I'm basing my review off of lunchtime only. My office is very close to this location and every time I placed an order through my phone, the food is almost always ready for me to pickup when I come in. The ambiance is very nice and new. The food is prepared decently and so I have no complaints. I always get my food to go but I definitely wouldn't mind dining in here. The only thing I wish they would change would be to put the diablo sauce back among the condiment stand. They use to have it available but now you have to ask for it and they heavily restrict the amount they give you. I foresee myself returning many more times for lunch.

The white boy at the drive through Brandon was hilarious. My boy friend called me stupid because I made a special order and other names, and he stood up for me. My boyfriend got mad and told him that he wants to fight him by the green turtle when he gets off work. Brandon was waiting by the green turtle for over an hour. And my boyriend was too scared to get out of the car. Realy nice guy give him a raise, thats how you treat a woman/customer

Very rarely do I go for fast food. Taco Bell is one of the places I prefer to other chains. This is the worst one that I have visited in terms of service. It took a good 30 minutes to get my order. This ain't fast food.

Waited. 30 minutes in drive through saw 5 employees inside was not busy inside how does drive through take this long I wanted to drive off but I already paid horrible service !!!

No complaints about taste of food, understaffed drive thru was very slow I paid and got to the window and still had to wait for my food. Almost ran out of gas waiting .. Next till I'll go in or try a more seasoned location

So I don't normally review fast food chain locations but I just had to for this one. I have been coming to this taco bell since I was 4...well my family has. Everyone knows about the stereotypical obsession that people of Indian descent have with Taco Bell. I remember when the staff here was completely careless and almost pitiful about a decade back. I came back here a few weeks ago and I experienced better service than I have at some Fogos or Ruths Chrises. The manager was very informative and friendly, the new staff was cooperative and very apologetic for slow service (even though it wasn't that slow) and the young man who took my order was hilarious. I feel that all places deserve credit where due, hence this review. I also don't understand why some people have posted negative reviews because of the food quality. Taco Bell is somewhere one goes for a quick cheap bite...not a ribeye steak. Noone goes shopping for an Armani Suit at Walmart then complains about leaving with a hanes t-shirt. Why? Because it would make them sound like an idiot. The food at most fast food chains is standardized so the only reason I would see to slander the food here would be if it was worse than at other taco bell locations, which is clearly not the case.

Stay away... horrible service in the drive thru. Super slow. There is always a line even late at night. I waited almost 40 minutes. Cashier during the night time was so slow and unfriendly when i went. He had no idea what he was doing. Some serious improvement need to be made.

If there were a zero I would award it. Every time (which is not often) I visit this location there is a problem! Today I paid for 3 drinks. Guess that is my fault because if you are a group of 20 kids and each ask for a water cup you can get unlimited soda free!!! I went so far as to call the store and the "slow" manager on duty said "I'll look at the cameras". I sat there waiting to see what would be done (one of my students was arrested for this exact crime) and NOTHING was done.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went TWICE this weekend. BOTH times I left and my food wasn't what I ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE. TWICE! Shame on me for not checking the second time.

Went through drive thru. Pretty quick with my order 2 chicken quesadillas. Cut into 4 and only the middle 2 portions have chicken? Wth rip off! Shouldve just went to chipotle! Smh!

Been coming here since 3.5 years. THIS REVIEW IS ONLY LOCATION SPECIFIC. 1. Horrible line - drive thru super slow. Even inside when drive thru is empty and no one inside - still super slow. 2. Food Quality - Horrible. never fresh. 3. Food Stuffing - Always less and haywire. 4. Food Cooked - Always uncooked. I'm a great Taco Bell lover even tho it's not healthy n bla bla.. but this is the only one freakin location I've ever been which is soon disastrous in every way. Franchise owner - There's something definitely wrong at this location. Please check with the manager and or the staff trainer. Maybe you are not even making the money you think you should be making.

Go to this location at your own risk. Service is horrendous and drive thru wait times are irrational. Typical wait is so long that I just got used to it and just try to go as late at night as possible - even that doesn't help. Went Sunday - waited 24 minutes and cars never moved - had to get out of my car and ask the car behind me to back out. - They are incapable of prioritizing orders - drive thru customers wait if more people come inside - I guess. The only reason I have frequented this Taco Bell enough to see the consistent pattern of excessively long wait times and undercooked food is because they offer meatless options. Now, it's just not worth it.

OK, I must admit, I love their breakfast. Their AM Crunch Wraps are very tasty. My complaint is that they don't start until 7 am. The morning staff is very nice and friendly and fast, drive-thru wise. But yeah, their breakfast, pretty darn good.

