This is a good place to get a quick bite that will fill you up. Could be a little cleaner.

Stopped in here with my wife and a friend for lunch today. And let me tell you it will probably be the last time I visit this location. I normally love QDOBA but this location down right sucks. From the rude a** customer service to the cleanliness it's just all around terrible. I've never had a person whistle at me from behind a "line" and say "excuse me what would you like to eat". You're kidding me right? And plus look at my pics, this chick had her hair dangling down in front of her face and swaying back in forth and prepping food. ARE YOU SERIOUS? What happened to having it covered up? I won't be back to this location, to easy to get sick or catch something.

Qdoba is a great concept with fairly tasty food. But this location simply isn't a good one. The worst, absolute WORST, is the normal lunch cashier. In a word, RUDE. Treats people like she can barely tolerate their presence. She's like that every time, not just a gal with a bad day. In addition, as busy as they are, they need two soda dispensers. It's absolutely stupid to have to question up TWICE. The drink line often backs up to the rude cashier. Still occasionally, I'll go, but JUST because it's close. I really hate to give them my money. Plus there is a short, sweet Spanish speaking gal on the assembly line who truly does a terrific job. So all in all, two stars is my rating.

I have to say that I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba, but their recent "guacamole isn't extra" marketing campaign got me in the door. Also a fan of the rewards program, which Chipotle does not have. I'm done holding the fact that they got rid of the Chicken Pesto burrito from the menu against them. This location has been remodeled since the last time I've been here. Bigger lines and more seating area make this place seem bigger. I also like the brown rice or cilantro white rice option. I stopped in late one evening and I was the only one in line, so for me, the service was perfectly fine. No issues with the attitude of the servers, unlike other reviewers. Ordered the steak burrito with a tortilla on the side to go, and after my 5 min car ride home, everything was still hot. Steak was seasoned very well and the nice mound of guac on top of my dinner made me smile. Seriously.. why do others charge extra for this stuff? I'll have to add this back into my "go to" places when I'm in the mood to grab something and sit in front of the TV at home.

The staff is usually friendly, but the food is just OK. For as many ingredients that are in a burrito, it just isn't very flavorful. The location is in a convenient location being close to the IUPUI campus.

While I'm definitely a Chipotle guy, this Qdoba location does a great job and deserves some credit. It's not uncommon for me to meet up with the wife here for a quick workday lunch and this place is hopping. That being said, they do a great job getting everyone through the line quickly and somehow there's always enough seating - definitely a good thing during the lunch rush. And their queso is good enough that it almost makes me question my Chipotle loyalty. I also like that they've simplified their menu recently and made the ordering process a little more streamlined. Plus not charging extra for guacamole or queso is pretty great. Keep this up, Qdoba, and I might have to come visit you more often.

I came here with a colleague of mine for lunch and we were both indecisive about what we wanted to eat. Our choices were limited to what was within walking distance to work, and I actually felt like I wanted a pizza, but we were worried that pizzas would take too long. I had never been to Qdoba before, I had seen it on several occasions on drive-bys and at the airport, but I never had the urge to try it. My co-worker assured me that it was pretty much the same as Chipotle, and I would have to agree with her assessment. Although I think, Chipotle is slightly better? Not sure, I guess they are on par. I guess Qdobo is the place to go if you want something really fast and easy to eat, that is not pizza, chinese fast food, taco bell, or other fast food drive throughs. The portions are also very large. The burrito I got pretty much filled me up so that I didn't even eat dinner or breakfast the next day.

They were really fast, attentive and generally took good care of us. They fixed us a sample that was more like an appetizer and the food was still crazy fresh for it to have been the end of the night. They didn't even huff or puff when they saw us come in at 10:45. And I can get say enough good things about the Mango Mojo. Sweet and spicy and nom :)

This place isn't bad nor is it it excellent. Their are things I like about it and things I dislike. The things I like about it is that its fast and the burritos are big and they taste pretty good. The bad is that I feel the rice and beans are not very good at all and the price is a little high for my cheap butt. But what can I say.

I love Qdoba and go once a week. I have only been to this location twice and I second the other reviews when saying that the customer service is extremely poor, and slow. They are stingy with their servings. I was charged approx $1.69 for grilled veggies and got 6 pieces of squash (I counted!!). When I commented to the server that the serving size looked small, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well". I will NEVER go back here. I would rather go out of my way and drive to another location.

I use Qdoba for catering for a club that I am a president of at school. They are expensive for catering, but do an amazing job. They come and set up all the equipment because they have special canisters to keep the food heated. It is always a hit with the group and it's tasty! :) Definitely recommend their catering.

I never learn. I thought I would give Qdoba another chance, wish I hadn't. I ordered the chicken burrito with no rice, no beans, and fajita veggies. Typical menu item. The gentleman wrapping my burrito said "this looks like heart burn waiting to happen." The girl next to him said "would you like some pepto to go?" Are you serious? The nice lady who made my burrito had her jaw wide open in shock. I should have just walked out. Who does that? I filled out the customer survey printed on my receipt. I don't think I am ever going back here.

