One of my frequently visited spots because of the options available during their lobster fest or crab fest. The cheddar cheese biscuits taste just as delicious today as they did 15+ years ago. RL has their Crab Fest going on now and this evening's selections were all tasty - we were all pleased with our food and drinks (triple berry sangria was very fruity & sweet...not sure how much alcohol was in it but it was good & refreshing). Restaurant is always a little cool for me...they keep the a/c cranked up... but hubby was comfortable. Excellent service tonight...John Z, our server, was 'on point' and very attentive

I came here for the Endless Shrimp special. You can choose from several shrimp options. The shrimp linguini alfredo is a must-have. The alfredo sauce isn't too thick, and a large number of small shrimp are mixed in with the pasta. The hand-breaded and coconut shrimp were very good as well. They weren't greasy and the cocktail sauce is excellent. It has a little bit of bite, but it's also slightly sweet. The coconut shrimp dipping sauce is on the sweeter side and has small chunks of pineapple in it - it's quite addictive. Another new option is the sriracha shrimp which are grilled, served on a skewer, and drizzled with hot sauce. They were a little spicy and seemed grilled because they were slightly crispy and really perfect - fantastic! The restaurant, its decorating, and colors are a bit on the drab side. Our waitress was adequate, and the restrooms were very clean. The salad was decent, and the iceberg lettuce was crisp. The overall dining experience was fine for a chain restaurant.

Enjoyed the Seafood Trio of Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo and the Honey Glazed Chicken.Todd had the Brown Butter Scampi, Soy Ginger Salmon and hand breaded Shrimp, with 2 chocolate lava cookies and I'm stuffed. Trish was fantastic! #ronmadmax

Came here with my wife after a good movie. At first we thought that Red Lobster was closed do to the outside lighting was off or not working. We decided on the 4 course meal for $19.99. I decided on getting the scrimp and mussels with a side soup and a cheese cake while my wife decided on the salmon meal. I really was not that impress with the meal because of the baby scrimp and mussels which look like they came from frozen bag of seafood. In my opinion the best thing on menu was the biscuits. I don't think I'll be coming back to this establishment any time soon.

Went there a little on the late side, but the hostess were very friendly as if they had just opened. The only down side was when i sat down and ordered my water, it took the waitress 20 minutes to give me a refill.

STAY AWAY! Went here with my ex-girlfriend a few years ago and split the big ol onion appetizer and a fried shrimp dish, and we both ended up with the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my entire life. I literally went 5 days without eating anything because I was that sick. When we contacted Red Lobster, they wrote us off by saying it must have been something else we ate. Completely disregarded the fact that we hadn't eaten anything else that afternoon / morning, and that our doctors pinpointed the timing of our symptoms to point direction to our Red Lobster lunch. I will never visit this, or any other Red Lobster, ever again.

Service was under-par. Waitress forgot to put in appetizer order and then wanted us to eat it with the entree. It was either her first day or perhaps she was having a bad day. I got a cup of lobster bisque - ugh, clearly canned since it was way too salty. When I did get my entree (garlic grilled shrimp and woodfired salmon) there was NO garlic on the shrimp and the salmon was incredibly bland. Also, the shrimp was rubbery and salmon over cooked. I normally like Red Lobster, but I'd stay away from this one at all costs!

I love seafood restaurants and do not get to enjoy eating at them as often as I would like, I did however have the chance to eat at the Red Lobster in White Marsh and am glad that food was not the only thing that brought me to the restaurant. I enjoyed a great time with friends and the service we had was great, the server even steered us away from a couple items on the menu that were less than desirable in their opinion. Unfortunately all the seafood I tried was less than desirable the shrimp was sitting in a dish of butter, the fish was very overcooked (which is unusual for me as I like my fish on the more done side than most). I would not recommend this restaurant or return to eat there.

I usually try to stay away from chains and every visit to the Red Lobster confirms why for me. The frozen taste of the over seasoned seafood has really become tiresome. The biscuits are not as good as before, maybe because they're not a surprise anymore and if you get an hours old one it turns into an actual disappointment. The fish was almost unpalatable on my most recent visit and the shrimp was either drowned in butter or Kentucky Fried. I would guess most of their shrimp is in the 33-35 count per pound range, 17-19 per pound after breading. Thanks, but no thanks Red Lobster, the only thing I can't reconcile is why there is up to a 30 minute wait at peak times?

Went there for lunch today. Everything was wonderful, hott and fresh. Our server was great too!

