This place has gotten a lot better. Especially in the bar area. The guy with the red hair they used to have there was terrible. Glad he's gone!

All Bdubs have pro's and con's. Of all of the locations we've been to though, Geneva is our favorite. The food at Bdubs is about average. We choose to eat at Bdubs for other reasons like the multitude of tv's (to watch games), they have a decent beer menu with one of my favorite beers, and above all else, they have Buzztime. If not for Buzztime, I doubt we'd eat here much. We love to play the trivia games while we eat, drink and kick back. This Bdubs recently upgraded their Buzztime players too, so now kids can play games on them..for FREE (games used to cost money on their alternative game player pads). Don't get me wrong, the food can be decent. Stay away from the wraps if you don't want a child's size portion (seriously, they're ridiculously small) and their Asian salad stinks (literally). I recommend the chicken sandwich 'made your way' (you pick how you want it cooked and condiments). This is one of the largest entree's they have (food volume) and it's cheaper than many of their other sandwiches. Lastly, the service here has always been great, friendly and accommodating.

The service was lame enough, not personable, not prompt. But this is all about the management. I was threatened by Zac, the manager on duty just because I was upset over a football game. All I did was grunt and yell a couple of times before walking out (yes, I had paid my bill). This sweetheart of a guy actually followed me out to my car, began writing down my license plate number, and threatened to have me arrested before I drove off. I will not step inside this location ever again.

This place blows my mind and not in a good way. This location used to be one of the only decent Buffalo Wild Wings with their service. I mean, let's be honest, every Buffalo Wild Wings has the same kind of food. They all get the same frozen wings, throw them in the deep fryer, pour some sauce and send it out. Service is the key to places like this. A few weeks ago, my friend and I decided on this location for a lunch date. We both ordered a drink, split an appetizer and each ordered a chicken wrap. Now, I don't know about you but I can't just scarf down an appetizer and go directly into my main meal. So we took some time before ordering our main meal. I'm not saying we waited hours, we waited maybe 25 minutes at most. During this time frame, our waiter disappeared. No drink refills, no empty plate removal, nothing. We had to hunt him down to first place our order than later for our check. It was ridiculous. We were there for a good 2 and a half hours with all the waiting factored in. I have to move on to the most recent situation. My boyfriend and I decided to do take out for dinner. He called and placed our order and asked the chick on the phone to confirm the order. He only did this because my favorite chicken wrap also comes in sandwich form and there have been times when I receive the sandwich instead of the wrap. This time he very clearly orders the wrap and adds "NOT the sandwich". This little worker bee on the other end of the phone line confirms the order with: "Buffalo Ranch Chicken thing." So again, my boyfriend repeats wrap, not sandwich. When we go and pick up our food, we decide to check the box before we leave and sure enough, there was a sandwich instead of a wrap... I mean, I know picking up a phone and listening to a customer place an order is super annoying when you have to tell Ashley about the rumor Jimmy started about her during 3rd period gym class. What was I thinking calling and placing an order for takeout? ..... Get it together Bdubs, get it together.

Delicious food, good staff, the mild wings are very good and the perfect spice. Very sad that they got rid of their buffalo chips.

I had my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings the other night when going with a coupon to support a cause to prevent teen suicide. All tables were full, so we elected to do take out -- the staff was friendly and upbeat the entire time and mentioned on a few occasions that this night was the busiest any of them had ever seen. What surprised me was that the place was able to handle it in stride and still provide some great tasting wings and great service. The parmesan garlic and spicy garlic sauce was wonderful!

I gave this place 3 stars back in 2009 due to below average service (one waitress swore multiple times and joked "is there any other food I can spit into?"), but in light of two recent visits, I must Yelp again and downgrade these dopes. This place's service has gotten progressively worse. I normally only go here during football season, but during my last two (and final) visits, the service was atrocious. The first time, about a month ago, it took our waiter 15 minutes just to take our order. Afterwards, he was not attentive at all, and seemed oblivious that we needed our drinks re-filled. It was at this visit that I learned that any additional sauce (i.e. Ranch) costs you 60 cents. They really nickel and dime you. During another recent visit, it took them nearly AN HOUR to get our wings. It's wings guys, you're not preparing egg plant parmesan from scratch. Our waiter then walked by us with his manager pointing at some print-out, which presumably was our order he thought he entered or perhaps was lost by the kitchen staff. Just as I was ready to walk out, the manager (Tim) came by and apologized and said he'd pay for our meals. Had he not apologized or offered to pay for our meals, I was ready to complain. He handled that well. He did not explain why it took so long, but at this point all I wanted was an apology and food. The only things myself and my friend ordered was a water and a lemonade before this debacle began. The manager said if we needed anything else to contact him. He did not follow up with us afterward to see how the food was, but luckily for him it was good. The final acts of stupidity included the waiter returning to make a lame attempt at a joke for the reason for the delay and not apologizing. He then billed my friend $4 for the lemonade (really?), which had it been me, I would have refused to pay. I can't see myself coming to this D-Dub's location (or any other B-Dub's) anytime soon. You're better off saving your money to stay at home to watch the game.

