I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the food here considering the decor is a bit strange for younger customers. I would definitely say it feels like a place for people looking for senior specials. Regardless the food was great with plenty of diner style breakfast options. I took a friend here on a rainy day and we had a great breakfast. Fast service when it isn't packed. Don't go on Sundays because you'll be waiting for a table. The closest thing to a old style diner on Duxbury.

Wildflower Cafe is a treasure. It is a family-owned favorite gathering spot, and locals and visitors alike love the intimacy, hospitality, and especially the food. The clam chowder is as authentic and delicious as it gets. The Monster pancake is a real treat, and the lobster omlette I had was outstanding. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and Wildflower is small-town New England at its best. I enjoy visiting as frequently as possible when I'm up here to see family, and this place mak

Best seafood risotto on the south shore for a ridiculously low price of $20. Best dish on the south shore. period. This is our hidden gem and I don't want to share it with many folks but Ive been coming here for 8 years For dinner! It's rep is for breakfast and lunch. never been for that. But for a family place to escape the yacht club crowd and their accompanying joint du jour, (You know who they are! with overpriced espresso shots of your favorite wine) Wildflower has a great pour of good cab! Great portions and a small but great ambiance. Ive never had a bad meal here. Always good and home made by the owners. Try the baked fishermans platter but its hard with that magnificent risotto on the menu. It is so good , I took the class to learn how to make it. My wife loves the gourmet veggie pizza! Of course she does! Deluxbury housewife! :). We've had many a fine family conversation just a stones throw from our favorite place called home. Enjoy!

It was my birthday and we wanted to go to someplace special but local. WF Cafe hit the spot. My three teenagers and I were very pleased with our entrees - each just a bit more special than the usual versions. We like the WF Cafe touch added to each meal. The decor of the cafe is not to my taste - too flowery, etc -(almost to the point of tacky) but the restaurant is nicely divided with shutters and making the room more intimate. The service was pretty good (restaurant was almost empty at this hour on a Saturday night and we felt a bit neglected) and the food was very tasty. My son first had the Caesar Salad (an add-on to the entree for $2), then the Chicken Te Amo with a honey mustard sauce - what a nice variation of a potentially boring chicken dish, and two others ordered the Chicken Parmesan which they enjoyed very much (even the leftovers the next day). I had the New York Sirloin with Butternut Squash. The meat was a bit fatty and I had to cut quite a bit off. The squash was delicious with cinnamon or something in it. My meal was a bit plain but good. Overall we are lucky to have the Wild Flower Cafe in our area.

I was the "friend" with Lisa A. on the visit she wrote about. I agree with everything she said - with one addition. As we were leaving the restaurant I asked if they had a take out menu. One girl said "no", then our waitress piped in, in a rather rude tone, and said that they were changing the menu. I almost got the feeling that she wasn't happy with the tip she got and was letting me know. The attitude she gave me made me feel even less interested in ever visiting again. It's a shame because when deciding what to order, there were a few menu items I was torn between and was thinking I would like to go back again to try.

So I needed some food quick and against my better judgement I figured this small place with a decent amount of stars on Yelp would pull through. Nope. Chicken tenders were soggy, the fries were cold and the place (although I did takeout so I merely walked in and back out) was dark, cluttered, and eerily quiet for 6PM on a Saturday. The tenders and fries came out to 15$ which was slightly surprising considering amount and quality. Perhaps they have some better options but from my perspective, this Wild Flower was just a mere dandelion I'd pass by in the future.

Great place for breakfast. We have been going here for a few years and food is awesome every time. Gets busy so at times there may be a bit of a wait but worth it. Love the Eggs Benedict!

If you can get past the ridiculously silly "wild flower" theme that hurls itself all over the cafe with vigor, you can focus on the good food. Had the spinach bacon salad with brown sugar vinegarette and corn bread - so so so good!

I love wildflower for breakfast, it's quiet and always delicious. However, I had gotten the "bagged lunch" in the past and it was around $7 fine. Today I went in and paid $11.67 for a less than mediocre sandwich, bag of chips, cookie and can of soda. The chicken salad which I remembered to be more chicken and less mayo was the opposite today. Seemed actually like it was canned chicken chunks with a ton of mayo. It had no flavor what so ever. If it wasn't on home made bread I would have thrown it out. I expected way more for $11. Also I think they should've just stuck with breakfast/ lunch and not dinner. The Reno they did to make it cafe "and tavern" just seems so odd. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love this place for breakfast and will continue to go here but never getting the bagged lunch again!

This place is small and quaint, the food is great just like mom use to cook at bargain price. We go there often. Two people can still eat and have one drink and get out for $30 or less - I will return soon
