This is okay food. It is a sub place with better atmosphere than a Subway or Quiznos. Milshakes were okay. Wouldn't get those again. Worth a try if never been and want different types of subs. There is no combo meals. Everything is priced separately. Nice little pond in the back.

Awesome hangout spot When I come back into town, Potbelly is a favorite for catching up with people. It's cheap, delicious and a great place to hang out (sometimes for hours). Their "Wreck" sandwich is fantastic. Turns out you don't need a footlong to be full. And their milkshakes are great too. Ambiance and Service 5/5 Food 5/5 Value 5/5

It gets really boring eating lunch at the same handful of places week in and week out. That's why the opening of a new quick-service place in the area is so eventful. But it's not very often that one of the old standbys updates its offerings and injects some excitement into my humdrum 1pm routine. However, that is exactly what Potbelly has done by introducing the Mediterranean sandwich. After one try, I became an instant fan. Now that I've had six or seven, I can say that this is the best thing for sale at Potbelly--and yes, that includes the chocolate-chip cookie. This sandwich is that good! Mildly spicy hummus, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and cucumbers (on wheat and hold the feta for me, add onions please): I love having a meatless sandwich option that actually tastes good. I don't miss the cheese either. Potbelly has promoted the heck out of this sandwich on buses, cabs, and even the radio, so I hope that it is here to stay. I'll be eating one per week as long as they sell them.

I really like these hot subs. I'm thinking they have around eight different subs and three sizes. They now have a 'big' sub that works for my appetite. I usually get a 'big' turkey with extra meat on wheat. They will remove the soft inside part of the bread for those that don't want all that bread. I always get extra hot giardiniera on mine and it's pretty hot so beware. I like the guitar playing and the tables and booths. It's comforting. I'm told the shakes and cookies are great but I've never had them, I'm just there for the sub. All the Potbelly's are pretty consistent in my area of the North Shore.

Potbelly's sandwiches are awesome. This location is clean, bright and service was excellent. They had a decent singer for entertainment during a rainy Saturday lunch hour.

Easily the worst shake I've ever had, employee had a piss poor attitude and blamed the end of the night. I'll never go back.

I always get great customer service, and excellent sandwhiches. Their chili is really good too! Wish they delivered, as another reviewer stated, I would give them more business if they delivered!

We rarely ever come across a sandwich chain that is really delicious. Aside from tasty sandwiches, they have delicious chili that you must try on a cold day.

For a location right off the highway, this shop isn't bad at all. The new construction totally revived that dying plot of land next to the usually-cheapest-gas-in-Northbrook. Ferraro's garden spot is also just a hop, skip, and jump away. Now, I am a sucker for Potbelly's. Surprisingly, I only started really liking it when I became a vegetarian. Sandwich of dreams: Veggie on wheat, provolone, mushrooms lettuce, tomato, giardiniera, mayo This sammy is so good, I have had carnivores try it who now order it as their regular sammy. Don't forget to pick up a key lime soda to round out the whole meal =0)

This is a pretty decent Potbelly's. The first few weeks were a bit rough. It took a while to work out the kinks but my last several visits went extremely well. The staff is super friendly and they all seem to enjoy working together -- which is always a bonus on the side of atmosphere. My only complaint is that they claim to deliver but do not tell you until later that your order must be $25 or more. Sadly, they lose our business to Jimmy Jonns on many occasions.

You always know what you are going to get at Potbelly's. Food is very consistent and they have added a few new things to the menu. The Clubby (Ham, Turkey, Bacon, Provolone, and Ranch dressing) and they also added a Kids menu which is basically a half sandwich. I have never had a bad Potbellys. Italian on White, Everything except the oil, Chocolate Oreo Smoothie....done.
