Probably closer to 2.5 stars. We stopped here on our way home from Lake Cumberland and left pretty dissatisfied. The staff was friendly and the service was good and quick, but the food was... Meh. The chips and salsa were okay, except the salsa was a bit too spicy for my taste. I asked our waiter if they had any mild salsa, he said yes and brought out a bowl of warm, red enchilada sauce. Ironically, this was probably the tastiest part of my meal. I had a beef dish with red sauce, rice and beans. It was okay. My boyfriend ordered the ranchero shrimp burrito and couldn't eat the shrimp because they were so bad- smelly and the texture was off. Don't know if this is representative of the rest of their seafood menu, but I'd stick with a chicken, beef or pork dish at this place.

Where the beers are large and salads are small. When they say "grande beer", they mean "enormaou beer" (32 ounces). But the chicken salad was a little larger than a side salad with a generous portion of grilled chicken. Food was average for a Mexican restaurant. Overall, 2.5 stars.

I somehow found myself in this area during a weekday lunch and decided that, without spotting it on the menu, I would just tell the waiter that I wanted seafood fajitas. What he brought out was batch of seafood euphoria in half of a pineapple shell. No peppers or onions to be found. But the seafood concoction was excellent. The chips and salsa were excellent as well, enough to write home about.

Last trip here was the last trip. Food was cold. I ordered the taco salad. Couldn't eat it. They used a flavorless flour tortilla instead of the good puffy shell. Haven't gone back and never will. Meat was not cooked it was raw looking and smelled as if it was old.