The quality of Red Lobster's food has drastically declined over the past few years. I went to this location to celebrate a relatives birthday and ordered a steam pot which was not appetizing or as pictured to say the least. The snow crab legs were not very meaty, the scallops were small and "bite size" and everything else in the pot was very forgettable. Long story short, if you can afford it, skip this place and head to Joes Crab Shack. You'll get better quality for your money and larger portions.

I showed up at 2100 on a Sunday. The place is open until 2200, but the staff were already shutting the place down. They were out of the main thing I wanted. I heard others complain about something I find impossible, but yes they were out of Tea and they were not going to brew more. My meal was OK, but not the best it could have been.

We went on a saturday night, yes, the busiest night of their entire week. We were told the wait is 25 mins. Well, we stood around for about 55 mins or so. The portion of the food was decent sized, but they looked nothing like the menu photos. The actual food were small, sad looking. The need to change the battering on the fried shrimp badly. It's blend. We also ordered their drink special and was told it comes in a special glass, and we can take it home with us. However, it was just standard glass that we got, and supposedly, they ran out...

Red lobster has been my favorite restaurant for years now, and I had no complaints at this one. As always, the biscuits were so delicious! That's the main reason I go here. The clam chowder is really thick and creamy, and never too hot or cold for me. I was really hungry so I got the "Bar Harbor Lobster Bake"..so expensive ;; But well worth it! I like their scallops a lot. I'm used to the location in Annapolis, and when i went to this one the first time the service was a little sluggish than I'm used to. But i've had fine service the next 2 times so i'll give 5 stars and shrug that one incident off. :)

Wasn't too bad, but didn't blow me away either. I will admit the 4 course feast for $17 is actually a good deal, as u get a cup of soup, a salad, an entree and a dessert for that much money. Seafood isn't mind blowing, it's just kind of average. Skip the chain and go find a local place instead.

Celebrated lobster fest. 2 lobsters seafood linguine rice salad and let's not forget the cheddar biscuits. Had to get a to go box for the left over. Friendly staff, our waitress Fallon was real sweet and attentive. Kept our glasses full and checked on us often even had a visit from the store manager. After reviewing other reviews of this location have to say people have their own opinions. After speaking with the manager I would have to say please don't let the negative reviews sway your decision of stopping by and grabbing a great meal. Enjoyed our meal and had a great experience

I would think that the weekend is the busiest time for Red Lobster, so I have a hard time understanding why they appear to be understaffed. This place is huge, lots of tables and space. When we walked in with a table of 3, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. This always blows my mind when I can see plenty of empty tables, however, we sat and waited. Miraculously, a table was available 20 minutes later. I assumed this was a ploy to get others to turn away. But since I was with my Father who loooooves RL, we were there to stay. Once we were seated, the 20 minutes that we saved up front, we used waiting for our waitress. When we finally arrived, she was pleasant and attentive, but again, the food wait took a minute. To me, all my issues could have been resolved if they were properly staffed. I didn't visit during one of the Shrimp Lover Specials or Lobsterfest. Contrary, my visit was during a regular weekend with nothing else going on. The cheddar biscuits are still banging. And even though the prices have increased on the menu, the food quality and taste is still the same. Take that for what's is worth.

If I were to base this review on the atmosphere, service, and biscuits, it would be a solid 4. The food however was a 2 or 3. The food quality is VERY inconsistent! One meal may be perfect and hot - the other cold and dry. This is not acceptable for a mid-scale restaurant where you can pay $20-$30 per person. Food presentation was also lacking. I was disappointed with my entree this time, but have been pleased in the past. If you are a shrimp fan who can eat a lot, be sure to visit when they have the all-you-can-eat shrimp special.

I literally only come here once a year for endless shrimp. I guess the promotion is loosing its luster because I'm just not into it anymore. The food is always just okay at most Red Lobsters, this one is not exception. I always laugh when people ask me if I had lobster or crab or anything other than shrimp here. There's a reason that most people only rave about the biscuits and now that you can get the mix in your local grocery store, Red Lobster may lose some customers. But more power to the people that swear by it and take their dates to a "fancy" dinner here.

Echk! I'm not a fan of red lobster, but once in a blue moon I suck it up and go for my husband. I will admit I'm a sucker for their side salad and biscuits, but my love for it stops there. I had the 4 course menu for 16$. Soup, salad, entree and dessert. I had the clam chowder, nothing special. My favorite, the salad, and I settled on the jumbo coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp was okay- and did come with rice and a choice side. I ended up taking the dessert home (brownie al a mode, sans the ice cream because we were leaving) because I was way too full. My husband had steak and shrimp. They cooked the steak perfectly medium, but his shrimp were the saddest little things I ever saw. I'm talking malnourished shrimp. The place itself could use a facelift. You can smell the dirty rug when you walk in and there was splattered food on the picture next to me. Our server was very sweet. I know red lobster has been in the press about re-vamping themselves. I think it's time to do just that....

