I know this is a chain restaurant, but when living in this area that is all that is really around, but this restaurant does it right. All the entrees and sides served at the table were as ordered and everyone was happy. The appetizers (spinach and artichoke dip and tonions) were the only part of the meal that were less than desired, I would say skip the appetizers and move right to the entrees. A note in terms of coming in, they don't take reservations, however they do take call-ins for wait-list, you call in 30 minutes ahead and then show up and your name is already on the list. Highly recommend using this service, as it gets pretty crowded it there.

Let me give you a tip... Losing a couple of stars on my review, and here is why. This restaurant is conveniently located and perhaps the best steak in town. However the management team handling of our food left us with a bad taste in our mouth. I took my wife there for her birthday and we ordered a couple of meals and added a salad. My wife found the tip of a plastic bottle in the salad. It appeared that someone cut a cone shaped tip off a bottle and it ended up in my wife's salad. If you are in the food service and something like that flies off, you should make an effort to locate it, or it could have very well ended up in a small child's throat. We are not talking about disgusting, but rather the possibility of injuring someone. Apparently not important for the kitchen staff; our waiter was very apologetic and he called the manager over, to our table. She looked at the salad, took it off the table and gave us a grand discount of $1.59. I believe that you lost more than just a buck fifty; you lost a couple of customers that will not be returning anytime soon. Apparently customer satisfaction and food quality control is not the top priority here. I am so glad that other places sell food in town. So let me give you a tip, since you served us one. It would have been perfectly ok to complement the entire meal to us, or at least offer to do so.

Food is ok but service is simply not good. They dont appear to be staffed appropriately and take a very long time to settle the bills.

Steak not cooked correctly, waitress offered to cook it more...who wants that? Didn't offer anything else. Refilled with the wrong drink...chicken was good. will stick to Texas roadhouse.

Probably my families favorite chain Steakhouse. We have never had a bad meal here, highly recommend!

Service here is ALWAYS slow. I went here this last weekend and they were out of the Porterhouse for 2. I was extremely disappointed. We ended up ordering something else. The drinks from the bar were small and expensive. I got a margarita and my date got a pina colada. They tasted good, but not very impressive looking. No garnish on the pina colada, and a small glass...especially for almost $8 apiece. It is one of the few places in town to eat, but not the best around

As suspected it was busy being just opened two days ago. Staff is still working out the kinks with not enough servers and some not knowing what table the food goes to. I ordered a Sprite and it took two separate waiters to realize the syrup was out. We ordered our food and our appetizer, salad & main course came out in a timely manner. My fiance however did have a hair in his salad and they took it away immediately and contacted the manger who came over and profusely apologized and ended up comping our dessert. The food is absolutely awesome and the dessert was so divine, I am not really a dessert person but truly divine. Instead of rolls they have Honey Wheat Bread which I really liked. You get a mini loaf what it seems like a homemade baked bread that is still nice and warm and so good. The pricing is on the higher side but food wise, was so worth it. For one beer, one appetizer and two meals with sodas cost $60.

It was my first time eating at Longhorn's and to my surprise I found this place to be clean and friendly, the servers did a great job keeping our drinks filled and brought our food out in a timely manner, I had the stuffed mushrooms and they tasted great! I ordered the 21 ounce ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great, very impressed! I will be going back again that's for sure!!!

An immensely good-looking and satisfying restaurant located just across from the Towne Mall that everybody in Hardin County seems to hate so much. Really, my primary concern with this place is that it's rather overpriced, but it is a pleasant experience if you're looking to have an enjoyable meal. The entire restaurant seems to be clean and well-decorated with a Western theme. Despite the numerous customers slowing the waiters down, the service was actually decent and they were very friendly and patient with us. They first brought out a sliced loaf of hot honey-wheat bread along with butter. This bread was soft and delicious, and they were able to provide more of it free of charge after I had asked. I ordered an 18-ounce medium Outlaw Ribeye steak for $23.99, and they were able to bring out a Caesar salad for me while I waited. And speaking of the wait, it did take quite a while. Maybe about half an hour for the dish to arrive, but it was so good that I'm not even upset with them. The waiter was nice enough to ask us to cut into our steaks before he left so he could make sure they were cooked right enough for us. The medium steak was juicy and basically cooked to perfection; they gave us knives that were sharp enough to conserve the juice. Still, everything on the plate stayed warm until I was done with it, which I found quite impressive. Along the side were some mashed potatoes that I had ordered; they were exquisite and funnily enough bore a strong resemblance to vanilla ice cream. At the end, our waiter seemed happy to serve us, and I can quite honestly say I was happy to have been there.

A little disappointed by the changes implemented since the last time I ate here. The butter with the bread is no longer a sweet compliment to the tasty multigrain bread, but instead just plain butter. They have taken the shrimp and lobster dip off the appetizer menu so I opted for the crab/artichoke dip--it was good but certainly not a fair replacement. The entree was just ok--the chicken tenders were very salty and the artificial sour cream ruined the loaded baked potato. The portion sizes here are large but that doesn't matter so much when the food is mediocre. The service was adequate but not the most attentive.

Normally, I wouldn't give such a high rating to a place like this (because I don't normally support chain establishments due to less pressure to put out a good product.) However, being in an area like this there isn't many options for "healthy" food. I came in and got the 6oz sirloin, broccoli plain, sweet potato plain and being the first time here I was impressed. My food came out perfect and the bartender was extremely friendly. Bravo Longhorn for such a good 1st time experience (at this location), bravo.