This is a Qdoba like any other, pretty much. Its location near IUPUI makes it convenient to eat at when renting a Zipcar from the campus lot. I imagine it would be convenient for college students to eat as well. It offers the same amenities as any other Qdoba, including that fancy touchscreen Coke machine that can make umpteen zillion flavors of drink. As I said in a review of another location, if you've never had a Qdoba burrito, it's quite a meal. It's an absolutely huge, San Francisco mission-style burrito full of rice, beans, meat, cheese, salsa, and optional queso sauce or guacamole, among other stuff. (The queso and guacamole cost extra. Some people choose to spend extra money on their avocation; I spend it on avocados.) There's just so much stuff in one of these burritos that no two bites you take are exactly the same. You do have to be careful how you eat them sometimes; there's so much stuff in there they can just come apart in your hands. A Qdoba burrito is more than a lot of people can eat in one sitting; when I took my parents out to Qdoba they had to split one, and when I get them to go I often end up saving part of the burrito to eat later. I tend to favor their shredded beef burrito, though their steak burrito is also very good and even the ground beef is decent if you're on a budget. You can choose between whole wheat or white tortilla, Spanish or white rice, black or pinto beans, and among several different varieties of salsa. They've expanded to offer a few other meal choices, such as Mexican gumbo, tacos, nachos, and so on. They're all tasty, though given that they're all made with combinations of the same ingredients you'll find in their burritos there's a certain "sameness" to it all. I'd give it a full five stars, but to my annoyance it turns out that none of the Qdobas in the Indianapolis area have beer or margarita sales. Given that I really loved their margaritas in their Springfield, Missouri locations, this was a big disappointment to me.

Went with a friend for some free breakfast burritos. I got the egg and chorizo version without potatoes. Added some medium salsa and ranchera sauce. On the whole it was a delicious breakfast. The eggs were nice and fluffy while the chorizo had a kick to it and the medium salsa lent a green aspect to each bite. I must say the chorizo was just a bit oily. I was sad they didn't strain it a tad better. The tortilla was also just a touch on the too chewy side. Still though, I enjoyed the whole thing. Service was also really nice and I enjoyed the lady behind the counter. She was very chipper for 7:30 in the morning which I appreciated.

It's sad that Baja Fresh didn't make it here, since the quality of their food is 10x better than QDoba, but being stuck with this place, I have to agree with a couple other reviewers: staff isn't all that pleasant. The food is fine/ edible and I will go if in a pinch and on that side of town. They recently got rid of the China Mist iced tea which is just tragic as that was one of the best things it had going for it. These companies that keep getting rid of fresh brewed tea must not have tea drinkers in the decision-making department. Those machine/ manufactured wannabe teas taste like dirt. If a place cares about the tea they serve, it speaks volumes. Here, one more chain probably looking to save time and inso doing have sacrificed something that used to get me in their doors...

I've always been a big fan of Qdoba. It's essentially Chipotle, but Qdoba. I'm not picky, so I'm usually pleased with either. I do, however, obsess over Qdoba's chips and queso on a regular basis. If it wouldn't kill me, I'd eat it everyday. But I love my heart and arteries. Qdoba has a good selection of premium Mexican entrees. The breakfast burritos are large and incredible and makes for one of the most perfect breakfasts. I also really enjoy the queso grilled chicken or steak burrito with as much ingredients as can fit. Black beans, selections of salsa, cheese, and other fresh ingredients. The burritos are the size of footballs and are as heavy as small babies and are consistently delicious. I recently ordered a whole grain grilled chicken quesadilla and was very pleased with it. I don't think you can really go wrong when ordering something from a Qdoba restaurant, and this location is no different. There are a million bottles of Cholula hot sauce here on all the tables.

My favorite "faux-Mex" place. Even if it's to Mexican what Panda Express is to Chinese, that doesn't mean it's not worth 7 or 8 bucks once in a while. Even though the meat is pretty bland, the 3-queso burrito can really hit the spot, with liberal amounts of hot sauce, of which they have a variety. I'm also a fan of the breakfast burrito when I'm nursing a hangover (chorizo is MADE for hangovers, I'm convinced). The soups, in my opinion, are underrated and are mighty hearty.

Great Americanized (fake) Mexican food for the money! Honestly, I've never had a bad meal or experience at this Qdoba, so I won't penalize it for being a chain. It's not super far from work, so I've stopped in as early as 7 AM and as late as 10:45 PM. While their staff is generally friendly, the modus operandi appears to be that efficiency is king; all else is secondary. This is OK, except that I often have difficulty communicating that: "no, I don't want that much pico de gallo." As far as the food, it's fresh, good quality, very consistent, and definitely beats Taco Bell across the street. While no one is nominating them for the best meal in town (AFAIK), I do think they aim to provide a consistently high-quality, flavorful meal for about $8 -- which is what I expect, and what I get.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
