However at this particular Subway I have caught the employee trying to short the meatball sandwiches by a meatball per 6", so look out for that. Keep your eye on these guys. Sooo... I posted a couple months ago a picture of some plastic I found while chewing my sandwich. At the time I thought, no biggie, probably just some of the wrapping for a bundle of sandwich meat- which it probably was BUT I have not been able to eat Subway since! Whenever I drive-by this location, I have a flashback to pulling that plastic film outta my mouth, and it makes me gag. I'm hoping one-day I'll be able to get over this and return to 'update my review' as I have always thought of Subways as very dependable and delicious with prior experiences.

This is the WORST Subway location I have ever been to. The staff is the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. I have come here a few times and it's always the same. They make you feel as if you are a bother and would rather you are not there. The bread is always stale and the toppings never taste fresh. I came here with a friend once and they got food poisoning. I urge you to stay away from this location. You will not be satisfied.

I love subway but this location has the rudest staff and most unappetizing food I've ever encountered. I came here with a few of friends one of which had food from a nearby establishment as we walked in we were greeted with some woman behind the counter praticaly yelling at us to leave even though my friend and I were purchasing food! Not to mention the guy called me "buddy" with a very condescending attitude about five times while we were in there.

There is one very rude woman that works there with an angry demeanor. I've actually heard her yelling at the other staff once or twice. They are very skimpy with the ingredients (cheap) and sandwiches are made sloppy. I don't really like Subway to begin with but it's okay when I'm in a hurry. I have been in this location many times because it's nearby but never again.

Staff always looks miserable, very skimpy sandwiches, nothing tastes fresh. We drive further to go to jersey mikes now for subs. I don't plan on going to subway anymore with jimmy johns and jersey mikes just a short drive away.

Employees need to learn better customer service skills. Credit card machine wasn't working so the employee called the owner I'm assuming. 25 minutes later, we're still waiting for our food that was already made, but sitting there. They asked us if we knew how to turn off the computer. When I said we needed to go back to work, they asked if we could come back tomorrow to pay for our meal. Then he changed his mind and kept talking on the phone. We left. We did not get an apology once, and the woman who worked there just laughed.

I like subway but this place is just the worst. The service is horrible, I agree with a previous comment that the sandwiches were made very SLOPPY. They didn't asked me if I wanted the sandwich to be toasted or any seasoning on it. After putting all the veggies, she grabbed a paper and started wrapping it up in a hurry, although there was no line behind me. I had to tell her that I wanted the sandwich to be toasted, and she looked at me with such a surprise like I asked her something unusual. She probably realized that she should've done it at the beginning before all veggies were on the bread. I told her it was probably too late now, because they would be all warm, but she it in the oven anyway. Of course after toasting, all vegetables lost their freshness and tasted like there were on a sun for a few hours, and the bread wasn't crunchy instead it had a texture like it was under-baked. In addition, when I was eating it, a peace of ROTTEN lettuce fell out. So disgusting, I lost my appetite for the rest of the day. I will never ever go to this place again.

Came in today for a Club, Teriyaki Onion and Turkey Bacon foot longs. I walk in and 2 employees are sitting in the front and just stare at me not saying a word. I wait in front waiting for a service and then hear one of them yell in a foreign language. Then someone comes out and goes "what do you want". She starts on the sandwiches, then the 2 others come around and finish off the sandwiches. The sandwiches were made very sloppy. They also skimped on the extras. This franchise has been going down in quality. This is the 2nd one we've been to in our area that pretty much sucked. There's one more to try and we'll see how it goes if we'll be going to subway any more. Service - Terrible Quality - Poor Taste - okay, nothing special.

Gave 2 stars because my 1 star review might get filtered... My fiance and I walked in today and was going to get a 5 dollar footlong only to find out its no longer the option. We asked them for prices of different sandwiches and they were so rude and didnt know how to answer the questions. I was talking to my fiance about whether to pay 6 bucks for a 6 inch and drink combo-- which was super over priced. Perhaps subway as a whole had different promos going on now but I mean the employees were just not nice about it. Before I could say Ill order or we are going somewhere else the lady says "you arent ordering anything right?" and I just thought..really? You are going to turn business away like that when I havent even decided? Well thank you for deciding for me because for 6 bucks I got more at another restaurant down the street that gave 3 times the amount of meat they ever would. So rude...really ive been to other subways and they are just rude here. We are from Roselle and never really ate here but have heard things from other people about the rudeness of the Staff. They were right. I am all for supporting local Roselle businesses but wont be supporting this one.

As far as subways goes.... This one if my favorite hence the 5 Stars-- Subway is a place you go for a quick sub, nothing crazy gourmet. I seem to always have the same woman whenever my family or I go there, she is very nice and has impeccable memory when it comes to how you like your sub.
