Only got two stars because it was two people one from us each. So don't get to excited people! Lol I think it's the cook that's making the food cold. It's like he don't time his food rite to get done at the same time! Like he will cook the eggs then make the sausage ! Or make the bacon then cook a cake type stuff! Lol that's prob why the food cold! But the waitress is sweet and nice good service and the coffee gets 4 stars with server. So just to have coffee and good table service 4 stars! Now coffee and food? 2 stars waitress and coffee 1 1/2 of that.

The family has been there several times and each time that we have gone, we all have become ill. We will avoid going to this establishment at all costs. It's just not worth the money. The food was barely warm and greasy. The service is hit and miss, more miss than anything. Thanks but no thanks unless this place gets it's act together. We sorely need a good family type of restaurant on the SW portion of Wichita. This place missed out on what could have become a family favorite.

This was my third time at this place. Not sure why I went back because the first 2 times I found the food to be mediocre at best. It is close to my work so a couple co-workers and I decided to give it another try. We noticed the daily special menu had 2 prices. When I asked about this, we were told there was one price for the special and a different price if you have a coupon. That's crappy if you ask me. The coupon barely got us any more discount. It did get us in there, which I know is the purpose but we won't be back. We ordered, and the food was decent but about halfway through my grilled chicken, I noticed it was a little odd looking. I cut it lengthwise and discovered it was mostly raw. When I told the waitress she took it back to show the chef. Then came back and said her manager said to offer me a piece of pie. What? You serve me raw chicken and all you can do is offer me pie? That manager should have come to the table and apologized and comped my whole meal! That's ridiculous! I'm not sure how much I had eaten before this discovery but if I get sick I will be making some noise! When we went up to pay our bill he asked how everything was and I mentioned the chicken and his response was "sorry 'bout that". Seriously? I'm not sure how this place or the other locations even stay in business!

I have eaten there several times with no problems with the food. It's always been well cooked and tasty. Only once have I experienced poor service when the lady waiting on us had friends at the next table and couldn't seem to tear herself away to check on us until my tea glass was bone dry, except for ice. Other than that I have received good service, even as part of a crowd. Prices are decent, plus there are always coupons or Groupons so if you pay full price for a meal for two, you weren't trying very hard to find a deal. It is a diner, aka greasy spoon. If you are in the mood for diner food, go there. If you want a nicer restarant for fine dining, like Carrabba's, go there. It is what it is meant to be, a diner. Good, cheap, filling, slightly greasy food.

I actually don't eat here anymore. I never crave this place and usually choose to eat elsewhere.

Went there this morning for breakfast. We were sat right away and our order was taken. It took over 45 minutes for the good too come out. During that time our server never came to check on us. The food came out missing a bunch of stuff and what we had was cold. We never got the whole meal. The server never came back. I only ate about a third of my meal and gave up. Won't be going back

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