Disclaimer: this review is biased because the author is addicted to Taco Bell. Now that that is out of the way, I want to say the food here is great, terrific even. The service is a little slow but that is because the time it must take to make food this good. They also have the Taco Bell exclusive green Mt Dew (also addicted to). My favorite part of the restaurant though is that they consistently pump killer country jams. In my opinion, this is the best fast food in the area. In all honesty though, you guys have been to a Taco Bell before. You know whether you like it or not. There is nothing wrong with this location so if you like the terribly delicious food they serve at Taco Bell then you'll like it here.

This location has really gone downhill. The quality of the tacos are not as good anymore. The shells are either stale, soggy and/or broken. I came here to pick up the new sriracha quesarito boxes on a Sunday evening. I noticed a long line in the drive thru so I figured it would be quicker to just go inside. Boy was I WRONG. I ordered two boxes and it too 20 minutes! Explain to me how this is considered fast food. It doesn't even take that long to get your food at a sit down restaurant. Oh and to top that they were going to jip me of a taco! Good thing I double checked. How could they even miss a taco? My order had 4 tacos and 2 quesaritos. Not like I had 15+ tacos. I'm quite disappointed. They really ruined taco bell for me. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

They were pretty fast, The drive through line was really long so I just walked inside. I think I lost my scarf here. I ordered 2 chulupas, 4 soft chicken tacos, 2 hard beef tacos, and 2 soft beef tacos. I was just sobering up from a long 6 hours of drinking, and needed to eat some food to continue the night. I ended up drinking more after eating 10 tacos! I think i probably could have ate more. Its definitely a good deal if your looking for something fast and quick. I definitely recommend coming here for something budget spending. P.S Taco Bell has a satisfaction guaranteed or money back policy... so there is no reason not to give it a try!

I really liked this Taco Bell. I'm not much of a regular patron -- I had stopped on the way back from Pennsylvania en route to my home in Northern Virginia. Regardless, my experience here was great. For a Taco Bell, the atmosphere was stunning. Everything looked so modern and clean. For example, the men's room had a simplehuman ® brand trash can. Yeah, it's just a trash can, but seeing a fingerprint-proof, stainless steel trash can in a Taco Bell just gives this location a "wow" factor. The tables were clean, and the hot sauce was plentiful and organized. My food was delivered to me very promptly as well. All in all, if you're in the mood for Taco Bell, this location is a winner.

I like Taco Bell a lot. I have pretty much stopped going to this particular location because they got my order wrong too often in 2013. I routinely order Fresco Style (no cheese/dairy) and they get it wrong too much. I have been trying the location on Middlebrook and have had better success there. I still go here sometimes, but I feel I always have to check my order.

clean, very fast and always are plentiful with the sauces. this is my late night drinking place to go. whenever we are on the way home we bug the DD to go to taco bell and end up ordering about $50 worth of food. its taco bell(no pizza hut here, THANK GOD) but this place is the top notch location.

Nasty. I only eat at Taco Bell/KFC in emergency situations. Ordered a 2 piece thigh and drumstick meal. the visible part of the bone on the chicken was dark gray so obviously the chicken wasn't that fresh to begin with. I traded both pieces fo chicken with the Fiancee for a chicken burrito off the $1 menu. Also flavorless! Never going back there again.

This is the best Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Service is fast and the food is always piping hot. The drive through folks are efficient also. Finally, I like the convenient late hours this location has due to its proximity to the Regal Theatre

I'll give it 4 stars. It's clean and the food is great. I always leave content. I completely disagree with one of the other reviews but the other one that said that this location was slow does have a point. Ive been to slower fast food restaurants but this one definitely isn't the fastest. I don't understand what the one yelper's complaint was in regards to the clientele. "English speaking" individuals have the freedom to converse in their language in the same way as those who do speak English have the right to choose to talk in their other language. Nobody should be shunned based on this. For that matter I would not recommend anywhere in Montgomery county to anyone who has a problem with diversity. There is indeed a movie theater within walking distance which presents a great alternative to high concession costs but it does also tend to bring teenagers. I've never seen too many unruly teenagers but I don't tend to go there late night so that problem could exist. The atmosphere is nice in my opinion since the restaurant looks modern and is situated with a nice view of the road as well as the center it is in which has a chick fil A and an Italian restaurant (I believe its a carrabas). Overall I would say good food for cheap in a good location at the expense of a slightly longer than normal wait. From what I see the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly based on my experiences.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
