Clean and efficient location. Juicy burgers that come with an insane amount of crispy fries. My order is always right and the staff is always pleasant.

I heard good stuff about five guys! I went to this one bc I was visiting a friend. I'm not very picky with my food, but I thought this place's food was soooo good, especially my little cheeseburger. I think all the various options are really neat :) I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 bc of my fries, they were good, but there was waaay too many. They overspilled the cup and a bunch were all over the bag and it made it hard to eat in the car. But still an awesome place, i'd go back!

Oh my beloved Five Guys... when I want to cheat on my diet (and cheat big)... you are my first call. How is it possible that ground beef, grease, melty cheese and bread can be soooooooo soul satisfying. And I DO love your fries. They are fried potato perfection. Ketchup? I think not. Vinegar and salt only, thank you. Ketchup seems barbaric for fries of this quality. There is no real discernable difference between this Five Guys and any other Five Guys, with the exception that they place peanuts in bowls on each table as opposed to the box and bucket method I have found at other locations. Thank you Five Guys for serving caffeine free Diet Coke, my beverage of choice. We are so delighted that you have chosen to take up residence in our sleepy city of Crofton MD. Imagine my forthcoming dilemma when we realized that the new Dickies BBQ is opening up RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I won't know what to do with myself.

Again, not one to review chains if I can avoid it, but this one has local roots, and each one sure feels like its own unique mom & pop store. I almost want to give it four stars, because the last time I was there (last night), they shorted me on fries. I had ordered a regular, but they gave me a single/small instead. But you know what? That STILL was enough for the two of us, so I honestly can't complain. And it was the only time they've gotten anything wrong, which is forgivable seeing as how busy they were when I walked in. Yeah, about those fries... Perfectly prepared: fried once at a lower temp, then fried again at a hotter temp for that perfect boardwalk-style fry effect. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy and perfectly cooked on the inside. When you order them, they always load up your bag with extras, too, so it overflows the cup they serve them to you in. Very generous! Also, they have the town and state where your potatoes came from that day, on a signboard by the front door, which is pretty nifty if you ask me. The burgers are fresh, never frozen, and this allows for a thick, juicy, beefy, meaty patty, even though they have to cook them beyond medium. My preference is medium rare, but I am not complaining. The toppings are very fresh, and the assembly is consistent. Overall, best burger you can get at a chain place, in my estimation. Better than any fast food option (this isn't the fastest, but it's not slow either). Better than most restaurants, as well. Definitely gives places like Fuddrucker's a run for its money, too!

As far as Fuve Guys' though, this one is pretty 'basic', so to speak. The food is on-par with any other one; juicy burgers, loads of fries, etc. The service is also decent, at this one I typically have a shorter wait than average, which is nice. It's typically not the most clean one on a consistent level, which isn't to say it's 'dirty' by any means, only that spills on counters and such tend to linger a little longer than at a couple other locations I've been to that seem to have an employee cleaning almost constantly. No qualms, though, if I'm in the area and want a burger, I'd come here.

I don't get the hype, this chain offers an excellent value, but the food isn't that good. Let start with their burgers, no ability to have the meat prepared to preference, will destroy and limit the flavor potential from my meal. I can't say I don't expect this from a fast food place. Burger options are basic, nothing is special about their burger options. You may either with cheese, bacon or both. Also you may want to double the patties for less than $1. Toppings are on par for a burger joint, nothing special or outlandish to make your burger that much more unique or appetizing. The best part of a trip to Five guys is their hand-cut fries. Normally I get their smallest option, and trust me there will be enough for you and another person. Their largest size will come in a greasy bag and nearly filled to the top of the bag with fries. Probably because corporate mandated an extra scoop of fries to be added to every bag as a top off, but you'll always have plenty of fries and not spend a lot, best value by far. Top these off with old bay, season all or just plain and enjoy. Just don't forget the apple cider vinegar. Lastly, I have only ate here a handful of times and their sloppy presentation and just over-all quality and taste, leaves me with a less than satisfied.

I came here as a Five Guys virgin, visiting from Southern California where In-N-Out reigns. I left very impressed with the Five Guys experience. I tried a Dbl/Dbl with cheese, mushroom, & tomato. Juicy & tasty, most impressive. Also impressed with the French Fries. Very clean tasting and there were a ton of them. I also liked the unlimited peanuts, kind of fun! Overall, I'm impressed with Cinco Senors as we'd say in So Cal. But if Five Guys were located next to In-N-Out, I'd still head for In-N-Out.

What can I say? FIVE GUYS!? I flipping love you! Moving from San Diego, nothing has compared to my beloved In-N-Out until you! You are not in comparison to them but in a way you are another love. I must say I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't seen 5 hot guys flipping my burger but I'm satisfied with the service. With our without tip they always say thank you! I enjoy everything about Five Guys and I love how they tell you where the potatoes come from. Classic. I enjoy it so much! I LOVE YOU! Remember, a large fries is like a bag full of it so be careful not to order to much or it'll be a waste of some yummy licious fries!

Not all Five Guys are created equal. This particular location is very efficient, clean, and offers speedy service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. As far as the food goes, no complaints here. When I'm in the mood for an inexpensive burger or kosher dog, Five Guys will suffice. Their Cajun fries are quite good - a small will probably feed an entire family.
