Got it delivered. The pizza tasted like actual, homemade pizza! Nothing fake. The cheese, sauce, and crust were all great! Got some garlic knots which were amazing and the marinara it came with was probably the best I've ever had!

Excellent pizza. I walked in and ordered two slices, and was out the door in no time. Great tasting pizza. I'm going back soon!

Wasn't very satisfied at all! Food was delivered 20 minutes late after they already anticipated an hour wait. The marinara sauce was not very good, I didn't receive any dressing for my salad, the garlic knots tasted like cardboard, and I didn't receive the breadstick for my pasta. I won't be ordering from them again.

Their Lunch buffet is awesome. Unlimited pizza and salad bar. Just request for a pizza that you would like to have and they will bake one for the buffet. Once again... Awesome!

I recently received a mailer from The Bridge Pizza and am always interested in trying new dining options--especially independent establishments. Earlier this evening I placed a carry-out order after leaving work and drove 20+ minutes to their location in the shabby Imperial Plaza Shopping Center on Waller Avenue. The squalid interior certainly matched the surroundings. Perhaps this is how pizza places look in Brooklyn, I'm not sure. It is one of the five Burroughs I have not visited in New York. But compared to other pizza places in Lexington, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. I proceeded to inform the man behind the counter of my order and he disappeared into the kitchen area. He returned soon after to inform me that my order had not even been started. With only 2 customers inside and accounting for the fact it was a Tuesday evening, I question just how they could have possibly been so busy as to have lost (?) my order, or at best, not even started baking the pizza. More important, I don't really care how it happened. But it did. So I immediately left and ordered a pizza from another pizza establishment in town. It was my first experience with The Bridge Pizza and I will never know if the food is good, bad, or in-between as I have no desire to try them again. There's simply too many pizza places in Lexington to take another chance on an unknown joint that can't handle a simple order for one pizza.

They actually send someone up to NY in a car to fill up a bunch of carboys of NYC municipal water and drive it back down. They also use REAL Italian flower to make their dough. The crust has a nice crisp to it and folds over perfectly with a little crunch. Great work Bridge Pizza guys! 1 out of 1 found this review helpful

Pretty decent pizza. It did not blow my socks off, but it was good. The crust was thin, but not quite as thin as New York style pizza. The toppings were plentiful, and the pie was served piping hot. The smaller-sized house salad was quite large and the vegetables on it were fresh. The garlic knots, which oddly arrived five minutes after our pizza did, were hot and very garlicky. I loved them. I think the whole experience would have been better had we gotten take-out vs. eating in the restaurant. We had a family member in a nearby hospital and were on a quick dinner break, so eating in was pretty much a necessity. I prefer real plates and real utensils, so the plastic forks and paper plates weren't ideal. One would expect pizza to be served on a metal pizza pan, but this one was served on the same type of plastic tray that you would get your food on if you were in a fast food restaurant. A tad more effort on their part to make the dine-in experience better would have been appreciated. My recommendation is to try it, but phone your order in, pick it up and be on your merry way.

Excellent New York style pizza. The sauce is delicious, and the crust is just right. It is a bit on the greasy side, which might turn off some people, but it doesn't seem to soak through the crust. The garlic knots are also great, if a bit strong in flavor. Delivery took roughly 45 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time it was at my door. Prices were very reasonable, given the quality. I will definitely be ordering again soon!

I've had the calzone, pizza, garlic knots, and chicken parm sandwich here. Each visit the food has been delicious. I've even picked it up on the way home and the crust (NY style thin crust) was crunchy after a 25 minute drive. This is our first choice when getting pizza in Lexington. They do serve beer, but it's in bottles and the selection is kind of limited.

Crust is tasty, as other users said, garlic knots are great also! From Chicago and enjoyed this pizza very much. Nice change from what I have up in Chicago

The best thing about The Bridge Pizza is the crispy crust. They also have a great variety of veggie toppings and the ability to order non-tomato based sauces like white-sauce and olive-oil and garlic. I was disappointed that the Pizza Margarita was not "classic". In this I mean fresh mozzarella balls or slices are used on the top of the pizza, for The Bridge, it means that mozzarella is used on the pizza. They did get the tomatoes and fresh basil right. I do highly recommend it because of the non-greasy, crispy crust!

It was just me and the kids for dinner tonight, so I decided to check out the new Pizza place on Waller. I'm from the NY area and get excited anytime I see a NY pizza place open in Lexington. We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and sausage, a chef salad (for take-home), and garlic knots. The pizza crust was perfect (as I understand it, they import NY water to make the crust). Sauce had just a touch of sweetness and tasted like it was made today. Cheese and toppings were solid - especially the pepperoni (I'll probably skip the sausage next time). As good as the pizza was, the garlic knots were the best thing on the table. Do NOT skip the garlic knots. Seriously, they were amazing. Hot, with a perfect crust, topped with butter, garlic and fresh parsley. We nibbled on the salad and packed it up for tomorrow. As we were packing up to leave, I stopped by the counter to compliment them on the excellent pie and garlic knots. They thanked me, and right before we walked out, they brought over two small chocolate cakes for the kids to take home. A really nice end to a fantastic meal. We'll definitely be going back!

Just tried their new lunch buffet. Sticker shock! They charged us over $12 each for what turned out to be a very mediocre lunch with a soda to drink.. We have been fans of their takeout pizza but there was a limited supply of pizzas to choose from for the buffet. There was plenty of cheesy bread and garlic knots but usually there was only one pizza at a time to pick from. The only time there were two included a plain cheese pizza and one with onions. The salad bar was unremarkable, there was a pot of unidentified soup and some pudding. We felt cheated and will never try this again. Our first mistake was ordering without asking the price and it wasn't listed on their board. They had other lunch options including two slices of pizza and a drink for $5.99, a much better deal for the money.

Some of the best pizza in town! It's very light and fresh. The crust is crunchy and the tomato sauce is delicious. The staff was incredibly nice.

Ate at the bridge last night for dinner, ordered the spinach calzone and it was amazing! The filling was super flavorful as well as the crust. I've been looking for a good calzone place in Lexington and I have finally found it. The inside of the place is spacious, not crammed it, or sitting on top of other patrons. And as soon as you walk in you can smell the delicious aroma of pizza. Also I got a cannoli and I think it could have been the best one I've ever had. I can not wait to go back to try the pizza!

Decent pie for a good price. I would go back whenever I am hungry for NY style crust pizza.
