They make a quality product here. But charging $2.25 for a "mini" is insane.

Love Pinkberry, especially it's in the mall that I frequent. Yes, the line gets pretty long but it's not like you have to wait for half an hour. I love the original flavor because of the tartness, it is perfect with fresh fruit topping. My favorite is a small original with mangoes, pineapples, raspberries, strawberries, mochi and some cheesecake bites.

Usually I get the frozen yogurt but today I decided to try out their smoothies. I was looking at their blueberry pomegranate smoothie but they had no more blueberries so I went with the tropical mango smoothie while my sister got their strawberry pomegranate smoothie. Let me just say their smoothies were way too watery!! It was as if I was drinking juice. There was barely a hint of fruit in my smoothie. Never again will I get a smoothie from there. I'll stick with their froyo instead!

Every time I get Pinkberry I think ew! Its so sour! Then I finish the whole thing and get it again next time. Pretty sure it is made with a hefty scoop of crack. Love all the fresh toppings though - the fruit isn't mushy or syrupy it's just fresh.

I love Pinkberry!! So excited, that they are even closer to me know then going to Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham or Newbury St. in Boston! (Like my fat arse needs it too!) Love the Watermelon flavor yogurt the best, but that is only seasonal flavor; But there are so many options to choose from flavors to toppings. You can also get a punch card, for so many you buy, you can get one free! The line is always long, but it is so worth the wait!

I love Pinkberry. LOVE it. And this Pinkberry is especially awesome because it's in the mall for a quick pick me up when you've been shopping a lot. Also, they seem to really try to get the orders prepared and the customers in and out quickly.

I absolutely love Pinkberry!! The flavors are so unigue and so delicious!! The cost is a bit expensive and not something you could afford to eat all the time ( although I could eat it every day if available!!) The toppings are always fresh and the place clean! Go to Pinkberry and get some frozen Greek yogurt. It;s awesome. I love the Original flavor with the Mango right now but the seasonal Blood Orange is my Fave!!!

I love this yogurt place. I love the original flavor. After trying many frozen yogurt place, I found Pinkberry has the best original flavor yogurt. It's just perfect!!! Yum!!! I wish the line is not so long all the time.

Pinkberry itself is pretty awesome. The strawberry froyo tastes just like frozen strawberry Yoplait which is kind of sad but hopefully it'll change. The service kind of stinks - there was a line almost into the mall - 4 girls working, 2 actually working, 1 getting stuff for her friends & then hiding in the back, one getting stuff for herself & hiding in the back. Kind of irritating.

Pinkberry is very different than your usual ice cream or frozen yogurt places- it's hard to put into words the taste of the flavors. Original (is what i order) is like vanilla but more of a yogurt taste. They also had Mango, blood orange (seasonal flavor) & pomegranate. Other locations may have these following flavors, which all say they are seasonal flavors- chocolate, salted caramel & PB+J! (if u visit their official web site it tells you the flavors & suggests toppings that would taste good with your choice of Pinkberry yogurt. They have fruit toppings, such as- strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, blueberry, raspberry, mango, blood orange pieces (seasonal only), bananas, black raspberry (web site says this fruit is on vacation right now)! Then they have all different toppings, such as: honey granola, chocolate chips, shaved chocolate, white chocolate, crumbled Heath bar, peanut butter crunch, coconut, fruity pebbles, captain crunch, mixed nuts, brownie bites, cheesecake bites, organic "fruit" (gummy) bears, cookies n cream, dark chocolate bites, shaved almonds, yogurt chips, waffle cookie, waffle cookie crumbles. They also have fruit parfaits, fruit bowls and smoothies. You can get your yogurt in a cup (which is what I usually what I get so I can mix all my toppings an yogurt together), or in a large sized waffle cone with two toppings. They have some "liquid toppings" (but they are not liquidy to me)! They have pure & natural honey, chocolate sauce, caramel drizzle, 100% pure pomegranate juice & blood orange purée. My first trip to Pinkberry was over the summer &not knowing how it tasted, they offered samples of as many flavors that I wanted to try. It was really yummy, light, & different (in a good way of course)! I had never tasted anything like it. They also give you a card that u can get stamped every time u visit- &if u are with friends, family, or just a few people, u can have their yogurt stamped on your card & after 10 stamps- u get a free sm yogurt! The service there was great!! They are usually VERY busy, but the staff has a good system in order. They are fast but they are friendly and will help you with choosing flavors, getting samples, choosing toppings to compliment your yogurt, etc. I've only gotten a small size the times that I've been there and it's around $4.25 for a small in a cup (with as many toppings they can fit in it-or ask them to layer the toppings to get more bang for your buck)! So the prices may be a little high for "frozen yogurt", but it's NO ordinary frozen yogurt - I suggest you try it and see foe yourself! Good eats! I'd def recommend to a friend- especially one who enjoys light, refreshing, different than your typical frozen yogurt (but again, different in a GOOD way)! And it's pretty good for you too! Yes there aren't that many in my area, but I'd travel a few miles to get it again (instead of a McFlurry at McD's). So to sum up - if you haven't tried Pinkberry - PLEASE TRY IT!! SOOO YUMMY!! (and so many choices)!! :)~

