Really loved the atmosphere of this place. It has a cottagey, welcoming vibe! I ordered the Avocado Delight sandwich on jalepeno cheddar bread (which is to die for!) and egg salad on it! It was delicious! My boyfriend got the Hot steak and cheese sandwich and he was very satisfied as well. Very filling! We loved the hospatality the owner gave us and we will definitely be back to try the yogurt! We loved it!

Chicken salad stuffed avocado is epic. This place is also on Menu Express for those day I don't feel like leaving the house! And a drive through!

I tried this place yesterday, I ordered the chopped chicken sandwich and got one bite of it before accidentally walking away, and my dog devouring it. The bite I had was decent, a little dry, but I may have just had a corner bite or something. There didn't seem To be too much flavor, but my dog seemed to love it, so I will try it again. :( I decided to give it another try today, as I love a healthy meal, and ordered the trio salad to go, it was *supposed* to have chicken salad/tuna/ and egg salad on a bed of lettuce. Instead I received a salad with only egg salad on it with lettuce, sprouts, etc.. It was good, the ranch was clearly out of a bottle (which is fine to some people, but being from Texas I prefer homemade) I would've liked to receive what I ordered bc I did want to try all there types of salad, since I paid $7 for it. However, the salad was fresh, good, and filling. All that said, I will be back to try again.

I usually stop by during lunch. It's close to work and has a drive thru. Sometimes they can take FOREVER. But the jalapeño cheese bread is worth it. It makes anything taste spectacular.

Their Humphrey frozen yogurt is hands down my favorite froyo anywhere. The tart yogurt with honey, granola, grapes, bananas and strawberries is just amazing.

This place is really great. The ingredients taste so fresh. Do yourself a favor and get the hot meat melt with turkey and cheddar on fresh cheddar and jalapeño bread. So good.

Counter Culture is located in an old cozy and quaint coffee house. They serve sandwiches, soups and salads which are really delicious but my favorite thing here is the frozen yogurt. It is soft and creamy and nearly fat free. Yum. Here are my personal favorites: Pecan Parfait-yogurt blended with strawberries and whipped cream and garnished with pecans. Humphrey Yogurt- yogurt topped with your choice of three fresh fruits, granola and honey. Banana Crack-yogurt on top of a layer of bananas and your choice of three toppings. Counter Culture also has a private meeting meeting room that they will let you and your group use free of charge with advance notice. Give this place a try. I think you'll enjoy it!

Great, locally owned restaurant. The staff has always been polite and helpful and usually you will find the owner behind the counter as well. They have a good selection of sandwiches and the chili is very good. My wife loves the Humphrey Yogurt and the Avocado Delight. I go for the Chicken Melt on Jalapeño bread.

It's such a shame when bad customer service ruins a business. They have a nice selection of hot or cold sandwiches which are made fresh. I like the avocado delight and a really nice drink is one with yogurt and honey. They have interesting art work on the walls some of which you can purchase All these positives are pretty much forgotten when the service is crap. Today is not the first time that I've been given poor service by the same employee but it will be the last as I would rather spend my money somewhere that you don't get treated like an annoyance. There was no greeting and no smile. I placed my order and the girl gave me the receipt to sign and disappeared. I get that she went back to the kitchen but there was no communication at all. She then brings the order to the table and basically throws it on the table. Doesn't say anything. I said thank you and still nothing. Her attitude is always surly. I wish I could take the tip off the receipt. Here's s tip " try being nice to customers"

Love the atmosphere of the place, friendly, personable owners and staff. Healthy sandwiches are great! I have tried most of them, and enjoyed them all. Favorites are Avocado Delight and Hot Tuna Melt. The Yogurt is the best around! Creamy and delicious! My favorite is natural. Dine in or Drive thru at lunch is quick and enjoyable. Have never been disappointed in the food or the service! Highly recommend!

Great place for a business meeting breakfast. Having attended a BNI gathering I can say that the food was great, parking was ample and the location was great as well. The owner was onsite and active in greeting the guests.

Love their avocado sandwiches made with the most delious brown bread and to accompany it, I usually have the Country Cooler with grape which will cost you about $14. This is not a fast food venue so be prepared to wait as it is worth it.

on my way back from a road trip, i stopped here because i had to wash my bbq down with something delicious and sweet. i had tried the counter culture in baton rouge when i lived there and enjoyed it so i thought i'd check out this location. the building is tucked away off the beaten path, and you'd miss it if you weren't looking for it. the inside is way bigger than i would have expected and very nicely decorated. i ordered a small plain frozen yogurt with bananas. i'm pretty sure it was 3 or 4 dollars, which is the standard going rate for this holier-than-thou dessert. however, it was worth it because i had something that tasted like ice cream without all the fat and sugar. the bananas were a nice touch because their sweetness balanced the tanginess of the yogurt. i'm guessing plain, vanilla, and chocolate are standard flavors with one alternating flavor-of-the-day (which was pistachio on the day i visited). toppings range from fruit to candy to appeal to all tastes. they also serve salads and sandwiches.
