a minute or so, she answers back. Sorry sir we do not have butterscotch. Matter of fact we have never had butterscotch. Imagine my surprise, when I am being told by a DQ employee over the intercom, that "we have never had any butterscotch" which was one of the happening flavors of the mid to late 1980's and the 1990's. So she suggests the caramel malt instead. I go with the order, saddened at my fate, of never having the nice creamy flavor of the butterscotch malt ever again to visit my taste buds. And I drove up to the window, and the same lady took my debit card for payment again assured me, she has never heard of the butterscotch malt at a DQ, and she has worked here about 10 years. So then the wait period began. After about 5 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru twiddling my thumbs a young boy about sixteen opens the window and hands me the bag containing the chilli dogs. And thanks me, about to close the window...when I blutter out..."I also ordered a medium caramel malt drink". This just goes to show, newer does not mean better! Caramel malt was ok...but butterscotch malt would have been way better!!!!

Nothing fantastic. Just craved ice cream on a hot day. I ordered two pineapple sundaes, a vanilla cone and a waffle cone. All for me. Just kidding! Customer service was rushed. Canned Pineapple chunks thrown onto a sundae cup without lids. Did I want lids the counter girl asked... While I was holding two cones. Hmm, let me think about that. No one thought to put the sundaes in cup holders for me. I guess it's a self serve kinda mentality. It's ok. I'm not mad. I just had better. Oh and there's a drive through. I should have utilized that. Haha.

My family and I are regular visitors and will continue to be. We usually get blizzards and they taste great (although they seem to be skimping on the Oreos lately). The cones are great as well. Lately the staff has been average with pouting faces but they do a good job. Most importantly the place is always clean.

This establishment receives 3 stars only because they typically make your order decent. I really hate the fact that I feel like a burden on the ditsy, fake, 15 year old girls who are usually on the drive through headset and window. I'm a very polite, outgoing and courteous person, especially when ordering because I've worked food service in a few different places, therefore I have empty. My empathy turns into frustration however, when these teenagers who have no sense of customer service or respect, talk to me like I'm their wicked step mother who forbade them to go to the mall. I realize this is just an ice cream place and I'm just a fatty who enjoys my sweets... But can we all just respect each other and give decent customer service? Please? Much appreciated. Xoxo

I can't comment about the quality of the goods as others have because we never got ours. We were driving down Canton Center and got a hankering for a Wendy's frosty, but as we approached Cherry Hill I remembered the Dairy Queen and suggested to my husband that we try it instead. We pulled in and noticed another car waiting at the drive thru window. We pulled around to place our order and were greeted with a giggly girl who was obviously more concerned about talking to her friends inside than dealing with us. We placed an order for one cone and one dipped cone, were given a total and pulled around. The other car was still sitting at the window. We waited. And waited some more. Eventually they received their food. Oddly enough money was exchanged afterwards which I think lends to poor time management on the employee's part. We pull up to the window, and sit there. And sit there some more. And yet more. Nobody even came to the window to acknowledge us. We saw an employee working the front counter talking to a girl behind her (presumably the one who was supposed to be helping us). My husband tried to wave to get her attention. No go. Two stupid ice cream cones - all of 1 minute of prep - yet nobody could bother getting them to us. We left and went to Wendy's to get the dang frosties. They were half the price, and we didn't have to deal with idiot teenagers. Management: it's fine to hire teens, but you can't leave them alone to run your shop.

Agree with other Yelpers that this place is run by teenage girls with attitudes. I guess that's what you get when you pay minimum wage. Seems to be always busy, so I guess they must be doing something right. Perhaps it is they have a good location and not much competition yet. I'm thinking I might open a place across from this location and show customers what good customer service is and I'd be able to offer a better price because I would not have to pay for all the advertising DQ does.

This location opened last year but I couldn't find it on Yelp. It is you're everyday DQ. Desserts is stressed spelled backwards, what could be better?

It's ok.. this location was a little slow at servers customers but of course they have to deal with little kids running around screaming.

This DQ is just as good as any other DQ. They are busy because of their great Ice cream. I am a fan of the Chocolate soft serve dipped in Chocolate or a blizzard. I usually get the Oreo Blizzard but they have many other options. Options include a couple different cookie blizzards, Fruit blizzards and Candy blizzards this is their signature Ice cream so they have many different options in the three categories. I believe they may have others too. They serve mainly soft serve ice cream. The soft serve is really good too. I have never had bad customer service here and it's usually a clean store. DQ is a great place to get a treat every once in a while.

Went through the drive thru with the kids last night. The outside speaker was broken so each driver had to place their order at the window. Service was PAINFULLY slow. Took over 20 minutes to get two Blizzards and there were only 3 cars ahead of us when we got into line. Place is clean. I've never had a problem with anyone being rude. They need to work on efficiency and sense of urgency.