"How have you never been to Red Lobster? Are you serious? Not once, EVER??? NO WAY" People were in complete disbelief that I had never been to a Red Lobster in almost three decades of walking this earth. I saw almost no point in going to a Red Lobster to eat frozen seafood flown in from Thailand while we were also standing in a state known for seafood but my friend was insistent we try it for lunch. Given my (very) low expectations and a craving for shrimp, I kept an open mind. When we walked in, I was admittedly a little surprised in the decor. It was what I will call more Ruby Tuesday than TGI Friday in it's level of ambience... a lot of wood and dimmed lighting. I settled on a lunch special. Gumbo - It wasn't terrible, like what you expect from one of those microwavable Campbell's bowls. Should a single-serve Campbell's soup that is eaten out of the container it's sold in be an acceptable baseline to compare against for a restaurant? Absolutely not but again I'm working with low expectations and trying to be glass half full. Salad - Yeah it was bad. Basically it was a bagged salad with a handful of small shrimp seared and sprinkled on top. Dressing was forgettable. I did not finish this part. Pro tip: don't read about how the buy and prepare their shrimp before you dine. Biscuits - Holy crap, these things are great. I probably ate five. Should I go to the grave tomorrow, Dine at Red Lobster has now been checked on my bucket list. It was better than I thought it would've been but still not enough for me to return. It was clean, the waitress was very polite and attentive, and didn't take us very long. Those and the biscuits earn le Homard Rouge two stars.

Food was okay. Not of the same caliber as it once was, but being a seafood lover it's not too bad.

Whoaaaa how things can change in just 4.5 months! I'm assuming our first visit here in March was just a fluke...or maybe the other night was, but regardless, we gave it a second chance and was NOT disappointed. It was packed and I was a little hesitant, but I have to say that they redeemed themselves. Our waiter, Casey, was the best. He kept our table of 6 with filled drinks and full plates. The food was great and we received exactly what we were expecting. I am SO blown away by the difference that I had to update my crappy review from the last visit. I'll go a third time and see what happens. Although, poor Casey might have had a few complaints. He was a victim of my boyfriend's tight-ass, no-tipping brothers. Sorry Casey, you were worth a great tip all around.

The place was packed with an expected wait time of 45 minutes. I'm not very fond of waiting, but my sister wanted her lobster fix so we waited. The 45 minutes became a 1hr 15 minute wait. It was all good though, I sat at the bar and had me a few glasses of cabernet during the wait. I was famished by the time we were seated. The waitress took our order promptly and came back out with them delicious biscuits that they make so well. At which point I was ready for a refill on my wine but being that we're eating seafood I wanted to switch it up to a sovereign blanc instead. Our waitress was kind enough to offer up a glass of water with lemon which did really well as a handy palate cleanser for the wine switch. Due to the volume, our food came out a tad slow but that was expected. My Ultimate Feast tasted especially good because I was hungry. All done and said, this was a good experience. The food is nothing to write home about but you know what to expect. And you really can't mess up broiled lobster and steamed crab legs.

I don't usually eat at corporate chain restaurants but I was visiting my father in MD and he lives pretty close to this restaurant so we decided to go one of the nights of my stay. I wish we hadn't now! The service was just bad. Our hostess sat us at a table where the lighting was completely out when there were clearly other tables that were open with lights. I asked me and my family be moved to a different table. Our waitress knew nothing about the menu when I had asked about some of their dishes and seemed like she was rushing us. The food was even worse. Are you kidding me? You're going to charge that much for obviously frozen small shrimp that were basically transparent, crab with BARELY any meat, and an excuse for steaks (which none of them we ordered were cooked the way we had asked)? I've had better crab at a freakin' hang over buffet. If you're in this area and looking for a spot to eat, I recommend skipping this place and making the extra drive to someplace else for sea food.

If you love seafood restaurants this is not the place to go. Go once every ten years when the last memory has faded. There few entrees that are worth a lunch, the lobster is small, expensive and dry. Most of the seafood, especially the appetizers, are drenched in butter and provide great ammunition for the after meal indigestion. The cheese bread served with each meal is good. The service was poor to average. It is a corporate chain owned by the same owners as the Olive Garden and Bahama Breeze. You can use Red Lobster gift cards at those restaurants as well.
