I ONLY drive in for the slushies because I'm addicted. Otherwise I would never return. My order was delivered wrong - I ordered tater tots and got semi-warm fries, I ordered a strawberry watermelon CREAM slush and received a regular slush at half price. Of course I didn't notice this until I was 3 mins away from the location as I hit rush hour traffic. All in all, the service, turnaround time and customer service representatives could use a major upgrade or second look. While I love the slushies from Sonic, this location will not last long if the service doesn't change within six months to a year.

Very disappointed! Check order before leaving.. I ordered a medium mozzarella stick and they gave my a small tater tot not to mention that my food was freezing... If there was 0 stars I would select

In one word"dissatisfied"...Burgers were cold and fries are horrible. Service was great. I won't go back here.

Just had the best customer service I've ever had in The Baltimore area, and it happened at a Sonic! Ivy, who took my order, was incredibly kind as I messed up my order a few times. My milkshakes were out in less than two minutes and the young man who brought the shakes was very nice. He laughed at my finances bad jokes as our ferocious Pomeranian barked at him. He even ran back to our car to give our dog a treat! Incredibly thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations for a fast food establishment.

I went to sonic the other day and it was a great experience. The service was as good as it gets from a fast food restaurant.

This Sonics has an indoor seating area in addition to the pull up and drive-thru. Extra long cheese coney and Cheddar Peppers with Cherry Lime Lemonade was so good! Was not dissapointed. Fast service and cheap food.

I've come here twice and the drive thru service is dysfunctional. You wait entirely too long for having to serve a few cars in line. The customer service is lacking as well. I would equate the service to Burger King or McDonalds. The owner really needs to step up and fix the delays and start modeling the service to Chick-fil-A. 9/5/15, if it wasn't for the slushies i would never come here. Around 6pm, I had a less then enthusiastic drivethru member. Very monotone and didn't even say anything after she gave my food and change. This Sonic is the adopted the unfortunate ghetto McDonald service--don't care if you come and why are you bothering me if you do. But hey, it's all on the owner who hires the employees.

I fell in love with Sonic when I was in the military. Back then there was a fiesta chicken sandwich that I live for. My most recent experience has left me scared for life. I decided to stop here before I hit the supermarket. Placed my order at the drive up and it took about 15 min for the food to arrive. Not too bad. My very "hangry" friend dove into her food immediately only to realize that her chicken tenders were mozzarella sticks. Almost simultaneously I her another worker shouting to our server that she took the wrong order. We handed the box back to the server and even asked how much doe they sell mozzarella sticks for. The onion rings smelled delicious so I asked to add it to my tab and provided the server with my card. She returned wit the card and receipt smiled and roller skated off. I looked at the receipt to see that she without my knowledge or confirmation, charged me for the 3 mozzarella stick eaten by my friend. So as a customer this is completely wrong. While I understand the desire to charge me for the 3 mozzarella stick my server brought to me in error, she should have informed me that this is what she was going to do rather than just swiping my card for an amount that I was not aware of. I brought the receipt back inside only for my server to be the manager. My conversation start with an inquiry of their policy and ended with me stating why she needs to provide me a refund. An experience that left me with a real sour taste in my mouth. Lesson for the day, check your order and double check your receipts!

I used to Love Sonics untill one bad slushie, well after years O finally returned. OMG the food was so good, the only problem I had was that the waitress bought us the wrong food and we of course ate a few of the wrong item after telling the waitress it was wrong and giving the food back she charged us for the item without telling us. I think that is so unprofessional and the fact of the matter is she gave us the wrong food and it was her error. We wouldn't have mind paying for her error if she wouldve explained it but no she was sneaky about it. After all the complaining they finally reimbursed with attitudes. Because the staff experience I will probably never come back even though the food was so good. Sorry next time find better staff or waitresses to compare to the food. Such a horrible experience!!

Fast food. Exactly that! Place was very clean, service was quick and friendly. Iced tea was decent basic iced tea. Double cheeseburger clearly pulled from warmer but otherwise OK- fast food burger from anywhere was my impression-anonymous greasy calories. Same for fries. If you want basic anonymous fast food this is a solid but not stand out choice. Just read calorie count- that lousy burger was 1100 calories!! That's f'ing terrible!! If my ass is getting fat I need a far better treat than mediocre ass burger!!! Docked a star!!!

