The portions are generous and everything is seasoned well. Try the Blakened Catfish Turnerville! It takes a little time for them to get the food out to you but it's worth the wait.

My kind of local joint. Hostess and waitresses were all sweet as could be. The food was delicious and the serving size was about right. The tea wasn't great, and great tea is a necessity in the south. The place was a bit hard to find and the wait for food was a little too long after ordering. When I order the listed lunch special, it should be out quicker than usual. It was the lunch rush, but that's when it needs to be quickest, as lunch breaks are limited. I'll def be back when in the area.

I have worked at a seafood restaurant before, but this takes the trophy. Very local and very good. Prices are good. Everything good. EXCEPT! (Which is why it isn't 5 stars) none of the phone numbers from website or online work, the address is wrong (but they are just a minute away from previous location bc we asked), and our waiter was slow. All the other servers were fast, ours just kept disappearing and forgetting things. It is a whole in the wall type of place with excellent food. Will bring people who visit me here because it doesn't get more local than this. WOULD COME BACK! They just need to update their phone number and address on websites. HUGE PORTIONS and absolutely delicious everything. Oh, they also have a huge backroom that could have huge groups. They also have an abnormal amount of televisions in there.

Food options are limited around here, but regardless the food was good. There are daily lunch specials and I got the meatloaf (came with either rice or mashed potatoes) with two sides. There is also a full bar, and they do have salads and po-boys. Reasonably priced and served fast. The place was crowded for a Tuesday, and some of my co-workers had already eaten there a few times in the past two weeks. I was told that the chef had previously worked at Orleans on the Avenue, but I don't know for sure. I have eaten at OA before and it was good. Looks that it closed though, which is probably not uncommon around here. Regardless, if your in town and need a good lunch place, check it out. You will be glad you did.

Good selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and seafood dishes. Friendly wait staff. Offered me a helpful option not listed on the menu. Very attentive to our needs. Offered drink refills before we ran out. I definitely recommend the corn and crab bisque. Not a big fan of the sensation salad...very bland. Their shrimp poboy is one of my husband's favorite.

Absolutely loved my experience. The seafood is amazing. The prices are reasonable. The staff was pleasant. I rated it, as good as it gets, because restaurants have changed to quantity over quality and that's not what they're about. The food speaks for itself, very well-prepared and delicious!!!
