I grew up in Rockford and for the past few years when I travel home I go to this place. Love the deep dish pizza with the garlic crust, by far my favorite! My second favorite menu item is the bread-sticks with cheese. Also, they have very cheap lunch- pizza by the slice.

Hands down, one of the worse pizza places. I'm from Cincinnati and travel to this area often. The menu was in the hotel lobby and "supposedly" got great reviews. First, I order a small pizza and small salad no ham. The menu prices is $8.50, but quoted price is $12.13. Helluva a delivery charge. Salad sucked, and ranch dressing was the watery, gummy dressing out of bulk jars, horrid. The pizza, well, look at my pic you will get my drift. Light sauce came with xtra, and if you ever had a Tony's pizza from your local grocer freezer, save the money and go buy yourself one. The quality is 100% better. Everyone thinks they can make a pizza, but news flash, ITZZA can't!

EXCELLENT pizza! I liken it to Papa Dell's down in Champaign. I've only ever ordered the stuffed pizza and for the price you can't beat it. The sausage is great too. The service can't be beat either. We ordered it at 6 and asked for it to be ready at 7. We walked in 5 minutes to 7 and 2 large, stuffed pizzas were just coming out of the oven. Awesome timing if you ask me. Definitely one of the top 3 pizza joints in town.

The food is good, especially the deep dish pizza. However, the customer service is awful and after today, I won't be ordering from them again. Online, they have a menu item listed under "coupon"...small, 1 topping pizza w/ 2 pops. Every time I order this, I select Diet Pepsi as my drink option. The last 3 times they've delivered they've given me a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. I assumed that they didn't have any cans in stock and were extending a courtesy to me as what they have on their menu and what they actually keep in stock are not my concern as a customer. I got a call today from the owner's son regarding the order I just placed. He told me I needed to give the driver an additional $2.50 when he drops the food off because, I have rec'd my pop for "free" the last 3 orders. "Junior" admitted that this was a problem on their part and he'd been asking his dad to update the website. So, let me get this straight...you don't stock items that are clearly listed on your online menu. You don't have a fail-safe on the website to prevent me from making this selection. Here I was thinking you were being nice the last 3 times you've delivered since it was "your bad" for not keeping the advertised beverages in stock. Then today, I get a call from this jag-off, calling like a bill collector, acting like I've taken advantage of them, and demanding $2.50 today. So, am I paying you back the difference from this and the last three orders (whatever the difference is between 2 cans and a 2 liter?)? When the poor delivery boy showed up, he admitted that it was an issue w/ the way the website was set up. Again, not my problem. And it also points out that, even though the food is good, the business sucks. Instead of having your online business in check, you'd rather call and harass the customer.

The delivery guy was hilarious and earned a great tip! In fact, I really want to rate this place higher, but other than the amazing Chicago style pizza, I'm not impressed. The tirimisu is soggy with coffee and partially frozen...way too much liquid. The cinnamon sticks were basically a thick, round slab of dough with light cinnamon sugar sprinkled over top. The fried mushrooms...well, I honestly lost my appetite and didn't try them. I sincerely hope others have a better experience!

Pizza and wings - the wings were terrible, soggy and greasy. Would never order those again from here. Pizza is sub par, the cheese seems cheap, very greasy and thin. Regular crust is too thick. Prices are nothing special. Overall just seems the quality of ingredients seems low. There are many other far better pizza and wing options in the area. Would not recommend this place at all .

Hands down my favorite place to get pizza locally. The prices are always very reasonable and the delivery is always super quick. Highly recommend ordering from here then one of the chains. You will not be disappointed!
