The food here is OK but not great. I think for the price of a regular bowl of pasta and chicken I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and sit in a nice restaurant. The table of teenagers next to me only adds the ambiance of a school cafeteria instead of a casual dining environment. Waiting in line to be rang out by a guy with a ponytail on his face is less than appealing.

As a chain restaurant, it has consistency to the quality of its food. You know what to expect and the service is generally quick. The entrees and items on the menu are of decent quality and may contribute to the cost of food, but it is on the expensive side for a quick lunch and quick bite. They charge twice as much for their pot stickers than Panda Express!

I met a friend here for a quick workday lunch. Food was fine - in line with other Noodles locations. I thought the food came out slower than usual, but maybe that was because I was so hungry that day. The employees were friendly, even asking if we needed anything as we ate. Clean restaurant, and the tables were bussed quickly when diners left. Oh, and I had an email coupon for buy one, get one free. I had no issue using it.

This place used to have a really great staff about two years ago... and the food was pretty good too for what it was. Now its like walking into a high school classroom where "the cool" kids are p'd off because they have to be in school that day. I don't know what it is, but the moral in that place is so low, it sucks the life out of you. There's friendlier faces in a police line-up....and the food has lost its charm. If i wanted bad food, I'd cook it myself. No more.

The food was great as usual, but the online ordering kind of sucks. Waited forever for food I ordered online. No big deal, just kind of frustrating.

Terrible service. They messed up my to go order and didn't even apologize. I ordered 3 dishes. Not complicated at all. Had to come back in rush hour traffic to pick up my corrected order. Next time I'll go the noodles & company at the glen

Food is usually pretty good and for a decent price. Normally I enjoy coming here but I did have one really bad experience where they burned my food, asked them to re cook it and had to wait almost 20 min just to get my food. At that point my lunch had finished and I had nothing in my stomach so I was pretty upset.

I personally like the concept and the food there. My favorite dish is Japanese pan noodles. Soups, steak stroganoff and pad thai are also pretty good. For fast food concept, thry are step above most. Food is always fresh, service is adequate and rather fast.

There are few things in this life I love more than an ooey gooey rice crispy treat. Too bad I can't get one here. I've come to this noodles a few times since it opened and their food is consistently good. The service is very friendly (to the point where the cashier went through all the rice crispy treats to find me the softest one and gave it to me for free). The rice crispy treats are always stale tasting. The problem is they're overcooked. They let the marshmallows caramelize into the hard stage which turns the treats into rice crispy brittle. So thanks for the free treat, super cashier man, but it was awful.

The staff at this location are very unprofessional. After I walked in everyone had their backs turned and I waited until someone in the back making food pointed out that there was someone waiting. I ordered, paid, and then had to ask from my drink cup because they forgot to give it to me. I waited 15 minutes exactly for my to go order of a side caesar salad and a small pad thai, which is fine, but I would expect it to be fresh after waiting that long. The salad was good, however the pad thai was cold, chicken looked old, veggies looked old, and the noodles were chewy and not cooked all the way. I've been ordering the pad thai for years at Noodles & Co and have never had a bad experience until now. I wont be visiting this location again.

This place is usually a good restuauant but I was not impressed. It took forever to get my to go order and someone pushed my order out of the system and it wasn't there anymore so they had it make it again! It is usually very fast but it wasn't at all. I only have 30 minutes to eat lunch and I ended up having 10 minutes to eat my fast noodles.

Nice and clean! I was surprised how fast my Mac & Cheese was brought out to me. I'm assuming that it was the manager, but a man walked out to the patio and asked specifically how my mac & cheese was. He then continued on to ask other patrons how their individual meals were, identifying them by name. "How are your Penne Rosas today, ladies? Can I get you anything else?" I think individualization is awesome, even if it is just naming the dish your patron ordered. That small step demonstrates how well you know your menu, in turn indirectly showing your patrons how much you care about them and your business. Win for Noodles!

Always great! The staff is always friendly. The food is really always what you're expecting. Could be quicker on cleaning the tables.

Worst noodles & company I have ever walked into. Took 36 minutes to get our food. Their pop machine only had 3 out of 20 plus flavors working. They forgot my friends order and the food was cold. I would have rather had ramen for lunch. What a joke!!

Oh noodles! My children love your Mac and cheese but to me the rest of your food is facsimiles of great dishes. You try to bring food with flavor to the masses with a bland approach that will offend none and in truth please almost the same amount of people. This location is clean and the staff is fine but expect only to feel full.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
