My boyfriend worked her years ago so we stopped in for a drink. I have to rate conservatively as I did not eat. The place was clean the folks were friendly so I cant complain . they all loved seeing my boyfriend again. Good times had by all - great conversations with some folks who can to town to hunt .

Another dumpy bar in the 684. If you aren't a townie, expect for no one to talk to you, including the servers. Drinks are well mixed and averaged price. Food is terrible.

Been in a bunch of times since the new ownership took over. Excellent food and drink choices. Wait staff has been great, prices are fair for the portion sizes and quality.

I have not been to the shamrock in a while because, 1) it is VERY cold during the winter and, 2) last time I drove by there was a "for rent" sign on the door . Since it closed there is no real reason for me to make a long review. Before the new owner the food tasted great, it was "slightly expensive". They had a large selection of foods and drinks. They also had a bowl of mints in the front. THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED

On our way into town for the Labor Day weekend we stopped at the Shamrock for a quick bite to eat. There was a nice dinner crowd for a Friday at 8pm. We were greeted by our server, Mitchell, who was friendly and helpful. When I commented on the newly renovated bathroom and new menu, he explained that the ownership had recently changed. The new owner then came to our table to introduce himself and see if we had any questions about the new menu. My husband had Crispy Chicken with Ale Sauce, which he said was tasty, however the sweet potato fries were the best he had ever tasted. I had one of the daily specials, Lobster Roll. I substituted broccoli for the fries, and the cole slaw was tangy and delicious. With over 60 varieties of beer available, there is something for everyone! We wish the new owner much success!!
