Service is always speedy and accurate! I'm a creature of habit so I always get a soy white chocolate mocha latte. Lately I've been a fan of the pepperoni turnover. Grabs seat outdoors kraut in the cafe if you have some time.

The good: Nice location. Outdoor seating is way cool. Near the Clearview Mall. Friendly Baristas. They have stock, when others don't. Near a gang of eateries. Love the bar style window seating. The not so good: I find this location to be a little more stuffy than others, stuffy as the patron wise. I don't care for the drive thru, it's space deficient & a little hard to navigate. Parking is very limited. Easily missed when driving, seems to be just stuck in a 'tiny, oh this will do' space. But I'm glad they had my Eggnog Latte on tonight... tis the season.

Standard Starbucks. The people are pretty nice. Once, someone in front of me in the Drivethru line bought $5 of my purchase with the idea that you pass it along, which I did. They said it can go for a dozen or so customers in a row sometimes.

One week ago at 9 pm one of the employees was trying to let people leave by cleaning the floor with the soup next to their tables, and on the entrance, I was the only one inside when 2 others came, they were not able to enter because she left the soup on the floor, she saw them and did nothing, then I left and these two left as well.. Out of all starbaucks I've been to this is the worst.

I definitely wouldn't go to this particular starbucks to study, very limited parking. Starbucks is starbucks, but the baristas here have been kind of screwing with my orders! Iced macchiato and it tasted spoiled. Next time got the very berry refresher and it looked much lighter than usual and tasted almost like watered down fruit punch -- really watered down. Not too satisfied with the last few drinks but, its Starbucks. I'd just suggest going to another location instead.

Typical Starbucks. They get my order wrong 20% of the time and they leave caramel on the cup 80% of the time. I don't understand why they don't give you a napkin.

This is the filthiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Hard to enjoy a cup of coffee when your surroundings are just gross!

It is close to the house and love the customer service here. The drinks are made consistently correct!

Starbucks stores are slowly getting the attitude that they're invincible. Like "you need us." And no apologies. Yes, there are exceptions. But I can lo grade more stores than hi these days. It's pretty foolish, as corporate empires take decades to build, and weeks to crumble, it seems. I think of what some knowledgeable person told me in Seattle. "We like to think of SBUX as the McDonald's of coffee - mediocre product available everywhere." So to me, SBUX boils down to ambience and friendly service. And while they can precisely engineer the ambience of each store, the customer service is always the wild card in every case. This store, like so many others, is sadly one of the majority. Inconsistent cashier service, long times to make drinks, and indifference toward the sale are hallmarks. Yes you have a few nice people behind the bar. But for the majority back there, it's the tired and true SBUX mantra: You Need Us.

This is my favorite location! I love Adam, Ana Lee, Jasmine, and several others...I'm really bad with names and have a hard time remembering all. But pretty much all of them know me by name lol :) They are all awesome! Drinks are always on point, no matter how crazy mine get!! They are real and are not fake. And handle rude people really well for what I've observed!

Great location, good staff We ran the gauntlet in NO to get to this starbucks which was under a mile from our hotel near the airport. Large location, friendly staff and they got our drinks right!

Not bad for a Starbucks, the inside is always clean and the baristas are friendly. The drive thru on the side of the building is a bit precarious to navigate, however, especially if you drive a larger vehicle. There are plenty of scrape marks on the high curb to remind you of all the cars before you who did not heed the severeness of the rather sharp turn (probably close to 90 degrees!).
