Great service. Can't go wrong with the fresh, consistently tasty salad bar.

We had no problems with food or service. Strawberry lemonade was excellent!

Wow, has this place changed. They still have their "over the top" salad bar, but now it is in direct competition with the menu. Wide variety of delicious looking meals. There were several of us and everyone ordered something different. Nobody was disappointed. Good selection of spirits to choose from too, along with desserts. The final bill was very reasonable. The service was also impeccable (no one ever needed to ask for anything, including refills). For those of you who still have memories of the Ruby Tuesday's of the past, forget it, the only recognizable item of the old Ruby Tuesday's, is their name. I recommend you come back and give them a fair opportunity, as I don't believe anyone in your party will be disappointed.

RT was the penultimate stop during a day of planes, train, and automobile. It has reverted to its former state of chain-restaurant greatness. Very good food, very good server, and a very good value. Thanks, RT.

I have visited the Collinsville, IL location four time since my manager recommended it. She is quite a fan of the Ruby Relaxer. I have had burgers each time and the are always very good, though a bit pricey. The burgers COULD be excellent, but I have yet to get one served medium-rare as requested - they have all been on the darker side of medium, but still quite tasty. The Smokehouse Burger and the Black & Blue Bacon Pretzel Burger were very good. I did get the Black & Blue burger made with USDA Prime beef for an additional cost, but I could not notice that it was any better that the standard offering, so it is not worth the extra $2 to me. The appetizers were nothing special (we ordered the Big Dipper Sampler), and pretty much what you would get at any similar restaurant. The french fries and the sweet potato fries were edible but forgettable. The staff has been polite - always a plus. However, the layout is a bit odd and cramped in some areas of the dining room. The overall feel is "standard sports-bar." Not that there's anything wrong with that. I will be back - the quality burger choices in Collinsville are slim-to-none and this place at least gives me hope of getting that perfect burger one day.

I've always enjoyed the food & service here but the new lighting is absolutely terrible. They used to have unique glass covered lights over each table with warm lighting. Now they have clear glass with those awful, hideous looking energy saving bulbs. It makes you feel like you're in a fast food restaurant instead of a nice sit-down restaurant. I asked the waitress if they get complaints about them & she said that they do all the time. They also play upbeat hip hop, R&B, & pop music which really takes away from the dining experience. Everything feels rushed. If you're taking someone out on a date, I suggest you go elsewhere. If I found out this was happening in my business, I'd have a long talk with the managers. Hopefully they fix these problems soon before they lose more business over it. Thankfully the food is still good.

Nice building and location. We were seated in the bar which I did not like. I did see tables elsewhere so that was a bummer. Our booth seemed broken and uncomfortable. I felt like half of me was sitting on a wooden board. Our booth's adhesive was coming out from the wall. Our server was very nice and attentive. The cheesy biscuits were to die for! Great place but will try other places next time!

My mum asked me if I wanted to have lunch here today. I was really surprised! Last time i went years ago I was not impressed nor thought it was fine dining. It reminded me so much as a sportsbar. Keep in mind this may have been decades ago! I haven't went since I was a teen. Basically I wasn't expecting much. The service was pretty good- the waitress was polite but didn't come across as friendly. The cheddar biscuits were okay. I like Red Lobster's more because they taste more savory than the sweet version here. My mum had grilled salmon which was really delicious! And I had grilled shrimp (it was meh). We both had tomatoes in balsalmic vinegar as a side. Simply satisfying! And then we had the double choco cake. Tasty though I've had better. The icecream was really good. I wonder if it's homemade because of the colour and taste. :,) I was bad and ate more of it than I should have (I'm lactose intolerant). It was worth it though. I look forward to going again. If me and my boyfriend have the munchies sometime I'll suggest a visit here!

Once again I have no clue why I am writing a review for a chain restaurant because not much varies unless the management is really terrible or really awesome. Well in this case, it's really awesome. Or at least above average. I've been here about 2-3 times total mostly after hitting up Gateway Convention Center and I've had a pretty good time every single visit. Those cheddar biscuits might not be exactly the same as Red Lobster but at least they're lower in calories! (80 cal per biscuit.) The lobster tails are really good too and I like that you can order just one if that's all your feeling. Their drink menu is really what hit home for me...lots of different drink options plus "skinny" cocktail options. (God, I hate that term, "skinny"...what if you're limiting your calories because of a health reason, not because you want to be skinny? LOL.) But yeah they also have many non alcoholic drink options like the delicious strawberry lemonade with fizz. Also I will mention while food generally comes out fast here, there have been one or two times when it did take a little while longer so don't come here if you're in a hurry, or if you are, call ahead and get it to go!

While I am not a fan of chain resturants, some are not so bad. This happens to be one of them. Have been here many times to pick up food after working late and not wanting to cook, or just not wanting to eat at home one night. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and the food is pretty good. I have done the pickup and go many times and I've never had a problem waiting, I wait less then 5 minutes each time. In my opinion much better then having it waiting for me. Again, chain but not to bad ever once in a while when you just don't want to do it yourself.

I'm actually a big fan of Ruby Tuesday even though it is a chain restaurant. The food is consistently good and intriguing. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Surprisingly, their baby back ribs are excellent. My wife usually go to Ruby Tuesdays when we can decide where to go since we know what we will get every time; good food and great service.

The fish tacos are good stuff and I have a hard time finding good fish tacos. :) Yup, that's all. :)

Worst dinner we've had in a long time. My husband had chicken fingers which were dry and tasteless. I had a spicy Thai shrimp dish which was like no spicy Thai chili sauce I've ever had. The roasted spaghetti squash that came with it had no seasoning whatsoever. The only thing good about the meal was our little waitress. We will not be returning to a Ruby Tuesday's anytime.

Gentleman charged me $1.08 on a free birthday hamburger coupon. The hamburger was for $8.99 and coupon was good up to $9. I will not be going back. Customer service is important and I just left out of there. BTW Amanda, I did email and no one responded. I received a automatic message. Thank-you for one of the wose customer service experience!

3.5 stars. Stopped by after working at the Gateway Center the other night. Service was very good, although I think next time I'll order something else (had some chicken salad).

Got my wife's order wrong. Cold French fries and average service. The place was clean

I'm torn between giving them a 2 or a 3. The food is stil awesome and the staff is very friendly... BUT I went there yesterday with some friends. We arrived on a Tuesday (how about that!) at 11:45. Food did not arrive until 12:30. 45 minutes for lunch? We barely made it back to work in time! Again, food is good but this is twice that I've visited and the service was less than stellar...
