Excellent food at a great price. I had the beef flautas and they were delicious. The chips and salsa are amazing. Great service too.

We ordered the meal for two with burrito, chips and queso and chill relno. They brought us flour tortilla with ground beef and salsa with cheese on top, and a corn tortilla with ground beef, cooked salsa and cheese on top. No chille....the ground beef was flavorless. All in all the only okay part of the meal was the grilled chicken they gave my daughter, and the table salsa with warmed chips. I will always remember this place, because of its complete lack of anything remotely mexican.

The place smelled like a moist walled basement. The staff seemed cheerless although I was not expecting that from a country restaurant anyway. There were no paper towels in the restroom So over all customer service was poor. About food. We ordered shrimp with rice and beans 1. The beans were spoiled by adding unnecessary junk in it. 2. Rice were not fresh. Over all food was ok.

Still a fan but do NOT order the "chiles relleno"! I was SO SO disappointed!! Chile rellenos are traditionally poblano peppers stuffed with jack cheese, dipped in egg batter and deep fried with enchilada sauce over the top. NOT what I got! After waiting for a long time because they forgot to get it out of the oven I got... some sort of meat and cheese concoction!! No really! It was ground beef mixed with melted cheese - kind of reminded me of some type of dip - with cheese broiled on the top in a single serving dish. It took about 1 second for me to dig through it to find there was not a chile to be seen!! Actually my husband pointed out to me what looked like 1 chopped pepper in the mix, but that was all folks!!! I'm not sure where this type of chiles relleno came from but it's no chiles relleno!!

Best Non-Franchise Place to Eat in Dale, IN. We had a bad run-in with the lousy Chinese buffet in Dale, and we were thinking of avoiding anything to eat in Dale unless it was a franchise. We did not want Wendy's or Denny's so we went into town to eat subway. When we got there, it was an hour and a half before closing and they had scraps for bread so we go "Lets eat mexican" We went to Los DOS Charros and it was fantastic!!! Hot food, fast friendly service. The waiter knew exactly what we wanted when we described what we wanted, and pointed it out on the menu. Even though it was a bit later at night, people were coming in still into this restaurant in a sleepy little town like dale. When we come back to town for summer, we will eat here again. Great food! Great prices! Friendly and attentive wait-staff. Everything I've had has been top notch. Very surprising in a little town like Dale. Skip the franchises.

Low key atmosphere, great food! It was definitely worth the drive (only 10 min) from Holiday World. We recommend the chile verde, beef burrito topped with cheese dip and picante sauce and the gold margarita! We walked away fat and happy! Ready for another fun filled day at Holiday World!

We were exhausted from a day at Holiday World and just wanted a good meal. We found this restaurant on Yelp and after reading some of the other reviews chose to try it out. We probably have a higher standard of food than most and WE LOVED IT! The staff was very friendly and fun and the food outstanding! We highly recommend to anyone in the area!
