My feelings are mixed for this particular Starbucks. I've had good and bad experiences dealing with certain baristas. Since it is inside a mall, it can be constantly busy depending on the days you decide to come to the mall. The service can be quick or slow depending on the barista. I want to give a shout out to Tim for providing me with excellent customer service every time I drop by for a coffee and bagel. Whenever he sees me he knows exactly what bagel I want and heats it for me immediately when he gets the chance. He deserves a raise and promotion. As for some bad experiences, I've had times where a female barista would take the whole 15 minute of my break (while I was the only customer there) to make my drink and heat my bagel. One time I gave her a heads up that I waited for my coffee for awhile and she gave me the death stare and said, "it's coming." But these small bad experiences don't really bother me. Let's just say when I come here, I don't expect anything spectacular. Except hope for Tim to be working :D Was going to give three stars but I'm giving it a 4 just for Tim.

I stopped by this morning during the rush (8:15, or so) and ordered a breakfast sandwich and specialty coffee. Given the length of the line, I felt that they got my order and delivered my food remarkably fast. The lady who took my order was super friendly, given how busy they were. Overall, this was a typical Starbucks experience for me. That's hardly fair, to this location, given the high bar that I feel Starbucks has set. Consider this a complement, and me a happy customer this morning. Thanks!

They're service has gotten better in the past month, and now that they actually have everything on the menu it's becoming much better. Their hours are great, and are open a half an hour after the mall closes.

Holy traffic! I went super early Saturday to pick up some latte and bake goods but it was super crowded with people who seems to be the hotel guests(?). The shop is fairly large but it was a moment that I desperate needed more Starbucks in my town. I didn't wait too long since the barristers were well trained, however, seating was so limited. I like that this starbuck location often do local fundraising and charity works. I just hope for another Starbucks opening in south braintree/highlands.

Got rude service by two separate baristas on two separate occasions. Rude..not arrogant, not pretentious, not hipster-ish, but rude! They were clearly asleep during customer service training. First visit, our barista placed drinks at the pick up counter without clearly calling out the order. She was basically mumbling. People waiting (myself included) were confused as to what was what. When I asked if what she placed on the counter was my drink (because I couldn't understand her), she rudely told me that it was coming. She had no problem being heard that time. In the end, she placed two coffees on the counter, again, never identifying which was which, another customer took one, I ended up with the other, which resulted in me getting the wrong order. By the time I discovered this I was long gone. Disappointing but I wasn't pushed to write a negative review. Until... The second visit, this past Friday, our barrister got upset because she only made one vanilla latte instead of two. That's her fault for not reading her orders properly. When I informed her that we had two coming instead of one, she lashed out at the cashier and then rudely huffed at me that it was coming. When she did finally hand it to me, I said thank you...to which she replied "mm hmm." I'm not unrealistic when it comes to customer service. I know it's not an easy job and it has its daily challenges. But rudeness is unacceptable. Just because this location is in a mall kiosk, doesn't mean it should offer mall kiosk service. I would expect the same attitude and service that I'd receive at a free standing Starbucks. I do feel I should note, the coffee was good. Just not the service.

Got my drink order wrong twice. Had the nerve to tell me I didn't order it correctly. It wasn't the barista's fault but the person taking the orders.

Finally I can get Starbucks in the mall without having to go all the way down inside Target. Location is convenient when shopping and the service is typical of all Starbucks locations I've encountered.

I love the baristas The regulars we get at the location are amazing and I love working here and being a customer myself! I just wish we had coconut syrup that's why I only gave 4 stars
