Very good food. Hot, flavorful, and delicious. Staff was friendly. The food and drinks were served very quickly. I'm not sure why there are such negative reviews. We were just passing through and decided to stop for lunch. Great decision. I had the chicken fajitas and they were great!

Came here for lunch one day while I was out this way for work. We had an order of guacamole and I had the fish tacos (plus the complimentary chips and salsa). The chips and salsa were good, not great. Tasted like regular store-bought. The fish tacos were pretty good, and they give you a lot of food (rice and beans with it). The remoulade sauce wasn't my favorite, and I would rather not get cheese on my fish taco, but I still ate it (caveat - I was STARVING, so I probably would've eaten anything). Service wasn't the best either. Waited twice as long as we should've to order.

Not very good... The fajitas leave something to be desired - a bit bland and lacking. The salsa on the other hand is a bit over-powering, simply too much cilantro. No problems with service however - the waitress was nice and the manager and even came by and checked in on us. This restaurant has potential, but they need to rethink their food to get there.

The minute we walked in we were approached very kindly and were seated right away. The waitress was very kind and courteous. The food was great too. The parillada for 2 was nice and hot with plenty of shrimp and meat to feed 3:) I would only recommend better tortillas.. But other than that everything was nice and tender. The birthday song was hilarious. Got my wives pic on the wall.. It was funny and fun. Great stop..

The food is decent for Mexican but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Our first visit was on the opening night, seating times were fairly quick for them being packed. We were seated and ordered, waited an hour for our food before we were approached by the hostess and we told her about our lack of food. People who got there after us and were seated/ordered after us had already received their food. The hostess must of took care of it because our food came out not long after. I ordered a taco salad and the shell was stale and disgusting. The other food was good though. The second visit I ordered a side of beans with my food which never came out. The waiter tried to charge me for the beans. The ticket was not readable, I guess it was in Spanish? Anyway, he took the beans off the ticket and I paid. Another lady brought my change back and they stiffed me $2.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
