Perfect little cafe away from the main drag. The food was delicious. I had the summer salad and a cup of clam shower. They also offer great smoothies. Friendly staff.

I will shortly review the other places in Kennebunkport where I have, this week, purchased good (or at least decent) cappuccino. Unfortunately, Moon Rose "Epicurean" Cafe is not one of them. They tried (twice) but both times delivered a bitter, gritty, yet thin and watery cup of unpalatable brew. It was clear that the woman operating the Rancilio was completely unfamiliar with the machine (and with pulling a shot, in general) - but I had already paid and was committed to suffering the consequences. I did something I usually don't do - I gave them a second chance, sending the first cup of burnt water back. They tried - honestly - all three staffers clustering around the machine attempting to put together a second cappuccino. I genuinely wanted them to succeed. They seem like very nice folks. But the second cup was very grainy, burnt - simultaneously bitter AND weak. Unfortunately, undrinkable. Sadly, I left it on the table and exited. Please - don't train your staff at the expense of your customers. It's not fair, and it doesn't help your business.

Worst customer Service ever. They forgot my order completely then did nothing to try and compensate. they were rude could not of cared less about us as customers! So terrible will never go back and absolutely nothing exceptional about it. I understand things are forgotten but an apology or compensation would have made all the difference but instead I felt embarrassed to ask for my drink after twenty minutes.

Yum!!! I came here twice when visiting Kennebunkport. The fried egg sandwich with the sausage is so good and so is the three amigos grilled cheese. I craved it for a week after I got back home!

Visited these guys over July 4th weekend and can't say enough about them. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient and the food was delightful and delicious. My friend and I ordered the cheesy breakfast sandwich with bacon and threw in iced coffee for good measure. We sat on their outdoor patio and soaked up the sun while they cooked up our breakfast. When the man behind our food brought the sandwiches out you could see the perfectly cooked bacon sitting under gooey cheddar cheese. The English muffin had been swiped with butter before hitting the grill and encased one of the most perfect combinations of breakfast goodness I've had the pleasure of consuming. All in all, a great experience. High-fives all around.

Stopped on our way out of town this morning. Awesome! Homemade maralde with orange zest. So good. Great coffee. The music was nice. Nice European portion sized breakfast. This is nor a bust your gut pancake and egg place but simple.

Service was very slow even though we were the only customers there. You can have any kind of bread you want as long as its white bread. The iced tea was either old or over-brewed. The ingredients in the special wrap of the day did not match the description. Decor is "new dilapidation" even though the opened less than a year ago. It was inexpensive but i left hungry.

Went here because it was the only place open in the off season and I'm really happy that I did! Killer breakfast burrito, maybe the best in town. I've had a few lunches here too and the Fig and Prosciutto Panini is delicious. Owner operated and open all year. I will definitely be back to eat through the rest of the menu!

Stopped in for a late lunch and were happy we did. Everyone loved what they got- paninis were a hit and the soup of the day- butternut squash/ apple - was delicious- chef/owner came by the table to make sure we were happy! You don't get that personal service in many places- we will be back!
