Its terrible....made me sick. Food just made me tired and feel awful. Dont understand how they are still in business

What is not to love about this place? Especially, when it's right next door to the worst fast food chain in the United States? They are offering 2 for $20: 2 entrees, 2 sides, 2 desserts and 2 drinks. You can upgrade the entree for an additional cost. That's a great deal for two people. It was more than enough food for me to eat in one sitting. I have the dessert saved for later and I even had enough chicken to share with my dog. I like Apple Pie. This one is bit of a disappointment. Their chocolate cake is good, moist and vaguely familiar; tastes like the one they sell at Portillo's.

Used the inline ordering to place a large order. Showed up exactly at the pick up time. 3 people behind the counter no one in line no one else even sitting down. They all Look at each other and one says oh that's the thing up there and walks over to the counter picked up a piece of paper and starts scooping food saying it will only be a few minutes. Then the guy behind serving up the 30 ounces of family style turkey says am I suppose to cut it or just put in a whole piece? I walked out. It was like they had no idea how to handle an internet order. Fine no problem lost my business.

I would highly recommend making sure that the girl working the drive through window (11/20/14 around 4:30pm didn't catch her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag) while spitting chewing tobacco into a plastic cup is not the one who prepares or handles your food. Nasty habit especially to be doing while working with the public and food.

Nothing wrong with their food. Their staff is friendly. Food is delicious. Been to this location many times and i'm always happy every time I go. The restaurant is clean.

Go sometimes with my wife foods great, staffs nice! This is my favorite Boston Market, went here a lot when my wife was prego.
