Very nice people at this location. While I was eating, the manager came up just to check and see if everything was ok. They have a team captain who walks around and lets customers know that if they need anything to just ask. The food is phenomenal, just as I expected. I guess my only issue was that the service was a little slow, seeing as how the restaurant was maybe half full at the time, and I had to wait longer than I would have liked to get my check to pay the bill so I could leave. But other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever, and I would definitely go back.

Stopped in past week hoping to put in a quick to-go order. There always seems to be a lot of people waiting on tables here while there are several open in the dining area, bar area and patio. Big tables as well as 4 tops. So we asked to sit at the bar and were warned to not sit at any table in the bar area. I'm never the type to get on the bad side of a BW3 employee so we obediently found a couple chairs at the bar. Put in our flatbread and sampler to go order and 45 minutes later... It arrived! On the way out, there were even more open tables and still a number of people waiting to be seated. The food was warm, mozz sticks undercooked and I would review the boneless wings... If they had remembered to include them! Plenty of better food places nearby.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We've been here a handful of times and the service has been, at worst, good to excellent. We've only ever eaten on the patio, not that that should make any difference. Water glasses have always been kept topped up, soft drinks never ran out, and the offer of another beer has come before the glass was completely empty. Food wise, there is a large selection of rubs and sauces for the wings. And if you're unsure as to what kind of heat you will tolerate, or what a flavor may be, they're ready and willing to bring you samples and a small basked of fries to give them a test drive before ordering your meal. How cool is that? Maybe we've been lucky each time. Or maybe the others were expecting white tablecloth service from a wing place. I don't know. Contrary to the majority of the reviews, give them a chance. If I'm write, leave a good review and tell the world. And if I'm wrong, well, make it known.

I, by no means, expect excellence from the cookie cutter BWW but this was awful. I have been to many BWW and the take out here was inedible garbage. The hottest wings were not hot, unevenly cooked, and soggy. The fries were half cold and limp. I was really impressed with how bad it was - they almost had to try to make it that crappy.

Worst service ever. 20 min just to get our drinks. Dont know why they put carpet in this place its always dirty looks really hard to keep it clean. Our waitress could not of have any training at all.

Very good wings. Always a favorite with myself and the family. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Parking could be a little better as they always have a crowd in the weekends.

  • Angela B.

Service was extremely slow. Waited 15 to be greeted, 10 for drinks (NA), and 30 for wings. All 3 of us who went now have food poisoning. Disgusting. Will not be back. Also very loud and ghetto- no me gusta

  • Giovanny D.

Bartender kept my glass full at the bar BUT I had to seat to a dirty section next to me for more than 45 mins Ketchup stains n oil stains all over So the cleaning is a ONE star n the second one is the bartender keeping my drink full Otherwise it was gonna be just one star Lots of dirty glasses piling up to the ONE bartender in the "serving section" n lots of employees standing around not helping her Im surprise she's got time to take care of me First time here n probably last time

This place is why we can't have nice things in Berwyn. Me and my softball team went to this location after a game on a Tuesday night and they told us we couldn't sit together. There were eight of us and we just wanted to put a couple of tables together, I never had an issue like this at other B'dubs. And why are there security guards here? Like a bunch of middle-aged white guys are going to start throwing down? Well we left and I haven't been back. But, I guess by the reviews I'm not missing a whole lot. Why would I bring my friends or family to a restaurant that has security guards and won't sit more then 8 to a table (ghetto rules). You don't see this at the Elmhurst or Lombard location. I think it's great that more businesses are finally moving into Berwyn, but if this place attracts the riff-raff like moths to a flame then Berwyn has no need for it. The owner of this particular franchise location should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this location like the plague.

This Buffalo Wild Wings needs some serious management over haul. I've been to three or four different BWW's and none of them are as horrendous as this one. I've attempted to dine here but it's usually packed to the brim with tons of people - I'm not blaming BWW for that - just would prefer not to get kicked by screaming children every two minutes. So this review is primarily for the Take Out portion of their business. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I've ordered from here for pick up (I call and put in my order they tell me be here in 15 minutes, I get there in 10), my fries are cold, my wings are dry? Why is the sauce that you dip my wings in dried? Is it that they've just been sitting here all day under a heat lamp? Sometimes there is barely any sauce on them. Terrible. I'm pretty sure the 'cooks' pre-made like 8,000 wings and then when you order your food they just place it in the bag. I bet I could order my food, walk in the door and it's ready - to go means make my food just like you would when I dine in. Dining in means watching managers treat the workers poorly, harass them, stand around "observing". Sir/Ma'am, there's a security guard at the door, he can observe. You need to walk to every single table and check on them - "are you missing drinks?", "how is your food"?", "do you need more napkins?", instead of pushing around your waitresses and treating them like garbage AND in front of people. I only order from here when a whole group of people want it, other than that, I will make my way out towards downers. P.S. Parking awful. They have more seating inside than they have for parking, so I'm not sure how that is supposed to work out.....

Terrible service. I was assured that our group could eat in under an hour as we all needed to go back to work since we were dining during our lunch break. Ordered off of their fast lunch menu which supposedly means they get your food super fast. It took 49 minutes to get our food. No one even apologized for the delay even after 1 member of our group left the restaurant before getting his food because he had to go back to work. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Service has definitely improved from the last time I was here. Food is always delicious and staff, although a bit slow to provide service, seem to be more attentive.

Came here with two friends of mine, while it didn't take long to be seated as it was slow and it was a weekday it did take awhile for our waitress to come and even bring us menus and then after we all ordered waters it took about 15 minutes to just bring that. The food was decent, nothing exciting but not horrible but i will say that the floors and some of the tables were a absolute mess and it was kinda gross to be there when it was obvious that they weren't cleaning which is unacceptable in the food industry and makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like if thats the way their dining area looks.