Ordered for me and 3 kids the wings with fries 2 of us got bone in, they were dry and hard , but the waitress was good. I definitely will be going to my home location Oswego vs. Geneva next time where the wings are fresh juicy and saucy

The quality of this food is awful! I didn't think it could get worse but it did! Chicken was hard and little with bad flavor. Servers are attentive and nice but the food is nasty!

The family and I came here this past weekend for a night out. We enjoyed ourselves watching the Olympics on the big screens while eating. If it wasn't for the Olympic's and my Dad being suckered into boy scout sales, we probably wouldn't come here all that often. However, the beer was cold and the wings were hot. My chicken wrap wasn't anything to write home about, but man, those damn dill pickle chips get me every time! It's like a rule that I have to order them when going there. They are so worth it!

The staff is not only inefficient, but also rude. We walked in and no one was at the host stand. I understand that sometimes they need to walk away. We stood there for 5 minutes while several servers and to go folks walked right past us. Finally someone said, "we will get a table cleaned in the next 5 minutes." He only helped after we flagged him down. He then disappeared. In the meantime, the host reappeared and put 3 groups in front of us. Then told us that the server we spoke to was wrong and the wait for THEM TO CLEAN A TABLE was 15 minutes. Not even for us to sit. To top all this off, they then seated another group before us. We were a party of two. No excuses for this. Incompetence.

Ok so it might seem unfair of me to review a place based on a bad experience with the bar, but people have to know: The bartender on Saturday night was either not getting the correct order from the server, or was being difficult and not making drinks to specification. Either way, it's unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. The management and the people who handle the phones seem very good at what they do. But the bartender at this location is just not good. His drinks are markedly more poorly made than the Orchard Rd. Location. I wanted to switch to this location because they agreed to show a sports event that Orchard wouldn't show, in order to show my gratitude for them hooking me up last time. Apparently a big mistake on my part. I come to Buffalo Wild Wings a minimum of 3 times a month and spend a minimum of $50 at each visit. When I order a specific drink, I really would like it made to specifications. For example, if I ask for something with light ice, I expect it to not be filled to the BRIM OF THE GLASS with ice. I am a connoisseur of Whiskeys and too much ice RUINS the taste. It also tees me off when the guy flagrantly fails to follow instructions. I would point it out, but I'm also not trying to get my drink spit in, either. Also, if someone orders a drink, and you CAN'T make it to specifications, YOU DON'T DELIVER THEM THE DRINK UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE THEY WANT IT MADE THE OTHER WAY. After all, the customer may want to order something different if they can't get it made the way they want it. PS, what kind of bartender EVER makes a normal margarita and forgets to put salt on the rim? I'll tell you what kind: the kind that works at Buffalo Wild Wings in Geneva Commons. That's what kind. I am not the type of person who is going to make my presence awkward by correcting my server more than once, or complaining to a manager like a whiner. But I also am not going to spend $150 a month buying badly made drinks either. Oh, and when the signature drink is being hyped by the restaurant, generally it should taste good. And their signature drinks at this location have been horrible 3 out of 3 times. Quality of bartending vastly superior at Orchard location. PS, there is one server who is excellent at this location. His name is Edgar. If I ever come back, I'll have to request him because he's very attentive. The lady I had last night, not so much. Also, they have this muscle-bound male server named Jay who also rubs me the wrong way. The hostess sat me in his section and he made a big deal and asked me to move because I guess his buddies were supposed to sit in his section. Unprofessional.

Went here for a late lunch with my sister yesterday. The service was above average and very attentive. The beer specials were good ($5 tall Dos Equis and Summer Shandy). I ordered the Ultimate Nachos (with chicken) and 8 boneless Caribbean Jerk. My complaints can often be said about most BWWs. They totally skimped on the nacho sauce, chili, and chicken on the nachos (so that most of the plate was just plain tortilla chips). We requested more nacho sauce and chili and were charged for both cups (.99 sauce, .70 chili). Annoying to be nickeled and dimed like that. Also, half of the 8 "wings" were just little chicken turds roughly the size of my thumb. I took a picture comparing one of the decent sized wings to the smallest one. I'll upload it. It's ridiculous that they'll serve and charge full price for a wing that isn't bigger than my thumb (less than half the size of a decent sized wing). I don't believe these problems are necessarily specific to the location. I've had these things happen to me at BWWs before. Just hope management sees this review and considers talking to their kitchen staff.

