Dear Chick-Fil-A in Hagerstown, I have a few questions for you: 1. Why were you so hoppin' on Memorial Day? Were you the only restaurant open in the county on Memorial Day, as my hasty research led me to believe? Or do the people of Hagerstown enjoy a spicy chicken sandwich with their memories of veterans? That said, considering the volume of customers, the bathrooms were quite clean. 2. Why did I remember the waffle fries to be so much more delicious than they truly are? The waffle fries, while crispy, are unsalted and taste too much like potatoes. I don't go to fast food joints for food that tastes like its components. I go for fries that taste like Pringles. 3. Along those same lines, is your spicy chicken sandwich slipping? I used to dream about this sandwich. When everyone was boycotting Chick-Fil-A, I thought, "I understand why I would not want my dollars to line these executives' pockets, but that spicy chicken sandwich..." However, I fear the sandwich is going downhill. The breading is kind of mealy, and it sweats off the sandwich while it's still in its slipcase. I guess that means it's goodbye for us, Chick-Fil-A. No offense, Hagerstown.

Yum - yum... Clean one, everything else is what you would want from the franchise!

It just is what it is, fantastic. Until you live some place like Rhode Island, which does not have a Chick-Fil-A, you just do not appreciate what you have. Since I have been there for the past 18 months, this place is just rock solid. So the sandwich with extra pickle and a touch of mayo is just spot on.

I'm not usually a fan of fast food places. Well apart from Pizza joints... You get what I mean. The exception to this rule is Chick-fil-a.good food, with the best customer service. You don't get pissy attitude here. You get genuine smiles & the correct food every time. Oh & their peach milkshakes... Out of this world!

Pamela B. is a dummy. How does one complain about the only restaurant open on Memorial Day while not being so offended that she still stopped in to pee? My complaint is that they were not open on a snowy day. The little sign on your door apologizing does no good when Ive followed 4 of your signs for two miles to get from the highway. Every other business in the shopping center was open.

This is the best that fast food gets. Quality chicken sandwiches with delectable shakes. Plus, the employees are literally the nicest people on the planet. It breaks my heart when customers are rude to them or leave messes for them to clean up. Chick-fil-A is where my fiancee and I stop for meals on every road trip we take!

Best chick-fil-a to date! I went twice within 30 hours. Once for breakfast and once for a late lunch. The chicken in the spicy chicken biscuit was ginormous, hot, and delicious. The lunch the following day was spectacular. My accomplice agreed. Great service and very clean. I wish I lived closer to this location.

Best fast food you can get (except maybe tied with Chipotle). Their chicken sandwiches are always steaming hot - I love the individual wrappers that seal in the heat! Sometimes the sandwiches come out TOO hot, so you can see that they go right in the bags after coming off the grill. Yum. I also love that the managers walk around and offer to get you drink refills or take your trash while also asking how your experience was. Every time I go to Chick-fil-A, I leave feeling underwhelmed at the memory of any other fast food restaurant ever.

Worst Chik-Fil-A ever. After calling ahead to order a special Cobb Salad on my way to work, they gave me a regular salad. It didn't even had enough lettuce, and they didn't even want to replace it. I guess it would have been the same eating a side salad. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Fantastic management in this location. The store is super busy and the entire staff is upbeat and smiling! I waited less than 1 minute for my food and thats during lunch on a busy Saturday! Food was exceptional!

As fast food goes, the best! Always clean, always yummy. The sweet ice tea is the best. You can even buy a gallon and take it with you! I love the Chic-Fil-A sandwich. I get it deluxe, with lettuce and tomato. It's a breaded chicken breast fried up nice and tender. They aren't open on Sunday. Which is sometimes inconvenient. I always choose Chick-Fil-A as my fast-food stop over the multitude of cookie-cutter fast food places out there.

Politics aside, Chick-fil-a is awesome. Sadly, in New England, we do not have stand alone stores. We stopped here twice on this road trip. Super clean and newish restrooms, clean lobby, great food and service. On the way down, we stopped for breakfast. Andy had a chicken biscuit and I had a spicy chicken breakfast burrito. The burrito was surprisingly delicious. On the way back, I got a spicy chicken wrap. It was pretty good, but it drives me crazy that they don't put the dressing on it.

We don't have Chick-Fil-A's in NY, it was everything I wanted it to be and more. The spicy chicken sandwhich was great and I loved the waffle fries. The shakes were great, including the peach shake.

They can whip through a line out the door in no time, and this happens sometimes since they welcome buses. The drive thru takes forever, so if you're in a hurry you're better off walking up to the counter even if you're not dining in. The counter staff is always neatly dressed (which is rare for fast food restaurants in this town!) and very polite. I'm a fan of their waffle fries and their milkshakes. This summer they debuted a peach milkshake which was yummy, although it tasted more like an orange creamsicle. If you go there during peak times prepare yourself for a noisy dining room. They also have an indoor play area, which invites a large toddler crowd. The dining area is hit or miss, but messy more often than not. It is almost impossible to find a clean table/booth that is available. Their kids-meals are very popular and usually include a book or some type of educational material. This restaurants also hosts charity-based events regularly, and sometimes has special events for their toddler-tween customers. Not a bad place to pop in for a quick bite! Just remember, this franchise is always closed on Sundays.