The 1 star is particularly for this Bdubs location. The only reason why I would go here is because my friend lives in Berwyn. I've been to this location a couple of times and the service has gone down. My recent visit was my last time at this location. My friends and I get there and we order about 20 wings. The wait was, I shit you not, an hour. After we ordered the wings, we ordered dessert. Of course, the dessert took another 45 minutes. Even getting the check and paying took about 20 minutes. Our waitress was not attentive. Refills for drink also took forever. I highly recommend going to the one in Oak Lawn.

This is the worst restaurant. Poor management, they don't even come around or ask about their restaurant. Server Eva was horrible. She couldn't get 4 simple orders correct, and the items at lunch time are not as presented on the menu insert for lunch. I had the Chicken Tenders sliders and no lettuce, no tomato and no offer of such, but the menu pictured them as being on the same plate. Co workers all ordered boneless wings, how can you goof that up? Ask the lovely server. One person asked for wedges and got fries instead, so after we ate they brought out wedges. Really! We have 1 hour for lunch and it took us 1 1/2 because they said they had a big order before us, must have been carry out as no one else was in there at 11:30 a.m when we walked in?

    (1)
  • Jess C.

I've tried and tried to give this location second chances and they STILL disappoint. The ratings speak for themselves here and the service side of things definitely needs improvement not to mention their bathrooms. Eww! I usually get 50/50 split of boneless wings with the buffalo chips. But the experience of dining out also factors into the overall besides the taste of the food. If this is the first place you go to spend your night out for dinner and get horrible service then the taste is left bitter. Let me know when the service/management gets better and I might re-visit.

I'm gonna have to agree with the majority on this one: the Berwyn Bdubs sucks rancid ass. The first three times I tried placing a carryout order were unsuccessful, due to 1) the phones being out of service 2) "water problems" that prevented them from doing anything 3) being told that they "just aren't serving food at this time" (it was 6pm on a Thursday). Zero for three, okay..... Disappointed, I tried again and was able to get my typical order of 20 boneless for the next few weeks, THANK GOD. No issues, but nothing special either. Fast forward to yesterday.....called in the mid-evening to place a takeout order, and rather than being helped right away (i.e. "sure, what would you like?"), I was put on hold. Silence for five minutes, until the same girl picked up and spoke as if I was a new caller. "Nope, still on hold. I just want to put in an order of 20 boneless, please." "Sure, can you wait a few minutes?" "Uh, I'll be quick about it, I'd really rather not have to wait ag-" Click. AWWW HEEEEELLLL NAW. My blood pressure rising, all I want is two dozen miscellaneous chicken bits slathered in some arbitrary sauce. I'm REALLY craving some muthafuggin' wings at this point so I try again. For the third time. "Hi, can I PLEASE place an order of boneless for carryout??" "Okay, ima put you on hold for a minute." Sigh. I tried, I really tried to give these folks a chance because I adore what they sell. But I'm so done with this location. I consistently gave them my business and their horrendous service (at least over the phone) has let me down way too often. To quote Eric Cartman: "fuck you guys, I'm going home." UPDATE 3/25: Why do I keep punishing myself by trying to call in an order here? Every Monday Bdubs has the same boneless promotion that they feature on Thursdays--this is a company-wide promo that every Bdubs takes part in......except this shitty Berwyn location. They had absolutely no clue what I was talking about, and when I asked to confirm with their manager, they replied with "oh they wouldn't know any more than what we do." Oh. My. God. What morons, these. 100% deserving of a 1-star review.

The absolute worst bww I have ever been to in my life! The food is ok, but the service is so terrible! I tried liking this place and came in 3 times but all were a disgrace. If you have no class and don't know how to talk with other human beings you shouldn't work in customer service period! The last time coming here I was there for 2 and half hours because our waitress decided to ignore us the whole time and came by twice to take our order and bring us food. We had to ask 3 different waitresses to see where our waitress was and if she could come to the table. She didn't even bring us our check someone else did! I had to pay at the front because she didn't come by to grab the check from us and as I was paying said "you could of waited a bit" while rolling her eyes then took the check from the girl in front looked at it and said "$2 really?" And threw the check back to me. So I gladly took the $2 tip back cause she was a moron who was lucky enough to get $2 as a tip cause in reality her service wasn't even worth a penny. Get a new staff and maybe you'll have some success in your restaurant!

For a corporate business I'm not sure why upper management isn't looking into the consistent terrible service here. We called our order in (as we have many times before - each time when we pick up the order is not ready and we have to wait minimum 15 minutes - defeats the purpose of calling for take out) this time Christina answered the phone and when we asked her if the food could be ready at the time given to pick it up, she condescendingly said back " what you expect it to be ready as soon as you get here? Our chefs are really busy" are you kidding me?! First of all it's Monday and it's freezing out you can't be THAT busy. Secondly yes Christina and Christina's manager, when someone calls an order in for pick-up and you say it will be ready in 20 minutes that shouldn't be 20 minutes from the time I walk in to pick it up. Get it together and get rid of the rude trashy staff.

  • Katie O.

Awful. Horrible service and no one there knows how to change a channel even after being given the channel sheet and pointing it out to the person in charge. I'd just avoid this place all together.

    (1)
  • C C.

This location needs some major help in keeping the trash out. Seriously. As a public establishment you have the right to reject service to anyone who you please. This place needs a curfew for kids and teenagers. It needs someone to control traffic. I needs better management and servers. It needs better quality control. It needs to overhaul it ghetto servers who don't know what Customer Service is and how to attend tables. This location needs some major help. Like restricting only 21 and over to the bar area, there shouldn't be kids in a bar. Serving under age is illegal.

    (1)
  • Erika D.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! It's so close to my house and my kids love wings. And it never fails, service takes forever and when they finally bring our food out, it's cold. I'm done with this location. I rather take the extra drive to Hooters.

    (1)
  • Deena H.

Terrible service and location. The bathrooms aren't very clean. The food was average for any other location. The staff are not on top of their game. Don't bother coming here on discount wings days because it is packed to the brim. Updating this review because we took take out and it was pretty great. The screamin Nacho burger is my fave. The restaurant location is not great but the food has gotten better.

  • Marco V.

I came here to watch the ufc fight. It was pretty packed. All of my beers looked like this. Can you please fill it up all the way? Quality of food was ok.

