I enjoy this Starbuck's because it has the atmosphere of a small town coffee shop. It doesn't have a drive through, which at first, really bothered me. Now that I go there all the time, I actually like the fact that there isn't one because it feels authentic. The people behind the counter are always cheerful and nice and they all make killer drinks. I have never had a bad drink at the Starbuck's. Another great thing about this particular Starbuck's is that they feature a local artists' work in the corner, which is super cool.

I only do drive thru. Hands down fastest drive thru. And the staff is so professional and friendly. Happy to have a drive thru Starbucks so close to home and on the way to work.

I LOVE this Starbucks! The people here are SOO friendly and they all ways make my drink correctly and quickly! They know me by name, when I'm just getting a drink for me and when I'm getting a drink for me and my husband. They are so friendly it just doesn't get any better then them!

I wish this place was better. The coffee is good (standard Starbuck's quality) and it's literally a block from my house, so I would go there all the time if I was more impressed with the service. I've been there three times and each time the man working the register and taking my order (the same man each time) is not friendly and gives off the impression that he's got much more important things to be doing than taking my order. The last time I went in, there was a line 3-people deep and he continued to wipe down tables, blatantly ignoring everyone in line waiting to order! And on top of all that, he can NEVER get my order right. I always have to repeat it at least once. At first I thought maybe he was just new, but it's been a month now since I first encountered him, and he should have learned how to take a coffee order by now. The one thing saving this from a 1-star review is the baristas who actually made my coffee each time. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and whip up some nice lattes with a side of interesting small talk. I've never stayed to drink my coffee in the shop, but the atmosphere seems inviting. Overall, I think this would be a pretty decent place without the dope behind the register making a bad first impression every time I walk in.

The staff at this Starbucks is friendly and helpful, with suggestions in case you want to try something new. The store is clean and newly painted (2011). They offer free wi-fi and sell pastries and newspapers to go with your coffee, tea, or specialty drinks. Artists can display their work there.

I work right down the street from this Starbucks and as much as I love having a Starbucks right down the street, the staff at this location is one of the most unfriendly I have ever seen. A few of them are very nice but in general I would not say that I enjoy the friendliness of the staff. In addition my wife has met with some friends a few evenings at this location. They have since moved to an alternate location as one time after a customer left the store she overheard the staff inappropriately making fun of the guest (note this was not the only reason they went to another location but the only one that is a reflection of the restaurant)

OMG where do I begin with this place??? So I had a meeting not too far from this place and was about equal distance from this Starbucks and the one on Metcalf Ave. I decided I would try this one out since I haven't been to this one before. Man did I regret my decision. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I go in to order my drink and there are these three employees in there who look like they just woke up and hadn't taken a shower in 3 days. (Buuggh!). As I am walking up to order my drink the girl behind the counter greets me with a BIG YAWN! It was 9:45a!!! Thanks, I really wanted to see your molars and wondered if you had your wisdom teeth yet lady, not to mention cavities. I'm like, "Uuugh you work at a coffee place!" The last thing you should be doing is yawning at the counter. I chuckled at her pretty good, but she didn't laugh (LOL!) The drink tasted bad and I could tell that these people just didn't give a crap. I do like the layout and the little patio, but the service here is pretty bad. I will definitely go to other Starbucks before I go to this one.
