The chicken fingers are fabulous! High quality white meat, well trimmed, crispy coating, juicy and tender. Whats not to love?! They also cook these babies fresh. There's no old, refried/reheated meat here. Seriously, this place is the bomb! Prices are decent too. I paid a little over $4 for 3 large chicken fingers. Totally worth it. As much as I love this place I have two complaints: 1) customer service needs improvement. Like other yelpers have pointed out, your food usually sits there while the workers stare off into space. 2) the sauces... They give you such a small amount (maybe a teaspoon worth) and the flavors aren't amazing. If you are going to have awesome chicken fingers, please make sure your dipping sauces are awesome too. Other than that, this place rocks. Nomnomnom

OK... I just had the best chicken tenders I have had in a very very long time... Chicken Now makes the word "tender" a priority. If you are looking for some good food served quickly at the Braintree Plaza, I highly recommend Chicken Now. They were so good that I had to buy more "to go".

I really like the chicken tenders here. I know it is fried and it can't be healthy, but the chicken tenders are very good. What makes it better is the "grandma" sauce. Again, probably not too healthy, but it really makes the chicken pop.

Here's the thing, my chickadees. We try to boycott Chick-fil-a, we really do. We don't want to eat there, we really don't. We never ever want to eat their delicious delicious chicken sandwiches (oh my is that spicy chicken so very delicious), or delicious waffle fries, or very delicious (though unusual) coleslaw; or drink their so very refreshing lemonade, or quaff down their very thick and decadent shakes. We don't want to do these things - we hate ourselves for it. But the competition - like poor Chicken ("Little") Now - is missing the one thing that puts Chick-fil-a over the top, ruling the roost despite all our best intentions. And that's the secret ingredient, the one thing that separates it from all the pretenders: delicious delicious hate. And so maybe hate makes it what it is, Ingredient X - and we hate ourselves for it, but hate is what makes the world go round, and, like the Deglados say in their best song, hate is all you need. Anyway, to the matter at hand. Chicken Now is adequate for a quick chicken fix, but in no way a surrogate for CFA. They don't strive to be, except when they do. They have eerily similar chicken sandwich offerings, and chicken tender plates (though no nuggets). Color scheme of the stall is almost the same. No evidence of hilarious banner wielding cows, though. Wider breadth of side orders, none of them all that great (fries were lukewarm shoestring, coleslaw was decent, with some honey mustard sauce mixed in because why not). The employees are unflaggingly cheery and friendly, and don't have that same glazed Army of God look that CFA crew has. They give away free samples like they are going out of business (which they might), and they seem to forget you each time you walk by, so you can probably get a full meals worth by just making a loop of the food court. So, works in a pinch, and probably for now the best choice at the SS Plaza food court, but they might need to go back to the drawing board to put some separation between themselves and ten ton chicken-shaped elephant in the corner.

My offices moved from North Quincy to Braintree a few months ago. The food options are grim. I've been to Chicken Now more times than I'd like to admit. The chicken tenders are tasty and they are generous with their portions. But it's not a Chick-fil-A and I wish it were. The mashed potato side is bland. The mac and cheese is inedible. The coleslaw is alright. The employees are nice enough. And there are a nice choice of sauces. -le sigh- It'll do.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because it was DIS! GUST! ING! I was lured in by one of the female employees who hawked "free samples" like the little pieces of chicken were a golden gift from the Chicken Now gods. The chicken was ok. It tasted cheap, fatty and greasy but the fries were even worse. They were chewy, cold and tasteless. The food is a total waste of money since it's pretty much inedible and nauseating. There are way better places to eat in the mall that are much healthier and tastier.

This places uses the classic restaurant routine of one worker takes the order, one cooks, one hands out the food. However when it's not busy, and theres 4 orders sitting there, and when I ask if that's mine, the man taking the order at the register says "idk if that's yours I'm taking orders" when no one is in line, you taught your employees wrong. My pop was also dripping down the cup, and the lid was loose so it spilt on my shoe. Unlucky day maybe... Quesadilla was good, greasy tasty