The wait to get into this place can take quite awhile! Although there garlic Parmesan are too die for! They are crispy boneless wings covered in a creamy garlic Parmesan topping that is super. The hot-bbq is also really good. This place can get a little messy though the waitresses run around without there heads looking confused and not knowing what to do next. The food is good the service isn't. Simple.

By far the worst experience I had this past friday... we arrived (party of 4) and waited to be seated for about 20 minutes...another party of the same amount arrived atleast 15 after us and were seated before us I approached the hostess and asked why were they being seated before us if we were waiting way before...she stated people get assigned tables and our was next because it was being cleaned....while waiting for our supposedly table to be cleaned another party same amount arrived and did not wait more then 3 minutes to be seated so I again approached the hostess and we were then seated....we then were seated in the lowest table in the whole restaurant we seemed we were in a kindergarten class it was soo low we were looking up at the rest of the tables!! I asked to get another table then to be approached by the manager and also explained the whole waiting situation just to be responded "DID YOU SPECIFY WHAT KIND OF TABLE YOU WANTED" really?!!! Since when do you specify in a restaurant you want a regular sized table??? After my fiancé seen how disrespectful the manager was he grabbed me and just stated for us to leave and go somewhere else...the unprofessional manager just turned away and walked away with a "whatever" look on his face....personally I have never been in a place where the own manager is so unprofessional!!!!!! I rather travel to another farther with a better review then go to this one that is like 10 minutes away from me!!

  • Santos I.

This is the worst bww I've ever been to. I absolutely hate how unorganized they are with the seating. I went about 2 weeks ago with my girlfriend around 4pm on a Tuesday. They were not busy at all, yet it took them almost 45 minutes for us to be seated. There were literally 7 tables open plus an additional 4 tables outside and it still took them forever to seat us. I kept my patience and waited to be seated. The waitress ended up being very cold and unfriendly. She messed up our order and forgot to bring us our fries and carrots even after we told her twice. At least she apologized and ended up bringing them. She did end up changing her attitude towards the end of our visit but I DO NOT recommend coming to this place. The parking lot is a mess and you will wait forever regardless of how many seats are open. I live 5-10 minutes away from this bww but I would rather drive to the bww on Lombard even though its a 30 minute drive for me. I always have a wonderful experience there and not once have I left unsatisfied after years of going there.

Horrible! !! Service sucks! Was seated right next to the door with the kids. Was very cold in there. It was my first time at Buffalo wild wings. The food was very salty and very hard. Very over priced, not much for the money. The tailgating platter was a hot mess! All 5 of us wishes we had gone to Applebee's where the food and service is always good.

  • Tarek E.

It's not bad for what it is. They have a bigger selection than Wingstop, and generally more options. Their boneless wings are also bigger. But when it comes to taste and quality, Wingstop takes the crown, and it even costs less.

    (3)
  • Bianca R.

Usually this place is adequate for a cheap meal and a drink. This time however my margarita tasted like tequila-flavored water, my wings were dry and cold, and our food took too long to come to us.

    (1)
  • Eduardo B.

love their wings. appetizers are really good too.

    (4)
  • Angelica D.

This place is HORRIBLE! Never order the margarita! Or anything that requires ice in your drink because it just might be glass in there. After my friend found glass they didn't even apologize and still wanted him to pay for the drink. BEWARE. You have been warned

All there chicken wings are always dry..onion rings are great...some of waitresses are always pissed off and have that ghetto attitude...im sick of them giving you the attitude when your paying there salary...like you owe them something. ..I dont go there anymore. ..

  • Jack S.

I do not like this BWW. From not being able to turn left to get in (you need to drive several block to find a place to turn around) to the overcrowded parking lot and facilities - it's terrible. I've tried on 3 occasions for carry out, and each experience was worse than the next. For example, last time I went (as I mentioned the parking lot is an insane mess) some poser / jerk / ugly MoFo tried to spit on my car while I was waiting for his mother (and chauffeur) to pull out of a parking place at an agonizingly slow pace. I didn't crowd them or anything. Good thing he missed... The inside was just as bad. I had to fight my way through a swarm of people waiting for tables (at a half full restaurant) to get to the carry out registers. I'm not sure why people were waiting - there was plenty of room to be seated. Poor management would be a safe bet. Anyway, I got my stuff and tried to escape. I headed for the patio, but all of the exits were alarmed - I guess to prevent people from dashing on the check. I fought my way back through the swarm, who by that time were arguing about who was going to be seated next. Don't ever go to this place...I peeled out of there on my way home.

    (1)
  • Ivan S.

The only reason why I'm leaving one star review is because I have to. This is the worst BWW ever. We have been waiting here for about 45min now and have yet to be seated. We see there are at least 10 open tables and everyone is packed like sardines at the entrance, waiting to be seated. Waitstaff is terrible and the managers are doing nothing to educate their workers. The mangers seem to be doing most of the work when their waitstaff is hiding near the soda fountain room and lingering around the dinning area possibly waiting to get off work. In my opinion, the best place to sit down for faster service is at the bar. The wings came to the table cold and drenched with sauce, might as well ordered a soup of wings if it was on the menu. Looks to me that the kitchen is pushing their orders out but not being picked up by the waitstaff..I hate this place

    (1)
  • Kevin S.

This Bdubs is an utter disgrace to all the other Bdubs in Chicagoland and they just opened not so long ago. Time and time again I get cold wings, fries, and oddly warm water. I don't give out 1 stars just because one tiny event overshadowed the experience but overall it's in shambles. Drive away quickly!

  • Mujtastik M.

This place sucks! If you want garbage service and wanna feel like someone might shoot you while you're eating go to this place. We witnessed a girl taking off her earrings ready to throw down then yelling her boyfriend to beat the girl down. No one stopped them and not one of the employees cared. We have never gone back since. They should just close this place down.

    (1)
  • Tay H.