It is sad that Ron the manager has left. The new manager was supposed to call and follow up on my experience and he never did. Overall the atmosphere and cleanliness here now is horrible. Rene is still great when she is there though so ask for her as your server.

We come here about once every 6 weeks or so. Service is usually pretty good although the last time we had a waitress who spent more time serving the bar patrons than us. We don't even look at the menu any longer since we always order the same. Boneless for all of us. I like the Caribbean Jerk, kids like the Honey BBQ and the wife alternates between a couple of different flavors. 8 piece for each of us and we normally split a basket of potato wedges. It doesn't sound like much but thats more than enough for us. Food is always tasty and really our only bad experience with a BWW (Not this one) was service related. Highly recommend this location.

I recently went to my first bdubs for a friend's birthday. Being a vegetarian, you expect a salad at best. However, the staff was accommodating. There's a veggie burger on the menu which is decent and an assortment of other smaller items to eat. The waitress mentioned these to me as I was ordering the burger, just to make sure I knew. How great! The environment is not for those who don't want loud, however for just hanging out or watching a game, it's great. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. I couldn't ask for more except maybe a few more vegetarian main options. The chocolate cake dessert was also excellent!

We love this place...we order takeout boneless wings and quesadillas about 3-4 times a month - they are addicting (carribean jerk is my favorite)! The food is always fast and good! I must say their customer service is excellent! After one incident about 2 years ago where they forgot my blue cheese (had to drive back to get it...can't have my wings without my blue cheese!) they offered me a credit and now each time we pick up our order they check it in front of me before it goes out the door! As far as eating in the restaurant, we have never had a bad experience! Food is always prompt and good! Service has always been excellent (and I am pretty picky about service :-) and I love the games they offer at the booths, or the table device to play against other patrons.

I've never eaten inside the restaurant so I cannot speak to their service. However, I do order take out from them all the time and have never had an issue. Good location overall with fast take-out service.

Just ordered 40 wings for carry out for the Super Bowl. When I went to pick them up they were very busy. Upon eating the wings at home, there were several wings that had visible blood and a bloody taste. These were the salt and vinegar variety so it was easy to see they were undercooked. I returned to the restaurant, with 2/3 of the wings remaining, and requested a refund. Zac the manager looked at several of the wings that were mild and garlic parm flavored, as well as the salt and vinegar variety, and stated he saw no issue. When I held up the bones with the bloody tissue he claimed they were cooked. I told him I would not be eating there again and requested my refund again. I wonder if the 150 patrons at their tables would think they were cooked? He refunded my money. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. My assumption is they could not keep up with demand due to the game and were unintentionally undercooking the food.

I have been to this location about 4 times recently. I just moved to the area and was glad to see a BWW nearby. their Mango Habanero sauce is wonderful! The right combo of heat and sweet! They have a huge selection of beers, fast and friendly service and prices that wont break the bank. As an earlier reviewer said - if you have been to 1 BWW then you have been to them all. But it still is a great place to hang out and watch a sports game, chow some wings and have a beer.

I don't care for chain restaurants but this is one I like. Yes, it's all about sports and chicken which is cheap but it's fun. I never have had bad service and you can watch the your favorite sporting events from anywhere. Sometimes I even buy the wings sauce from there and put it on my own grilled chicken at home. Very loud and don't expect for it to be healthy. If it's light on calories and fat it probably has to much sodium. But we all have to splurge sometimes.

What can you say about B Dubs?? The wings are always a joy, and the ambiance is one of the best around for my wants and necessity. I always get pretty good and attentive service, and last nights visit was no different from the norm. I will continue to frequent this location!!

If you've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings, you've been to this one. MK and I met up with friends (1/26/08) for Aidan's 2nd night out of the house for dinner. I really do love the product that B-dubs puts out. Plenty of tv screens, 23 oz. beers, and quick service. Rarely an instance of the order getting screwed up or coming out of the kitchen bad. The only odd thing about this location is that it's heavily visited by High School students (Geneva/St. Charles/Batavia) and they tend to huddle in groups. On bigger game nights, they tend to scream loudly at the tv's too. I have no idea what's the deal here, but there is a new one slated to open in North Aurora in mid-April (Orchard, just south of I-88) and we'll probably be going there in the future.
