Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

I'm not quite certain where to start but this Pizza Hut is by far the worst food delivery location I have ever encountered. I preface this by saying that we have had several poor experiences from this location. This latest is simply put the most horrible experience I have ever had with any service oriented business. We ordered 2 med pizzas last night at 6:17pm. Only to be called by the store at approx 6:50pm and told that the driver returned with our food because we refused to go downstairs and pick up the food. Really?! Our phone never rang. Nor did I or my fiance speak to anyone. As I stated before, we have had issues with this location before and one specific issue is the drivers not wanting to enter our condo building because of so called parking issues. Now, we order in from many different places and never have any of them had trouble parking and DELIVERING our food tobour door. So, a very pleasant girl named Samantha called us to explain what the driver says happened. To our surprise we challenged the validity of this absurd claim that wevirdered food and then refused to accept it. Samantha transferred us to what is likely the most ignorant, rude, and inappropriately employed young girl in the city. Before I could finish a sentence to inquire as to how they track past orders/ delivery drivers names I was accosted by this girl. Yelling at me and talking over me and accusing me of yelling. When I tried to explain that I was not yelling, she further insulted me. At this point I had no desire to speak with her any longer. I politely asked her name, and she gave me her name. When I asked for a last name or initial she refused and said, "your pizza is on its way" and she hung up. Completely disgusted i drove to this location to get her full name so I could file an official complaint with Pizza Hut. When I arrived I hear her laughing and talking in the back with others. When she is informed that someone was there to see her she comes out front with a cell phone to her ear. I kindly said "its ok. Finish your personal call. I will wait". When she realized who I was she continued to talk on the phone paying no attention to me. This went on for almost 20 minutes. Now I dont know if things have changed but im pretty sure a customer takes priority over a personal call, but I guess thats not Pizza Hut policy. Then I thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was a work call...but again...is it Pizza Hut policy to handle work related products calls on cell phones? If so, that needs to change. Furthermore, I was informed that they do not track delivery drivers and their orders. Long story short, I discovered that she gave me a name that was not her given name. She confronted me again tellingvme she had to take that call again before I finally left. And then tonight my phone rings from that location...nobody responds...only silence and breathing. The Pizza Hut District Manager name is Eric Kuhen and I will be contacting him. To what end, who knows? As it seems this level of awful service has been going on for close to a year from these reviews.

This hole in the wall place makes me hate the fact that I like their stuff crust pizza soo much that I take the employer's blatant disregard for any customer service. In fact, it seems as though the store condones these behaviors out of their employees. If the owner had any business sense he would wake up and fire everyone working there. Oh yea and if you call them 10 Mins before they close they will tell you they r closed.

This review is specifically for the Everett, MA location. We started ordering regularly from this Pizza Hut after I was randomly in the mood and remembered stuffed crust was still a thing. Sufficient to say, this is our stuffed crust go to now. And for all the low ratings.. people, it's Pizza Hut... were you expecting fine Italian cuisine? Either way, I always place my order online. I order for pick up, and it is always fresh, hot, and ready when I pick it up And for anyone thinking about Wing Street, I originally considered it as an after thought, until I ordered them. Wing Street's Garlic Parmesan boneout wings are amazing. They're way better than I was expecting. I was impressed, and I've had a lot of boneless wings

I ordered delivery from this location, it showed up late and my pizza was pressed into the box causing half the cheese to stick to the cover. The food was ok but not great and not super hot either.

Meant to do this earlier, but simply forgot. I ordered food for this years Superbowl at various places. I did not want to order from here, because of the previous let downs, so I ordered just a few things for myself and took a chance. I was floored when I got there and my order was correct and waiting for me on time! There were at least 7-8 people working behind the counter and there seemed to be some actual organization. I commented to the Manager that I was pleasantly surprised and she said it was because she made sure there was plenty of help for the Superbowl and the probable large amounts or orders they'd be receiving. I told her if she could somehow make that happen on a lesser scale perhaps when it is not the Superbowl and just a regular day, she'd have me returning more often. She assured me she would and I left. I went back about 2 weeks later and to my amazement again, my order was correct and waiting for me. I had to wait a bit still, as there were only 3 people working and one was on the phone taking orders, but this is a vast improvement over past services. Like I said, I give credit where it is due and I am giving props now for the last two visits. Stay tuned for more reviews as I go..............