Honestly, this place deserves a -1 star. And if you look at my review history, that says a lot - over 2/3 of my reviews are 4 or 5 stars. Here are some points which make this place pure dog poop. 1- They seem to think they are running a nightclub where it looks cool to have a continuously full doorway area. Tonight I counted three four-person tables sit empty for over twenty minutes while the waiting area was packed. The hostesses/waitresses seemed more interested in chatting with each other than flipping tables. 2- Their kitchen is ALWAYS behind. Don't believe the "we are really busy tonight" line. They are just poorly run. 3- Their announcements are really annoying. They continuously interrupt games with their microphone announcements. Do I want to reserve a seat at your restaurant for the superbowl? Heck no!! Not when you are so annoying!! I could go on, but it's not worth my time. Basically, this place seems popular no matter what reviewers say... they only way we can hope for a change (because I would like a good wings place nearby) is to STOP GOING HERE. So please, DO NOT GO HERE

  • Ari A.

I've been here several times and the service can be not so great but this last time I went I can say that I was very pleased with both the service and the food. I ordered a blue moon - great but really you can't go wrong there. For my meal I ordered the black bean burger with blazing sauce and may I say it was amazing! I've ordered it before and had the bad experience with it falling apart and the both the pattie and the bun. So I don't know of they switched cooks or what but this last time around it was perfect! My 7 year old ordered one as well and just loved it. The flavor and texture were right on point ! Keep up the good work. Also the fries delish. I normally choose wedges over fries but this time around I got both, why not ? ;-) and I have to say the wedges here were not as spectacular as the ones in Chicago ridge but the fries were perfect . I will definitely be back and I hope to have the same experience next time around.

If I could give negative stars in here I would, I've been here a couple of times to give it another chance before writing this review but it has gotten worst. During my navy years I used to come here for my gf and things were good, beers were a little underfilled but I could live with that. Then after that things went to hell. The tables were we sat were dirty for starters and then after that the lady comes over gets out orders in a rush and leaves, drinks took a while to get back but it was busy so no harm. Appetizer arrives with our food which defeats the purpose of an appetizer. Ask the lady that delivered the food with mustard never saw her again. The waiter comes after we have eaten our food, horrible service. The last straw was we went there during lunch place was nearly empty not busy at all. Waiter comes takes our order forgets my drink. Appetizer again arrives with the food, we ask for ranch and she completely forgets about us goes to the back to talk with her friends and has a good time 20 minutes, 20 MINUTES PASS and she comes back with no ranch and asks us if everything is alright. We ask for ranch and a couple of boxes, no refills on drinks and horrible service, we have came here multiple times and it's always the same story horrible service shitty waiters don't come here go somewhere else this place has gone to hell

I love buffalo wild wings!!!! but this location is terrible. . Poor costumer service took 20 mins to get my drink, and another 40 to get my food really ?!?! Two words ghetto fabulous. Where to begin? Went to BW2 after game and place was packed with women who were ready to fight. I looked at one of them and she wanted to fight... then quote was 45 minutes for table then she entered in 1 hour in system. Waited, then waited at table for waiter and appetizers... Also, the girls started fighting outside.. food took 25 minutes for appetizers and 25 for food. Food is god but lord, the drama and service are terrible. AVOID.

Came to eat lunch with a friend and my cousin at 3:15pm and were not satisfied! This place is a joke. As soon as we got here our server, whose name is michelle, took our drink order and then came back with the drinks, she then took our food order. About 45 min later our food finally comes out we had not seen our server within that time, we had empty drink cups and our food came out cold and my food was brought out wrong. She then finally came to the table to see what happened and still hadnt asked us if we wanted more drinks. We sent our food back and about 10 min later our food comes out and a manager brings it out. I explained to him what had happened and how long we have been waiting and how we hadnt seen our server in 45 min and he just basically ignored me and asked if we needed anything right now. What poor managment skills he had like he did not care. It is now 5:15pm and finally walking out of this place. I work in the restaurant industry and from experience this is definitely not how you run a restuarant. I will not be coming back to this location!

Plain and simple. Horrible service. Cold food. Unorganized. I have given this place too many chances, but after today I'm not going back to this location. I called to place an order and thankfully I wasn't put on hold for more than 5-7 mins like last time. I went to get my food and everything was fine until I got back to my job.. Which is two-three blocks away and the food was cold. Not to mentions they forgot to give me my ranches. I was pissed. There was no point of going back because my lunch was going to be over in 15 minutes anyways. I've been here when they are busy.. Everyone is everywhere... Employees yelling at other employees. I've been here when it's calm.. The waiter/waitress takes too long to give out the checks. I asked for my ranch (which they have forgotten) and I was almost half way with my food when she/he finally gave it to me.

Mark the general manager is extremely cheap. Badly managed restaurant, staff needs proper training. My boyfriend and I called ahead to ask about their drink specials, the girl that answered the phone said tall boy Coronas were $3.75. We came in ordered two sets of wings...my boyfriend ordered his tall boy corona and I had one of their speciality cocktails. Once we finalized our meal the bill came out and we were charged $7.00 for the tall boy. When we told the General manger the situation (about what we were told over the phone) he was completely dismissive and rude and refused to take any proper action. He wasn't even interested in anything I had to say. I mentioned it was my first time here and I was disappointed in the false promotion and he said "too bad nothing I can do". My advice? BAD MANAGEMENT do not come here. However sandy was our sever and she was very attentive and sweet. We loved her, they would be idiots to fire her.

Really bad customer service, food always cold. Restaurant is always dirty and the management it's not polite what so ever don't even waist ur time going there. Then we had a group of co-workers about 12ppl and management said we can't join tables so we were divided

Woa, so just got back from BW-3 where we took two kids (2 and 5) and an 87 year old with us. Very surprised by some of the ratings and comments, but then I don't view the place as anything other than what it is, a big bar. Winds were actually very good, service, also very good, maybe it was because we had the kids; maybe it was because we're over 20? Maybe our server (Brittany) was just better than whoever any of the other reviewers got? Whatever, our experience was decidedly different than what some of those who rated before us. We would go back.

