WOW!!! The ribs.......the beans.......the house salad was so crazy good!!!!! The service was awesome the view from the building and the cleanliness is way more than I expected from the outside. The dinning room has the cafe tables and chairs with red checked table covers, 2 walls are complete windows. Another wall is covered with Super Bowl memorabilia from the very first to last years. They also support on the wall their home town teams!! Very good experience and I will come back!

This is the first time that I've ever driven here. The food is always great. I can really tell you today, because I drove instead of flying with a student. This is a nice little drive down 169 from KC. They were out of ham, but the ribs were fall off the bone great. The fries were great. The brown sugar baked beans are great. Don't order the large fries, you'll never leave.

By far the best BBQ around! They are a family owned business and they know what they are doing with their awesome food! Don't short change yourself try this awesome friendly joint! Their BBQ sandwiches are to die for. Some of the best fried green beans with green bean sauce I've ever had as well. They bottle and sell their own sauce which I personally adore, I use it for everything. Can't think of a better place to enjoy a night out.

Grew up in KC and lived in Texas for many years. This is some of if not the best bbq we have ever had! Anyone who doesn't rate this place at least four stars knows squat about bbq! Awesome sauce, ribs, beef, pork, beans! The only thing I don't like about this place are the pictures of our idiot POTUS on the wall. However, that is not worth losing a star over. Highly recommend We-B-Smokin!

We-B-Smokin is probably one of KC's better BBQ joints...which is a shame because it's located out in the middle of BFE. But both times I've eaten here I've really enjoyed the food (and I'm Texan so I'm usually not a fan of BBQ in this area.) Their smoked turkey is delicious, as are their sides and other meat selections. And the jalapeno ketchup? Preatty amazing. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the older woman who served us last time was pretty short-tempered and rude. But I really can't complain too much because this place is damn good eats, and pretty cheap at that. It's up to par with Okie J's and I love that it's a local mom and pop joint. If you're in the mood for good local BBQ be sure to make the trip out here and support these guys.

We B Smokin has some great BBQ. It's all smoked in Applewood and it has a distinctive flavor. They have some of the best baby back ribs I have ever had! They are covered in a sweet, yummy, sticky sauce that compliments the tender meat that just falls off the bone into your mouth. OMG!!! It's out in the country a little, but if you take an airplane ride you can park right out back in the "Airplane Parking Only" lot! One of the best "$100 Hamburger" spots! (If you don't know what a "$100 hamburger" place is, look it up on Wikipedia!)

Good food. Out of the way, but well worth the search. Good food. Large windows look out onto the airport. Airplane parking right out side. Fun to watch the planes come and go.

I lived in the area for ten years, ate at every BBQ joint around, and We-B-Smokin' is the best BBQ in east central Kansas. It's located at the Miami County airport just off US-169. Great selection of meats - ribs, brisket, pulled pork, ham, chicken halves, turkey and sausage. Sandwich or dinner menus for all items. Nice selection of sides. The baked beans are the signature dish, though. Order them! The service is prompt and friendly. Two slight changes could take this place to 5-stars. Lose the frozen fries and hand cut the potatoes. Stock a better selection of beer. We got the last bottle of Shiner, and after that it was only Bud, Coors or Miller. But the meat is what you drive or fly in for, and it's the best around. Five stars for the BBQ. Penalty point for the fries and beer. Well worth the drive or plane hop.

Excellent BBQ - those of us who are pilots love the place because we can fly in and look at airplanes while we eat! That aside, the food is good, especially the brisket and the ribs ("fall off the bone" tender!). The place is definitely nothing fancy - but then, aren't most good barbecue joints that way? I agree with a previous reviewer that service can be a little unfriendly at times, but nothing intolerable.