I really love this franchise! I think I order from here about once a week..! As much as I'd like to support more local pizza joints, it seems like their pizza is either too greasy or just doesn't taste well. Pizza Hut never lets me down!! Even the Wings are delicious. The stuffed crust pizza will always be my favorite. They always have a great deal going on, the 3 pizzas for $5 each, or .50 cent wing night (Wednesday).

I signed up for yelp today just to inform everyone of how awful the quality of food is at this joint. I can't say this holds true for the entire chain - I've eaten personal pizzas and breadsticks from the pizza huts at target stores and loved it - however this particular experience was one for the books. I'll start off with ordering - I was surprised at how user friendly the mobile online ordering app is. Finding daily deals was quick and easy and when I placed my order my wait time was only fifteen minutes which is incredible for any pizza place. Had this actually been accurate, i would have been impressed, but when I got there ten minutes late to pick up the pizza it was still being prepared and STILL had to wait an additional ten minutes. After bringing it home and opening the box, the pizza looked like it as been microwaved. The "crispy thin crust" they advertised rivaled the quality and texture of cardboard and the cheese slid right off the pizza in one big chunk after the first bite. The breadsticks were not to my expectations - theres no way they didn't microwave them and sprinkle garlic powder on them. They were soggy and stale. Oh and let's not forget they didn't even toss in any marinara sauce which could have potentially masked the staleness. My boyfriend ordered the hottest buffalo wings on the menu - hes a meat guy and couldn't eat them at all. They didn't give us blue cheese dressing, to top it off... Kind of a no brainer if you ask me. I didnt get around the trying the Alfredo chicken pasta after being in utter disgust from the other menu items, but it looked no better than an item you see on a display rack at a restaurant that's been sitting on a counter for days. All in all - totally awful. My favorite part was ending the meal. Please, for your satisfactions sake, don't order from here!

I've shied away from Yelp for a while because it's just not what it used to be but this disgusting "restaurant" made me come back just to slam it. I have never in my life been so grossed out by what happened when I was in the store a couple days ago. There was a girl that was at the counter I assumed she was a manager of some sorts because of how her demeanor was but you never know. Regardless, this girl smelt so bad and was profusely sweating to the extent of when she grabbed an order the sweat from her body fell onto uncovered food. NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY. She noticed it happened, quickly glanced up, her eyes caught mine and she proceeded to serve the food anyway. Enjoy your pizza hut meals.

My advice? Order online. Far more likely to actually get what you order. When you call it in, it's 50/50. Those aren't odds I like when I'm spending $10 on breadsticks.

I'd give less stars if it was an option. I remember when they first opened this location, it was a nightmare then too! It seems the so called" staff" isn't trained or they simply can't comprehend how to make pies and take orders. Run by bafoons! On Halloween night we placed an order for 2 cheese pizzas and an order of honey bbq boneless wings. Doesn't seem hard right? Apparently this order was far to difficult for these knuckleheads to get together. Husband go's in to after the 30 min they tell us it would take. Well, it wasn't ready. Actually it hadn't even been made yet never mind cooked. After another 40 min and listening to the" manager" & staff laugh repeatedly about how bad they're screwing up, we get the WORST piece of cardboard pizza and boneless wings that I'd swear were made of pig fat! EVERYTIME we've ordered from this location our order is wrong, items missing, over cooked, under cooked crap, rude service, never once on time, over charged... it's NEVER right. Don't go here. Don't waste your time or money. Customers should be treated with a certain level of respect. For if we don't frequent that establishment those fools don't have a job. The employees and management here do not seem to understand this basic concept. I've spoken to customer service about this location in the past... what did I get? ? A pizza hut coupon! ! Now why in the world would I go spend more money there? I had hoped that after 2 yrs they may have cleaned up their act, so we gave them another shot... HUGE MISTAKE. Oh, and every other customer in there that night was also extremely upset with very late orders, wrong orders and being over charged. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I usually don't do this ... But wow! I ordered 1 Medium Thin 'N Crispy Balsamic pizza with Premium Crushed Tomato Sauce, Peruvian Cherry Peppers, Fresh Spinach, and Mushrooms. After waiting an hour for delivery, not only was my pizza cold, it also had no spinach AND the slices weren't even cut all the way through. So, as a hungry human being the last thing I want to do is pull out a kitchen knife and cut my own pizza... Specially for $16.59

This is not a restaurant. It's a location for take out. Everything takes foreverrrrrrrrrrrr. If you want to be late to your own funeral, this is where you should get your last meal. The food is not good either. Lots of regrets, all around! I wish there were more options in the area that are easy to find because I am in this area a lot.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
