After coming back here again, I feel they deserve 5 stars. The service is fast, the frozen yogurt is delicious and saving with a rewards card. This is a great place. They also have outdoor seating!

Swizzle is going to be out of business in no time now that Orange Leaf has popped up. These self-serve fro-yo places are popping up faster than acne on a teenager, but Orange Leaf stands out above the rest. They have the best selection of flavors and the flavors are all pretty good and actually taste like what they are supposed to. They also have all your favorite toppings, but they need to work on chopping up their peanut better cups into smaller pieces. If you're willing to endure some awkwardly loud teens and soccer moms who can't control their kids then you'll end up with some delicious yogurt...

Rock solid yogurt bar. 12 flavors to choose from and tons of toppings. I've tried a few different flavors like watermelon, oreo, chocolate, and hazelnut, all of which are pretty good. It's clean, has a decent layout, and best of all... its CHEAP!!! A family of 4 could load up with yogurt and toppings spilling out of their cups and probably pay around $20 or less. Definitely the best place to go for yogurt in Needham.

Frozen Yogurt seems be "IN" nowadays so why not open one "IN" Needham?! I came here on the very first day it opened. I was cheerfully greeted by one of the staff member. She informed of the different flavors they had and how I can create my own by mixing different flavors. Of course this is pay-by-the-ounce which I am very familiar of and this could get expensive real fast depending on how much frozen yogurt and toppings you put in. Besides the eating it the traditional way with a bowl and cup, you can also turn your frozen yogurt into a smoothie if you choose to do so which is what I did just for kicks. Overall, my smoothie was a froyo-to-go. It's a nice frozen treat to beat the summer heat but it can also take a beating on your wallet if you remember it's pay-by-the-ounce.

I love love love love LOOOOVE this place. First of all, I love how late they're open till. I can still get out of work and grab some froyo to go! Also, they price isn't bad at all. I love how many flavors they have. I'm so in love with this place. I might even stop by today, after writing this review. Already craving the good stuff! And the staff is SO nice!

This place is a rip off. The set up is as follows: You go through the line and can select from about a dozen different flavors of frozen yogurt which you dispense into your dish. Then you pay by the ounce. The problem? The only bowl size they give you is gigantic. So does your kid look at 12 different flavors and endless toppings, with a huge bowl and decide to practice proper portion control? Is he happy to walk out of the frozen yogurt shop with a half empty bowl? And NOT put all the candy on, because they all fit. Does he say, yes, mommy, you're right! Even though all the other kids in the shop are loading up because their parents can't be bothered starting a fight? Do you want to have to establish a game plan, with a clear list of allowed an unallowed options before going in? No? Does that sound like a huge hassle? Their business model is childhood obesity and before you know it your kid's whining and you're out $7. Screw that.

I read about this place in the paper, and was thinking about whether we needed another yogurt shop in town... and then I tried it. Wow. What a great place to go. I've been twice in 3 days! The flavors are among the best I've had at other shops. This is the best frozen yogurt in town! And the toppings are plentiful. Last night I had the Chocolate Brownie low fat yogurt (not sure how low fat it could be), and the Kit Kat toppings with Whipped Cream, along with a splash of Vanilla Yogurt to top it off.. It's a fun place too! Orange every where and different types of seating. Somehow this may end up as a Seinfeld episode where the entire town of Needham gains weight, but it'll be worth it! Will head back again soon. mmmm..

We LOVE Orange Leaf, Needham! Unlike other reviewers, we were familiar with the pay per ounce model. Other yogurt shops in town have the same system. Our children know when we go that the machines are for adults to use and that we will serve them. They still get to make choices but this way we can ensure appropriate portions. That being said, the quality of this yogurt compared to other shops is outstanding. The topping bar is great. The fruit always looks fresh. We have yet to find a flavor we do not like. Although, a clear favorite is the orange/vanilla swirl with fruit and orange boba for toppings, yum! The store is bright, clean and inviting. We have been in at least 5 or 6 times and have had a great experience every time!

I have been to many frozen yogurt places around Needham and Wellesley and orange leaf is by far the best. The store is decorated well and clean, and the frozen yogurt is delicious. There are so many different flavors to try and toppings to add it's amazing. If you go to orange leaf I would recommend getting the pumpkin frozen yogurt it's delicious.

Solid yogurt place. They have lots of flavors and toppings to choose from, we love coming here! People are helpful and friendly and this place is as good as it gets! The chairs are fun to sit in and you really can't beat the price since you can have as little of it or as much as you want - don't have too much or you'll get sick! Good place to go for dessert in Needham...

I'd rather rate this place 0 stars. I never had to write such a negative review. I have been to this frozen yogurt place before. It was nice the last time I really enjoy frozen yogurt ,but this time was unlike the last. My brother had found chewed gum in his frozen yogurt ! No one in our group including him was chewing gum. It was horrific. He went up to tell the cashier because there was no visible floor staff And she looked confused and didn't speak. The manager thankfully came out and asked him what the problem was. He told them he had found gum in his frozen yogurt. The manager blew him off saying "we don't serve gum here ". I walked over to assist because it was taking to long for a apology and a refund. The manager asked him what toppings he had and proceeded to spoon threw a few to "check " for more possible gum. After his unsuccessful attempt he said your welcome to another one. We said in unison no thank you. He replied "what do you want me to do ?" I'm how about giving our money back ?! He kept saying this never happens but with no real apology. Ill never be returning to this establishment and I will let everyone know not to as well. Completely disgusted with service , management and the food.