Tonight was my first night trying this BWW and I wouldn't want to give it a second chance. The service was absolutely terrible. My server never asked how the food was once, which isn't that hard to do. I figured she must have been busy and that's why she wasn't coming around, but it was pretty empty and not hard at all to notice that she was too busy talking to other servers to even check on the two tables she had. Had to wait forever for a refill, but she was fast to give us the bill and take the money.

Worst bww ever! Almost slipped on the wet floor, they didn't have pbr beer, menus were sticky. Food looked like it was sitting around before being brought to the table. No toilet paper in the stall despite 2 workers chatting in the bathroom. I'll go elsewhere!

Nice porch area! We went on a sweltering day, and at five pm, there was a nice breeze on the porch. The abundance of TVs was nice, outside. Our server was attentive but not overly helpful. She was not familiar with the beer list. The wings were great! Fries average. The inside looked a bit dirty to me for such a new place. Fine place to take kids.

Let me start off with saying, if there was an option to give a 0 star I would! I've been to this bww about 5 times since it opened, and honestly I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. When I order they always put me on a 5 minute hold, even if it's on a Wednesday when there's no specials going on. And when I pick up the food they always mess my order up. They either give me the wrong flavor for the wings, or they don't put in the whole 24 that I usually order. I ordered wings yesterday, they told me it was going to be a half hour wait. I got there about an hour later, and they still make me wait about 15 minutes.. So an hour and 15 minute wait when they told me they would be ready in half an hour. Are you kidding me? I don't believe it's time consuming to dip wings in sauce. And on top of that they gave me the wrong flavor for the wings I ordered! When I told the cashier, she said it would have to be another 30 minute wait. At that point I just demanded a refund and I walked out. Honestly either the crew members lack customer service and listening skills, or there's horrible management. I've worked in the fast food industry before, and honestly this restaurant is pathetic! Don't step in here unless you want to wait an hour and a half for your wings.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I don't like to but this place not only had poor customer service, but when I called and placed an order for pick up, they forgot my drink, charging me $2.49 for a 20oz coke I never got. This has happened multiple times. The wings were dry and barely covered in sauce which has also happened about every single time I place an order for pick up. I will not be ordering from this place anymore and I do not recommend this location.

The manager refused to accommodate a large party. As a business wouldn't you gladly accept and accommodate large parties?! By accommodate I mean putting together 3 tables on a slow Tuesday night. That easily cost this location upwards of $250 and our future business. Incredible!

My 2 best friends and I have been coming to this location (Berwyn) since it open and we love it! All the servers are extremely nice and the managers always come to our table to make sure everything is ok. This is our "spot" to watch games and any special events. Thank you to Sandy for always making our experience a memorable one. She is always making sure our food is good and especially our beer is right and ready for us. She is by far the best. #VIPs #Regulars #Sandy

Yeah, no, it ain't worth it. The service sucks because the staff is too busy checking their make up in the mirror or trying to make eye contact with the cute customer that just walked in. They need to get more involved in the needs of the customer rather than standing around thinking they're cool. I saw a glimpse of the manager's interactions with staff and it seemed like he was more their buddy than their boss. That is not the recipe for good business. Something needs to change, pronto. Also, this place is newly built. Why does it look like a dump when you walk in? Everything is dull and even the staff's uniform shirts look like they've been washed a thousand times.

Does not even come close to wild wings in Mt. Prospect or Elmhurst. Those locations are the reason Wild Wings build thier reputation. The wings here are blubbery , sometimes undercooked, sometimes too much sauce ,more often not enough. They just are consistent. The other locations are perfect EVERY TIME. If your going for atmosphere this location is like a zoo on weekends. Staffed by teens filled with teens

The wings here are either too dry or way to wet. They never seem to get it right. But the many times that I've gone here I always get great customer service. But they really do need to work on the food.

I'm kind of partial to this restaurant chain since it brings me back to some outstandingly happy days in college. We would go out on Tuesday nights and bring back hundreds of the things to share around our dorm. They were super-spicy, crispy, and very cheap $.15 per wing. Well I guess that dates me. This particular restaurant was WAY overcrowded. It was a Tuesday night and so wings were on sale and it was packed. I found a spot at the bar and enjoyed my food, beer, and conversation with the bartender. Hockey was playing on TV that night. Very nice evening.

Review I want to write: People all got their undies in a bundle because it was crowded opening week. What a buncha weeenies. "WAAH WAAH we had to wait. Life is SO HARD!" Review I have to write: Sadly, after two visits, I have to say that many of the negative reviews are spot on. This franchise is the result of some very poor planning and execution. Seems like there are more employees in the dining room apologizing for poor service than actually doing much about it. On my most recent visit, a hospitality manager apologized for our slow order, and admitted directly that the kitchen was maxed out. They really should have planned better. 20 minutes for a drink order and 40 minutes for wings? No excuse. We're all going to have to hope they get better. But unless they reconfigure their kitchen and dining room, I'm not expecting much improvement.

I'm surprised by the reviews. It was ok. I quite like the fries (taste like Wendy's fries) and I ordered the Big Jack Daddy burger which was very good. I think the wings are nasty, though I'm not a fan of chicken wings. Service was good the waitresses were polite. They were a little slow in bringing out the food though.I'm not really a fan of the noisy sports bar atmosphere. But thats me. I'm more into more traditional authentic ethnic restaurants. Still would come back again for a burger. I didn't think the clientele was "ghetto." Where did these reviewers come from? Corn-fed lilly white middle-america? They've never seen any minorities? Also there was no cops or security that I noticed when I went.

Service here is terrible!!! The waitresses are so busy chitchatting that they forget your order. The most ghetto BWW I have ever been to. You also have to wait super long for the food and then when it arrives, it's cold. You are better off driving to a different BWW location.

