What the F%&K happened to this store???!!!! The staff, both old and new are so bad. There are always a bunch of them standing around complaining while I wait 10 minutes for a drink with no one in the place, and when there is a long line, no one knows how multi-task to help out. The night manager, Rob, would rather move the pasty from one side of the case to the other instead of helping out with the line or cleaning the place. it's always filthy!!!! So not Starbucks quality, this store should have a Honeydew or Dunkin Donuts sign on it. I have been visiting daily for a long time now, but, this place has gotten progressively worse and I am real close to not going anymore.

This weekend while spending time with family in Saugus we decided to hit up this Starbucks drive thru. When we pulled up to order we were greeted by a polite employee who quickly took our order. When we pulled up to the window we ended up waiting for a very long time waiting for our items. When we got our coffee and teas the drinks were delicious except for the fruit in the teas. The staff here was great but took a long time to get our items together. In the end the drinks were great but the orders took forever.

One of the best Starbucks in the area. Staff are friendly, concise, and efficient. Their iced green tea also has hints of mint -- which I like! Not all SBUX offer that. I'm always delighted when my tea has mint. :)

What the heck has happened to starbucks?!?!? Why is it so hard to get the drink you ordered? Or the pastry that never gets into the bag? Three visits three days in a row missing pastry ...and wrong drinks all three days ... At 3 different locations :-/ Today with two wrong drinks ...using regular coffee instead of espresso in your drink (I checked the ingredients on their web site) .... Ugh I will not be back for quite some time ...starbucks you have beaten me down ...you are too frustrating and there is no reward after spending 15 dollars a visit (including tip) just yuck and where's my muffin!!

The Oprah chai tea latte isn't much different from the standard chai tea latte. Save yourself the .50 cents. The salted caramel mocha is good though, I guess.

Honestly....how hard is it to make coffee??? It's not hard at all....but the servers at this location make it seem that way! Very slow...act like they are doing you a big favor and they always get my drink wrong....and then give you attitude when you try to get the drink you asked for and paid for!!! Ahhhhhhh....hate this starbucks!!!
