Ordered this pizza for delivery to a hotel while passing through the area, and I was really impressed! The pizza had a great crust (nice sauce and cheese, too), and the delivery time was shorter than estimated. They also included paper plates and plastic utensils, a really nice bonus for a hotel delivery.

Considering this is your typical dine/delivery/take out pizza place, my wife and I weren't expecting much compared to the other popular chains close by. I walked in with a coupon for this location's grand opening and was instantly greeted by an employee very knowledgeable about their product. After a quick run down of Jet's different options, we ordered our typical "thin crust" pizza we get at most places. We were intrigued by the different crust options and glad to see an option for "well done" as we like the cheese a little more cooked than most. The pizza was very good overall, the crust very flavorful, though a bit strong on the garlic side, and sauce was good with a mild sweet hint to it. We will definitely order from here again!

Thin crust tasted like cardboard andthe sauce was too sweet. However, it was served hot and we had the entire dining area to ourselves. A bit telling on a Friday night at 5:30 PM

Quite possibly the best deep dish pizza in the known universe. Do yourself a favor and get the turbo crust. It's cheap too.

Definitely much better pizza than the other national chains, but not quite up to snuff with some of the better local options like Wicks or Boombozz. On the flip side, it's significantly cheaper than the locals. Have tried the pizza and a calzone so far- fairly impressed with the pizza but the calzone wasn't great by any stretch of the imagination. Edit: don't order their medium size. It seems like a good deal, but it's a hand-tossed round instead of their deep-dish squares. Deep dish is sooooo much better. The hand-tossed just tasted like Dominos to me (at least what I remember Dominos tasting like. It's been a while)

Ok- Had deep dish tonight. Could not tell the difference between their pizza and Little Caesars deep dish. Just average to me-not worth the price without a coupon.

Terrible food. I am not sure how anyone reviewed it positively. Y'all need to get (eat) out more. Pizza and sandwiches were just sad - quality and taste. Even the phone manners of the order takers was abrupt and unfriendly. We will never repeat (unlike their food).

I really enjoy this place! My oldest gets the pizza "boat" (calzone which is enough for two meals), my youngest son loves the cheese bread and I love any kind of pizza on their deep dish crust! I love the caramelized cheese around the outside. This is the best deep dish I have found in Louisville, so far!

Standard boilerplate delivery. Service was prompt and the pizza just fine. Nothing great but definitely not disappointed.