Holy drama for your mama Batman!!! So i came in 6/11 for the san antonio game...like 845ish...we sat at the bar near the server station, I'll assume because it's where they pick up the drinks. Any how. Our service started off ok with "sam" and "alonzo" until i can hear and see "sam" flagging and waving down her manager asking to leave early. (Awkward) the manager looked confused and said no....then she started selling the idea of leaving. (Yes i completely stopped watching the game because of this.) Now here is where it hits the fan. Apparently alonzo gets to go home early, (yes i can use their names i feel like i know them). Sam completely loses it behind the bar, banging cups on the bar, slamming the doors...yelling at severs that she wasn't gonna close...alonzo leaves and we hear the manager (same guy) come up to her and say "you have to close" she completely lost it on him..."ive been here so many years" i really thought he was going to let her go on the spot seeing all the drama that was happening...noope i think he realized everyone was staring at them then they moved it to the kitchen, when she came out of the kitchen it was so completely awkward. I didn't want to bother her she was clearly upset. I wanted more things. Another beer, more food....it was so awkward....then at 9pm they announced the wing special was over....I'm so confused. I had horrible experience.

NASTY!!!! We specifically told the waitress to make sure our wings were well dipped and warm, since we have noticed that every time we go there the wings are barely dipped and they're very close to cold. When we got our wings they were NOT how we asked and yes they weren't very warm!! The staff isn't attentive whatsoever, she never came to ask if everything was ok.. We had to ask for silverware because it was never given to us.. We usually go to the Elmhurst location which is AWESOME!...So never going back to the Berwyn location... The people there are ghetto and the table in front of us complained to the manager because their fries looked like they were reheated and not fresh..All the "manager" did was bring them some cheese sticks and she was not very happy about the fact that she had to give out free food... YUCK!!

Our server Teesha is good, nice and friendly but don't like that the employee table is out in the open and another server, Jossie is walking around eating a wing and picking her teeth, being loud and obnoxious. Very bad health practices as well. Food is good as usual.

You already know Buffalo Wild Wings is one of best wings out there! However, this location sucks! I ordered wings to go and when I got home I found a long ass hair on my wings! Nasty and disgusting!

Don't get me wrong I love, love, love Buffalo Wild Wings but I'm not a big fan of this particular restaurant. I find it really dirty. The floors (especially underneath the booths) are full of paper, straw wrappers, crayons, etc. The food is typical BWW deliciousness and the wait staff is very nice (I think a total of 4 people asked how was our food). If they can't keep the place clean on a Tuesday evening I wonder how it is on game day.

    (2)
  • Peter M.

Inexperienced employees in high school or college = poor service and poor execution on basically every level. For a place that specifically touts it's wings, I expect them to at least be serviceable. Instead, they are dry, overcooked, and are caked with foul tasting sauce that evidently comes in a bag from some factory. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service! The waitress/waiter were all snotty, my food took forever. I went to this place 3 times "hoping" to change my ratings. I will not set a foot back just to this place ever. I could give a head count on people I know who agree to this.

Like someone said its wings and drinks. Very busy place but lots of fun too. We have always had good service and with that have left a great tips.. It's never going to be gourmet... It's Buffalo Wild Wings.

There's no point to reading a review about Buffalo Wild Wings as a bar and grill. You know what the hell it is. They have chicken and beer. If you're reading this, it's probably because you want to know about how it compares to other Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants around the city; as in, how good is this place when it comes to customer service. So my review is going to be based on that. I called them ahead of time and asked them if they were able to show soccer games on ESPN 3's Spanish channel. They told me that they would be able to show all soccer games no matter what. So I headed there since it's a much quicker drive for me than The Globe or SmallBar. I got there about ten minutes before the game started and one of the employees, who I'm pretty sure wasn't even on the clock, saw me in my Barcelona jersey and said that he didn't think they'd be able to show that game because it was being broadcast on the internet. But he went over to the main TV controls and spent ten minutes trying every possible channel to find it. I ordered a beer ($6.30, a bit steep for Berwyn, which is why I'm giving it 4/5 stars) thinking it was only fair of me to buy SOMETHING from them seeing as they're making an effort to try and find a game for me. He apologetically told me that he wasn't able to get it, and I said that was fine. I'd finish my beer, drive home, go online and maybe catch a bit of the first half. Halfway through my beer, one of the managers asked me if they were able to find the game for me. I told her no, but that it wasn't a problem. Then she tried searching each channel trying to find it and even made a phone call to, presumably, one of the other managers asking how the hell she could find this mysterious channel. Unfortunately they didn't have it, but I still got to watch most of the game. But this just shows you how they view customer service. It's not like there were several dozen people coming in to watch that game. It was one guy. They stopped what they were doing and did all this work for one guy. A guy who they knew was probably just going to order a few beers and run up a $15 tab. They didn't have to go through all that trouble, but they did. And that was very cool of them.

the food is good, but a little pricey for me. but the WORST part, is that this place is WAY WAY TOO TOO SMALL! always packed on the weekend and evenings! the bathrooms could be cleaner too. i would to to BWW but NOT this location. wait is way tooooo long.

