A little pricey, but nice for a treat. Excellent service & very clean. Food is very good & very generous portions.

We ate here for the first time when it was fairly new, and a Valentines day, so won't review the restaurant side. The wife and I love the bar side though. Very friendly staff, really good food, and NO SMOKING! If you order a drink that's not standard fare, you might give some direction. Wanted to see if the bartendress could make a dirty vodka martini, and I got a pretty full glass of olive juice.

Love this place. Staff is great, food is phenomenal. Some say its $$$, I say u get what you pay for. Portions or large and food Is great. I've had plenty of free coke refills.

Where do I start. They need a dedicated hostess. While we were there it seemed whichever employee was closest to the door when someone walked in seated them and if no one was close you just had to wait. The decor was impressive and the atmosphere was good but it went downhill from there. The placemats looked cheap and the menu is a single laminated piece of legal paper. It looked as if no one bothered to put much effort into it. I ordered a Bloody Mary. It had no spice and no flavor at all to speak of. The dinner salads came out before the appetizer. The waitress was nice but passed our table a dozen times as the plates from the salad and appetizer were stacked up leaving us with no room on our already tiny table. Finally some women in street clothes comes by to pick the dishes up. To that point, I saw one waitress with a shirt that had the restaurants name on it. There were at least three that were just in street cloths and if they hadn't been behind the bar or picking up dishes there would be no way you could tell they worked there. The need for a unified dress code cannot be over stressed. Now on to the bone in ribeye. The menu said $30. It's worth half that. It was under seasoned, chewy and full of gristle. The tater tot side even though you could tell they were the frozen variety stole the show. I feel this was a way overpriced low class experience wrapped in a very nice, unique and impressive building. We will not be returning.

We were excited to eat here tonight, wish we hadn't. We got there early & sat right down. Wait staff was prompt & Courteous. The menu was a laminated piece of legal paper with terrible scratched in corrections & such. It's pretty pricey for very unexciting fare. The cheapest app was queso & chips-$9?? The cheapest sandwich was a plain burger-$8.50. Steaks had BETTER be good given the prices. We got iced tea (INSTANT iced tea. You only get 1 refill on $2 soft drinks!) and the Italian roast beef sandwich-$9.50. The slice of provolone cheese made it Italian. The watered down au jus was necessary for dipping the rather dry beef in. Btw, slys fries are just steak fries. If you're gonna NAME your fries I mean give them some effort. Wasn't terrible but other entrepreneurs are trying much harder for my dollar than this place. 1 star for the wait staff.

Waited well over hour and half....the food was outstanding as well as the service. They didn't even comp us anything not even a drink. I won't eat here again that's for sure.

Our Class of '56 met last evening at the Foxes Trail for dinner. There were around 26 members all choosing their own chose for dinner. The food was brought out in a timely manner (hot) and all served at the same time. Everyone was pleased with the generous portions. Waitresses were very professional and polite. And yes, our glasses were kept full of our beverage choices. A great atmosphere and a super place for group dinner. I highly recommend you give it a try.

The food was ok. Steak wasn't worth 30 dollars at all. Being so small, and I had to wait a long time and it wasn't worth coming back.

The food is good, but very slow service. No matter what day or what time of day I have gone, it's slow. Not a good choice if you have only an hour lunch.

Chose this place for a first time experience the other day for a late lunch. We were one of four tables the entire time. The waitress seated us promptly and took our drink order. After we decided on our choices, we only saw our waitress when she had something to bring to our table. At times, I noticed there was NO wait staff in the dining area. None. We had fish and chips; fish had good flavor. Our waitress checked once on our drinks. And we had to ask for our checks. Which she only rang up as one. I paid for both rather than wait on separate checks .....and wait for it ....she charged me for my water too. I'm giving it 3 stars for the cleanliness and the food, the wait staff did not add to this rating at all.

Decided to try the new place in town. Was a little put off by the stuffed fox and it almost ruined my appetite. MY NY strip was amazing! The best steak in town! Cooked med-rare to perfection and thick. Wasnt impressed by the appetizers and a nice hot loaf of bread or rolls would have been nice for the price. Seated ourselves as we couldnt find any wait staff, Very pricey though for this town

My husband and I ate here last night. He had the filet and I had the grouper pieces. His steak was amazing! cooked to perfection and delicious. The baked sweet potatoes where small and yummy! My grouper pieces where mild and tender. I'm not always a fan of tartar sauce but there was really good. Not too sweet. I would like to see a drink menu that includes speciality drinks aka: martinis and mixers. Overall a great restaurant.

Just visited this restaurant for the 2nd time! First experience was great! Food was delicious...I had the smothered chicken.and service was very good. Entrees are a little overpriced....but portions are generous! 2nd time....waited for several minutes at door while two of the waitstaff walked by us several times and looked at us but did not bother to seat us. We finally pulled a couple of tables together ourselves and grabbed menus. One of the waitstaff then approached us to ask if we had a reservation for a large group (their were 8 of us)? Just to note....their was one occupied table on this side of the restaurant...so they were very slow at the time....the rest were empty! (The restaurant is divided into two sides...a family side and the bar side). Again we waited several minutes....finally one of the waitstaff said she would take our drink orders and then another person would be our server for the evening. When she finally brought the drinks she forgot one of our drinks and when asked about it she promptly replied "the other waiter is bringing the other drinks...I only brought the ones from the bar! I tried to say it was a bar drink, but was stopped and she repeated "I said the other server is bringing the rest!" We had to reorder the missing drink!!! Most of the food was good....but I wouldnt recommend the Grouper...it was over cooked and tasteless. A "sizzler" dish that was ordered was not very tender! I was very disappointed my second time there as I had bragged about service and food and had guests from out of town!