I didn't even know they had a Sonic in this location. I happen to have just stopped across the street and made a purchase and as I was turning back onto York Road my eyes zoomed in and I could not resist. I pulled into the drive thru and placed my order for boneless buffalo wings, onion rings in a blueberry slushy. Everything was nice, hot and fresh. The cashier at the drive thru window was pleasant also.

I'm not sure why this new sonic location was given such a bad rap. Everyone should understand that during busy hours of a brand new location there are going to be hiccups. It was not busy when I and my 4 friends came in, I recommend sitting inside its basically designed like any run of the mill Wendy's, McDonald's etc you will get way better service this way. There were a few computer hiccups but they were solved in a few minutes and each of our orders was not only accurate but came out at lightning speed. The staff was very kind during the overall experience. The food was on point like with all other locations I've been to. Their new pretzel dogs tasted great but the cheesecake bites although yummy are a bit forgettable. Very liquid and grainy on the inside. But this is fast food I'm not expecting a pastry chef to be working in every sonic. What I'm most satisfied about is I got a ton of food that tasted great for a very small price. Ignore the haters on here sonic is on their way to making their mark on York road just give them time to work out the kinks. Good job sonic!

I don't frequently review fast food places, but Sonic is a guilty pleasure of mine for over 30 of my 39 years after growing up all over the US as a military brat. My food has been consistently good throughout the years in various locations ranging from Oklahoma, Alabama, Missouri, Southern VA and now Maryland right outside Baltimore. This is the *first* of such Sonic's I've seen with a dining room. Visited with the boyfriend around 6 pm. They were steadily busy--service was quick and VERY friendly, our orders took maybe 15 minutes to receive. Is it longer than McDonald's? Of course--they are making the food, not heat lamping or re-heating it. Our fries were fresh from the fryer, his BBQ Bacon Toaster was good, my Chili Cheese Coney was decadent and *just* messy enough without *quite* requiring a fork. Our Cherry Lime Aids were phenomenal as always :D The employees were very social and coming out and cleaning up tables as people left. I will definitely be back if I return to the area, alas I'm only here for work and reside in the DC Metro area (70 miles away) where we live a Sonic-less life :(

I wouldn't normally review a fast food joint but Sonic, in my opinion, tend to be one of the better chains and this location has been so highly anticipated by my husband. (He loves tater tots and Cherrylimeade.) With that being said, I was pretty let down after coming here. Some of the hiccups - longer than usual turnaround time on our order, lack of condiments when it arrived, deer in headlights carhop - can easily be chalked up to the fact that it just opened. The off-putting taste of stale, old frying oil from the tots is just unforgivable and disgusting. And I get it, this is a fast food place so my expectations aren't exactly that high. But as mentioned above, they just opened - so how is it that their oil tastes like that already? Bleh. At least the Cherrylimeade was up to par, so I'll at least be back for that...

Good service, decent food... Man, for fast food, you get some good quality meat in a burger and the size is amazing. A double cheeseburger was way too much for me. This place is new, so if you didn't have great or speedy service, it's understandable. I had great service on a Saturday a little bit before noon, so I can't see a problem...

Wanted: One roller skater with good curbside manner to dish out fast food . We tried this place based on a recommendation from a friend--"The shakes are great!" she said. We got the shakes, the cheeseburgers, the onion rings. Maybe it was a bad day. Maybe. The cheeseburgers arrived from the kitchen COLD. I bet they had cooked a bunch of patties ahead of time to save time--always a bad idea. The onion rings were edible, but with a sweet batter? Huh? Gross! I've never had sweet onion rings until now, and never want to have them again, either. I had to break out the catsup to even out the taste. Cooked onions are sweet enough, right? Am I over-explaining this? I finally got around to the shake--they are indeed thick. Mine had more in store, though. As I sucked and sucked, I eventually pulled up something like semi-congealed milk or part of a condiment. I was so put off, and my girlfriend so grossed out that we tossed them and left. If you can't do a decent hot or (OK, I'll settle on WARM) cheeseburger, then you shouldn't be in business....And I still contend that for the same amount of money, Five Guys will fulfill your every burger need, because they make them fresh the second after you order and you get them HOT!