I visited this restaurant a few times to see any changed since the grand opening. I didn't write a review for the grand opening but after my first visit there.... Horrible. First visit: I came here with my co workers after a long day of work, and we were hungry and we wanted chicken wings. My love for chicken wings went down by coming here. Customer service were poorly bad, teeny boppers waitress were serving the tables and always chatting with one another, which was annoying by the way... Second visit: three months later after the first visit. A lot of has approved since then. Waitresses were obviously officially trained to check on their guests every other 5-10 minutes, which is great! I didn't get that last time. I had to wait patiently and wave my hand up in the air or stand up like I'm in a football game trying to start a wave for the crowd. She provided my water and make sure everything was in good condition. Chicken wings still needs work! Cook it well done, kitchen people! Third visit: I didn't want chicken wings because of this place but I did want the beer, only because the NBA finals game between Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs were playing their final game to determine the winner of this year. Anyhow. When me and my guy friends first came here, it was mad crowded. So we went to Portillo's instead to eat there and came back here to drink a beer and finished watching the game. Less crowded going into the third quarter. We were tabled outside on the patio area, with a bunch of TVs and that worked just fine for us to be honest. We were surprised BDubs has male waiters now: FINALLY. This isn't a sexist restaurant unlike hooters. But it seems the male waiters were waiting tables outside and while the girls are inside... Anyhow the two male waiters, were extremely nice, so funny and made our night enjoyable. I will want to try the chicken wings once more. Maybe in the next three months from now, just to see anything has approved from the first and last visit. This place has potential. Keep working on it. 2.5 stars I visited this restaurant a few times to see any changed since the grand opening. I didn't write a review for the grand opening but after my first visit there.... This is my first review and I feel forced to write it. This "B Dubs" was awful. I called in my order at 12:33 and was told that my simple order of 18 boneless wings would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. I hurry in and I pay by 12:41. Within a few minutes the employee said that my order would be ready in "one minute". I sent my boyfriend to get the car. He then waited apporximately 8 minutes while i had to ASK where my order was and then wait additionally while they got it and had to bring me my correct side order.. i finally walked out at 12:58 after oberving several things.... 1) the hostess turned down several customers before it was closing time, or at least made a few walk ins feel very uncomforabe about staying. 2) the conversations between employees was not appropriate for their enviorment. this included the manager. 3) the girl behind the counter huffed when she had to go to the back to get more silverware. Ive been a sever before and I understand the late night stress, but i found my whole experience to be very unproffesional. I was already unhappy and then I got home with my food. Its hard to screw up a bbq sauce, so the wings tasted just fine but when I have to pay for ranch dressing and the conatiner is only half filled - i have an issue. The last straw was a count of 15 wings instead of 18. So to say the least, I will NEVER be returning and will make the drive out to willowbrook every time im craving some delicious B- Dubs WITHOUT the hassle of rude employees or mistaken orders.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! - improving - but still pretty horrible. I went the week of its open - I love wings - and this place was a hit and miss. Bdubs usually make me happy inside but as I was walking into here I knew it was going to be bad - the door has a sign at the bottom left corner that says "GUNS ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THIS AREA". REALLY!? You need to clarify that for people? So, turns out that the waitresses are ghetto - one had graphics on the side of her head with a mohawk pony tail thing (looked totally jacked up LOL) - and well, they weren't the regular girls you see at a Bdubs. I think to franchise a Bdubs to close to the city isn't a smart more for the company, they should keep it in the close suburbs (IM FROM THE CITY AND IM SAYING THIS). I love getting the FULL BDUBS experience and this place does not offer it. It made me sad to see what they are doing to the name. ROUND TWO: Went again, things are improving - not as many ghetto waitresses - BUT DAMN ARE THE PEOPLE WHO GO THERE GHETTO. A group of what seemed to be college student who acted like 5 year olds were in the center tables yelling and waving their hands in the air. All their yelling was making my son cry and it clearly bother two other families who were their that night. I understand you go to a restaurant/sports bar to have fun but do you really need to be that ANNOYING?! I wish the staff would of said something because one could see it in their face that they were frustrated having them there. PLEASE TO THE MANAGEMENT, DO NOT LET THE GOOD NAME OF DBUDs BE SPOILED BY GHETTONESS! I've grown up in Pilsen so I'm ghetto myself, but damn know when to act right!

Unbelievably bad. This is the worst place I have ever been too. Food quality is horrible. It took 45 minutes to get 10 wings in 2 flavors. The wings were not coated properly. Plus 1/2 were boneless when I ordered wings. The medium wings were cold and there were no drumsticks. The veggie boat was served with veggies that were dried up and old. I asked the manager over and told her how bad of an experience I am having, and her response was "I don't know want you want me to do". Seriously don't go here. There are many other places to enjoy.

I'm a big fan of BWW, but not this one. Food was bad, bad bad, and the Juicy Burger I ordered was dry dry dry; I believe the staff is still very inexperienced and unprofessional; too many hormones are very active in this joint. Just bring my food and be nice! It also seems this space is too small for the number of people who go there; I felt claustrophobic. Also, why are there policemen standing around in this joint? Really???

    (2)
  • Emily M.

I cannot stand this BWW. Their food is no where near as tasty as the one in Lincolnwood, their staff is never happy, the hostesses are always more busy chatting instead of seating (even when there are seats open) you have to advise them "hey what about that booth?", then they give you attitude for interrupting their conversation!

    (1)
  • Alma A.

I am always dissapointed when I come here, the hostesses are always chatting up some drama at the door, the waitresses seem like they are obligated to work and hate their lives food is food standard in every bdubs i like it. In 2 instances ive gotten my Appetizer after my meal even tho the manager comps it its still annoying. I'm not out to get a free meal I am out to enjoy diner and be waited on.

After reading all the bad reviews we came here anyway to watch UFC141- It wasn't all that bad. The waiters gotta deal with a helluva lot of people etc. Its busy as they can possibly be. Our Waiter did a great job- he was friendly attentive and extra helpful so maybe we just got a good waiter i dunno. Overall not a bad place to catch a fight if you don't wanna pay a cover at a bar. I don't think I would go back to watch another card Id rather pay $5-$10 somewhere else and not have all the people bustling around but overall the experience was decent. Its not a candlelight dinner /steak house downtown Chicago its a BWW in Berwyn so Id say its exactly what it is supposed to be.

It's funny because someone warned me their wings were terrible because they don't give you any sauce. So I was like OH I'll just get them extra wet and they'll be plenty of sauce. BUT NO!!! There was no hot sauce on my extra saucy preferred wings. EFF this place and the people who work there. Most people who work in berwyn are lazy morons anyways. Look at any store on yelp located in berwyn to see their reviews. NEVER GO THERE. They dont even deserve one star.

