It's Chick-fil-A, so you know what to expect. Went through the drive thru. They messed up the order, giving us two chicken, egg, and cheese biscuits instead of sausage, egg, and cheese. We weren't too far away when we realized it. We went back to get the correct order. They threw away the wrong order (what a waste!) and made us the correct sandwiches. They weren't very apologetic, which is weird since Chick-fil-A is known for being super friendly.

The main reason why I keep returning...and of course the crispy (on the outside) and so juicy (on the inside) chicken sandwich, chicken biscuit, nuggets, or tenders! The waffle fries are always a nice treat that are just great for the fact that their not shaped like regular fries! This place is always immaculately clean...definite plus! This was my third time at this chick fil a location and it never disappoints. While the pricing is a bit more expensive than some of the other types of fast food chains, the food has such a better quality taste. There are options for anyone and even for the kids! I went with some friends and while I was just there for the company, an employee "Noah" went out of his way in offering me their free promotion of the farmer direct iced coffee. He was very kind and I hope is rewarded for his excellent customer service. Brittany also came and was very kind to all of us!

I love chick-fil-a and went here on a recent road trip. We ordered the chicken wrap with avocado lime dressing and the original chicken sandwich. The food was great as usual and the place was spotless. It was really busy but the food came out in minutes. They never disappoint!

Wow, I don't normally go out for fast food, let alone review a fast food place. However, this is easily the best fast food place I've ever been to. For the first time in my life my sandwich actually looked like the pictures. It was fresh and delicious--way above my expectations. It's one of our favorite places to take our kids for dinner. The play room for little kids is so nice, especially in the winter months. We love the food and the people who work there are always incredibly polite, even with our little guys running around. Tuesday night is always something special there so check out their Facebook page. Sometimes it's pajama party night with free kids meals if kids wear their pajamas! Every third Tuesday is bingo night which my 11 year old son gets a real kick out of. We love the environment and recognize all the Christian music playing!

This is my favorite Chick-fi-la location because of the service. They are super sweet(all locations are very nice), but this location went above and beyond. I came here with my niece & nephew, and when I ordered I asked for mayo/hot sauce and realized that this location still had condiments on the floor. When I mentioned that this was my first visit here they guy at the counter gave each of us a coupon for a free desert! I was so impressed. Definitely will be back to this location.

I worked up an appetite, after doing damage at the mall. I was trying to decide what I wanted to pick up and noticed the line of cars outside of Chick and decided to give it a try. All I expected was to have some chicken - I didn't know how it was prepared or what form it was served in. I was greeted upon walking in the lobby. I immediately noticed this was not a high end joint...I glanced over the menu and went for the Spicy Chicken combo. The chicken was nice and plump (must be a Purdue :) and well seasoned with plenty of spices. The waffle fries were an nice compliment to the undercover McChicken (yep, I said McChicken over at Ronald's) and they gave plenty of fries. My total meal came to just under $8. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. It's just a great looking fast food joint compared to the other options. The chicken is just an undercover McChicken with fresh tomatoes and spices. I will definitely visit Chick-fil-A again.

I was not amazed. It was alright but that's it. Service was super nice and quick even during a busy time. However. I ordered the spicy chicken and I had the unfortunate luck of finding out that every single chicken breast sandwich has pickles on it. This is unforgivable. I hate them and the mere touch of them on the sandwich almost contaminates the entire meal. I blame myself for not double checking. Some fries were undercooked. Spicy sandwich was not flavorful nor spicy but it was moist. Its definitely not better than a spicy at Wendy's.

Well, the long anticipated day has arrived. Chick-fil-A has opened! As one of the lucky ones to attend the Premiere Night, I was already wowed before I walked in the door today for opening day. It is very simple food, done how it should be. The chicken sandwich has such a great flavor, the waffle fries are better than any other fast food fries, the fresh made lemonade is so good, lemon meringue pie to die for, I could go on and on BUT, what is really the impressive thing about this restaurant is the staff, the service, the way you are treated when you come in to the restaurant and a business that models themselves around the community aspect and family. I do not think they will have any problem keeping those lights on but just in case, I plan to be there OFTEN!

Moved back here about 6 months ago and was so excited to have a chick fil a within 20 minutes of home! It's been worth the drive every time. Tonight the messed up my order pretty bad in the drive thru but as soon as I called in to complain the manager made it right without hesitation! I was a regular at this location for the last 3 years. It is right on my way to work, I stopped 2-3 times a week every morning at 7am sometimes 5 days a week. Order the same thing. Until this morning. Worst customer experience ever. I make my order of a #2 four count and a large fruitcup. The same girl Mary waits on me and I don't know if she was in a bad mood or just didn't want my order anymore? But they always ask, "do you want the fruit cup in addition of the hash browns or in place?" Well I didn't get that question today so I assumed maybe since I'm there 2-5 times a week maybe they figured out it's the same order as usual. I did notice my total is usually $10.48 and the charge this time was $9.37. Well I thought maybe there was a coupon or a sale, but I get to the pick up window and look in my bag and there were no hashbrowns. I asked where are the hashbrowns and she rudely says. You didn't order any. I said I did, I asked for a number 2 four count, when you asked was that all I said and a large fruitcup. You never asked me the same question you ask me everyday, "do you want the fruitcup in addition of the hashbrowns or in place?". I told her I wanted the hashbrowns and she asked me for my debit card back!? Are you kidding me? You pass out free chicken sandwiches like candy and your going to charge me for the hashbrowns? Couldn't of just grabbed a box of hashbrowns and said have a nice day? I then called the so called store operator Tyler Carter who never called me back, he was about as rude as Mary that morning. He never followed up. Worst customer service at this store and I will never go back or anyone at my job will go there either. It's not the only fast food joint with chicken. If you want crappy service and a staff that is rude go here! The McDonalds across the street will get my business back.

So I've started the new dieting craze that has hit the region lately. No it's not the lemonade diet or the cookie diet. It's the no chicken on a Sunday diet! Yes I have started to lay off chicken on the last day before heading back to work because Chick-fil-A being the excetional company that they are shares the opinion that Sunday belongs to the family and not the drive thru. Now my son loves this place more for the playground, but he does love their chicken nuggets and fries. Myself, I love the spicy chicken sandwich. They claim to have one of the best chicken sandwiches out there and they are correct. And since the entire region knows this many people flock like chickens over there to grab them not only can they keep up with the demand they always end up serving a great meal with a smile and, "my pleasure." You can't go wrong here for affordablem fast, and family oriented service. Chick-fil-A is now in NW Indiana and they will be staying.

I go here regularly. What's negative? Nothing. Food is awesome, cheap, and unbelievably quick. The staff working here is amazingly friendly. They put a lot of sit down restaurants to shame and obviously they're probably paid less than a waiter with tips. i mean these folks are genuinely happy and we're talking fast food here. Always stop here every time I go to my VA doctor appointments in Crown Point. I really look forward to it. And the bathroom is clean. You know what I'm talking about. Dirty bathroom means the workers take it to the food. They get that and keep the entire place in tip top shape.

The service was fairly quick but the chicken salad sandwich I ordered was pre-packaged, light on the chicken salad, which was bland, and served on cold toast. I could have purchased a market fresh sandwich from Arbys and had it fresh with an ample amount of chicken salad. I was not impressed and won't be going back. I made a visit here through the drive thru. The service was fairly quick but the chicken salad sandwich I ordered was pre-packaged, light on the chicken salad, which was bland, and served on cold toast. I could have purchased a market fresh sandwich from Arbys and had it fresh with an ample amount of chicken salad. I was not impressed and won't be going back. Two stars because the server was very nice.
