I can't believe it's legal to charge 4.50 for two scoops of ice cream. If you can buy a gallon for that much, you know the store is getting a mad deal cause they buy in bulk.... It's just crazy. Plus its under staffed there, the guys all sweetie and takes people that just walk in the door opposed to the ones waiting in line. Not nice.

Rude and impatient! We felt rushed along. We went after reading online there was a special for national ice cream day. When we asked about it, the man responded, "We aren't participating." How do you not participate in national ice cream day when you are known for ice cream? My husband then asked the difference between two flavors. The employee responded, in an annoyed tone, "They're right here!" and pointed his finger to the signs on the case. We got 5 scoops total between the 3 of us for $13. Not worth the money!

The worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The workers are rude, have no patience. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money somewhere it definitely will not be there. To top it off they didn't participate in national ice cream day.. What type of place is this. I will be calling corporate.

Been here twice... And I never liked this place.... First time.... Blaaaah... Indian owner was talking on his Bluetooth while taking my order... The whole time.... I thought he was talking to me.... Booooooo.... Soooo unprofessional.... Second time... All the chairs were occupied by his relatives... There must have been 8-10 Indians there..... OMFG... Are you kidding me???? There should be a " you don't deserve a star" option here.. c'mon yelp....

New look store, I think new management. Prices are high but product is good. I really like their ice cream cakes for special ocassions. I think they aim to please the customer, which should be goal #1!