I really can't believe they opened a Pinkberry in the SSP. The space is extremely small and the service just doesn't seem to be on par as the other local Pinkberry locations. The lines are extremely long and the small space certainly doesn't help. We were in on a Monday night and although there was no one else in line, there was just one person working and they were more concerned with cleaning than serving customers. Will I go back? Probably. Should you rather go to the Pinkberry in Hingham for better service? Probably.

This place sells awesome yogurt! Better than Red Mango, which has now been closed. Their yogurt has the right amount of tart-ness! The people here are pretty friendly too! By far my favorite yogurt place!

I don't even like frozen yogurt that much, and I LOVE pinkberry! They have seasonal flavor changes, so it's impossible to get bored with the selection, and it always tastes great. They are always happy to give samples, so you never have to risk getting a flavor that you don't like. As for service, sometimes it's up to the standard of super-friendly service, but sometimes the employees at South Shore Plaza are rather less friendly than their counterparts on Newbury Street in Boston. I love the hazelnut flavor, and the hot chocolate they had for this winter was also great. Having either of those with the variety of nuts and chocolate toppings is always a good move. Pomegranite, strawberry, and/or mango with a variety of fresh fruit are an equally wonderful treat. And now that I've sat here talking about it, I won't be able to rest until I get pinkberry again! By the way, they have a free card for you to get free yogurt every time you buy a certain number. You might as well get one because you will definitely keep coming back for more!

Have gone everyday this week and the chocolate hazelnut machine has been broken everyday. The first few times it was slushy, and today the machine was completely broken. Wondering if this will ever get fixed...

Now that i'm writing this review, I think it's time for another trip to Pinkberry. Yep, i'm going today to try more. I love the mango yogurt. I love the fact that you can choose all the toppings you like as long as they fit into the cup. All the fruit toppings are fresh and the ones I tasted were good. I tried mochi for the first time (part of the reason i'm going today).

One of my favorite places to go to when I am too lazy to drive all the way to Allston to get mixx. I love that this location always has some of the nicest servers that I have every interacted with. They are really kind and never seem to be in a grouchy mood. What i really appreciate is that even when its 5 minutes before closing and they are cleaning, they will still be nice and serve you--WITHOUT RUSHING YOU. There is also a ton of selections that change every so often so just when you think you have a favorite flavor, you get to challenge that with a new taste for your pallette.

This stuff is really really good. But its also pricey. It's also loud and small in this location so don't expect to stay after you get your order, especially with kids. Also as a sidenote--kids like to serve themselves, so don't go out of your way to go to pinkberry unless you're already at the mall and kids are antsy- but if you can drive a few minutes instead try orange leaf or yogurt city if you want the self serve.

You really cant go wrong with pinkberry. When i worked at the mall id go here all the time. When ur in the mood for icecream but without all the guilt and calories, pinkberry is where its at. I love all the added toppings too!

I used to love TCBY back in the day. Not sure if any still exist, but this place fills the hole in my heart. I usually get the original/regular flavor and then vary the toppings. I usually try the new stuff they have, and they are always nice and let me try/offer samples. But I never end up liking anything as much as the regular. Thats not a bad thing necessarily, but I hope someday they'll have a new flavor the blows me away. This place is small, never enough seating, usually get it to go.

Currently this is the best place in the mall to get yogurt. They seem to have a secret ingredient that the others are missing.

I love Pinkberry. They don't have very many flavors which can be considered a downside, but their flavors are so yummy that it makes up for it. Being from Texas, where Pinkberry has normally been (it's starting to make its way now) I always stop at one in the north when I'm near one. Lots of fresh fruit toppings and also different candies if you're into that too. They make smoothies and other kinds of desserts with the yogurt but I've never had those. Not too overpriced. Not a lot of seating at this location but it's in the mall so you don't expect it as such.

Yummy goodness! I love the chocolate hazelnut. I always get the kiddie cup... it's more than enough for me. I get it with some sliced almonds as well. Soooooo good. Perfect pick me up for anytime of day:)

LOVE this place. Love Love Love.... I'm in love with the chocolate hazelnut yogurt. It's so good. The only time I go is when I have to work at Sur la Table...it's sometimes my dinner, and works well. I usually get a medium with toppings (mango and low-fat granola). :)
