Absolutely the most horrible Starbucks ! Leah the manager was completely rude and just plain demeaning! She did not put enough ice in my son's tea and then she made me wait for 10 minutes while my son was alone at the table. She kept telling me to put the glass down which I did. Then I finally left because she was taking care of clients. Well I am a client too. She proceeded to tell me I should have brought my son with me. Really? It takes you one second to put some ice in tea. Yes. You are a rude and horrible person who discriminates clients and is extremely inappropriate! You should not be a manager! And thanks for yelling at me! That shows real customer service!

Great location. Small space. Always fighting for a seat, inside and outside. But this store's biggest downfall? The less than impressive service. Every time I've been here, I feel like the place is being run by a bunch of half-wit teenagers who are more interested in talking about what they did with their friends last night than doing their job. I get it. I've done my time working for Starbucks. You try to find ways to entertain yourself and sometimes lose track of what's important. Like helping the customer. But this is a repeat offense on behalf of this specific location. The last time I was here was 7 months ago in February. It was closing time and there were two young guys working behind the counter when all of a sudden one of them shouts that they were closing and everyone had to leave. I was this close to calling up Partner Resources to have them reprimanded. The bathroom was also dirty and looked liked no one had checked on it all day. That was enough to never make me want to return.

Hmmm...what's up with this location? Every time I stop in, I kid you not, there is no place to sit and not one employee who seems happy to be there. It's a convenient and necessary stop while in The Glen, but the energy is all wrong...perhaps the staff isn't drinking enough coffee? They could all use a friendly buzz in there. Coffee and iced tea are the typical familiar recipe, but come on guys...chipper up!

Worst Starbucks ever! 1 star is being generous! I will never come here again. Waited well over 10 mins for a grande iced drink, and they didn't even make it right. When I said "excuse me, I would like whipped cream as ordered", the man practically threw it at me. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service, wait time, and just overall bad. At no point did the cashier thank me either. Starbucks employees generally are very nice, but huge FAIL here!!! Would never have expected that in the Glen, wish I came to Yelp to see the reviews before wasting my money. Oh and let me add my drink sucked!!! Same drink I ALWAYS get, clearly they don't know what they are doing cuz it was not made correctly! Grrrr.

Great service, fast, and wonderful selection of coffee travel cups and mugs. Gets slightly busy during lunch hours as all Starbucks do, but they work to expedite everything for you.

this location is very small so it's probably busy during peak hours with limited seating.... I would prefer going to another starbucks...but if you need to get some shopping done...or hang out with friends in the Glenn.. might as well come here to grab some coffee/tea on a cold day.. :)

Worst SB I've ever been to. So far, every single member of the staff are somewhere between surly and outright rude. I work right down the street so this is, unfortunately, the most convenient location for me. That said, I try to avoid it when I can.

I have to agree with people that the set up is not ideal for winter weather but to be fair, it is a small location and in order to set up a vestibule or some sort of blocking wall they would lose a lot of space. My girlfriend said she did not like her drink and they made it wrong which seems to be common in other reviews. Cleanliness seemed fine. I have nothing overly negative to say, just nothing all that positive. It's a mediocre establishment and should suit you fine if you are in the immediate area.

This location is conveniently located in the Glen, it's got a spacious cafe with lots of windows, and the employees are nice but I wouldn't recommend going to this Starbucks. Whenever I'm in the Glen and I want sweet coffee drinks I avoid coming here because most of the time the drinks will be made wrong or it tastes funny. Their service is really slow when there is only one or two people waiting in line and you can usually see the employees on their phones; I think facebook is their favorite app. If you want to call this store, you might as well try another store because they hardly ever pick up the phone. I'm not saying all Starbucks are like this one, but I recommend going to another location for better service.

By far the worst Starbucks I have been to. The store layout is poorly designed. In the winter every single time someone opens the door frigid air enters the small room and everyone inside freezes to death. There is no strategic seat to escape that freezing blast of air. But the worst part at this specific location is the service. These baristas don't seem to be properly trained: my latte was cold instead of piping hot. I ordered oatmeal and the directions for preparation were obviously not followed: too much water added and again lukewarm instead of hot making it a disgusting watery uncooked mixture. I will stay away from this store from now on.

The guys who work here look stoned...most of the time. The location is convenient but the seats are often all full.

My review is not based upon the taste of my coffee or espresso drink, but based solely upon the staff and service. I came here a couple weeks ago on a Monday around noon and there were 2 women working. They were pretty friendly, but so incredibly slow. I was the only person in line and I think it took them about 5 minutes to take my order and make my drink, which is a bit ridiculous since, did I mention earlier, there was NO LINE. I could understand if they were super busy and understaffed, but this was a bit unacceptable since there were 2 of them.

This location is very small, i'm guessing less than 20 seats, but it's a nice spot. Great location, tucked in the Glen, across from Ulta. It's a pretty generic Starbucks and the staff are all very nice.