So, being a "WING WHORE" (both me and my hubby and my son) this used to be one of our fave places. We used to travel to Elmhurst to go to the nearest one and we were so thrilled when this one opened. We can on the 2nd day of grand opening and knew it would be packed. We expected a wait but figured the wings would be worth it. BOY OH BOY OH BOY WAS I WRONG.... Arrived at 6pm, I was told we would have an hour wait, turned out it was only 20 minutes, talk about fantastic!!!! Our little buzzer buzzed and we went a runnin' They sat us near the bar, which was ok but not ideal since my 9 year old was with us. It took our waitress about 20 minutes to come greet us, another 15 minutes to bring our drinks, she took our order and we did not see her again for ....guess how long? just guess? 10minutes? NO 40 minutes? NO.... ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. Then finally our wings came out, Cold, Slimey. Tasteless, and plain nastyfied. Where was the sauce? We sat there for close to three hours waiting to eat- UH the nerve. We figured maybe this was her first time waitressing or maybe she had a million tables. NOT. turns out she had three tables only. The wings here did not taste like the ones we usually have a BBWW and we will not be going back. Service was not "service" and NO she by no means got a tip.

  • Foster R.

Wow, this place is super slow. This is my first time trying B.w.w and the service stinks. 9 bucks for 6 wings and fries, without a drink, I think that's a bit much. At wing stop I usually get 10 wings fries and a drink for 10 bucks. Nice atmosphere, wings were ok, a bit pricey, plenty of ladies prancing around, but I don't think I'll be going back. Wing Stop I'm sorry for cheating on you!

Quite possibly the worst BWW on the planet. The only thing normal about this BWW is the food. Service here is less than a joke because either the server doesn't know how to enter your food into the computer or is to busy conversing with a friend. I called a order in thinking that would be better but was put on hold 3 times because the server could not figure out the computer and I finally hung up after the 3rd time. Drive to any other BWW in the area.

    (1)
  • Dave H.

This should really be 1 but we're huge fans of Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the worst run restaurant in their system and I've been to a lot. Advice - drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the Elmhurst location

    (2)
  • Edgar D.

Been here a couple times and it's okay. I understand why people would give it bad reviews. If they could improve order wait times it would vastly improve service. Maybe more servers? Whatever it is it can be pretty frustrating. I like their wings although they seem to be skimpy on the sauce side. I wasn't aware that if you want what I consider a normal coating of sauce on your wings, you have to request that they make them wet. Still, I'd be back. Especially because their outdoor seating is nice in the summer.

    (3)
  • James A.

It is your standard BWW however it was kind of weird seeing their employees acting like it was their hangout (while on the clock). Employees had other employees that were off that day, hanging out with them...slowing down the even slower service there. The ones that were off were loud and rude (swearing up a storm). Was not a great experience at all.

  • Jose A.

I wonder if this place has ever bothered to get on here and read this? Ever since they opened they have had service issues. I went the other day again because I wasn't really in the mood to go far for some BWW. I also had hopes that the service had changed. I quickly found out that it had not. I will simply put it this way, I received the sampler I ordered as an appetizer after my burger. This place has a ways to go and I always sit there and look at the Managers thinking fellas come on!

I work in the restaurant business so I understand certain things that other people probably wouldn't. I'm very lenient and understanding...but this place? Completely unacceptable. Absolutely terrible. I called in ahead of time and ordered takeout. I come in to pick up my food, and I sign the receipt the guy at the cash register printed. There's a spot to leave a tip, but who am I tipping?? No one served me! So I leave it blank. Right in front of my eyes I see the cashier write in $4 on the receipt, take the money out of the drawer, put it in his pocket and walk away. I am disgusted at this point and demand to speak to a manager. I understand it's $4, but it's $4 i did not give. That's stealing and forgery. NEVER EAT HERE.

I have visited this location several times and the food was fine but sometimes have had undesirable service until my recent trip this weekend. My server Jackie Z this weekend was probably the best server I have ever had. She was just as attentive to all the other tables I saw her serving as opposed to the other girls that were standing around and talking. Me and my friends had a great time thanks to her...give that girl a raise managers!

Business can get pretty backed up here.. it's still fairly new. but I have to say that service always rocks. My favorite server is Jeremy P. He is very attentive and friendly!!!

I pretty much have to agree with all the other reviews. This place has the worst service, the most unprofessional staff and as a lot of BWW's, mediocre food. The host and hostess were too busy flirting with one another (with the bar's assistant general manager b-s-ing with them) to realize it was time to seat us. We ordered an appetizer along with our meals, but got our meals first. So when we asked for our appetizer we were about done with our meals. A couple of the servers were standing near our table complaining about the "crazy" customers they have. All I could think of was the movie "Waiting" and I could only imagine what happens behind those kitchen doors. So after that I totally lost my appetite. UPDATE: My husband and I both got food poisoning!

This place is a madhouse! I knew that it was going to be busy, but I didn't know it was going to be this unorganized. I called in an order for takeout this past thursday. It took me atleast 3 tries to get through since their line was busy. When I arrived I tried going up to the counter to pick up my order, but they were so busy it took them about 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. Alot of people also had coupons so if you had a coupon you had to pay at the counter not with the waitress. When I brought the wings home the bf complained that the "hot" wings weren't even hot and he was right. They did not have much sauce on them. To anybody that lives on the southside I would just drive to Chicago Ridge than come here. Wait til the hype dies down.

Ok...I like many berwynites have been long waiting for a sports bar type joint, Buffalo Wild Wings appears to fill that void. It is a bit chaotic as you walk in. The set up is not the best for the amount of traffic they are getting, entrance, bathrooms, take out, hostess and waiting area are all in the same place, which is a total turn off walking in. It was a rainy Saturday night but the place was packed, which is expected. There were at least 5 groups of people waiting but plenty of open tables. So you think well maybe they didn't have enough staff but really how many people does it take to clean a table, certainly not three. Most of the very young staff, with the exception of Vince our server, appeared to walk around in a daze, lost. Luckily Vince was great and although service was moving slow he checked in regularly and gave us updates. So now for the food, its great the same wings that you find accross the chain. The wings are crispy, not oily, just the right amount of sauce, the celery was good a nice crunch and fresh. All in all it was a good experience, not perfect but I'll give another shot, maybe give them some time to mature.

I've never dined in but I do notice that it's busy most of the time, so expect a wait during dinner time, either on weeknights or weekends. I usually get carryout and I call ahead. I've never had a problem with that service. The food is good. I've always liked the wing sauces from BWW, especially the Wild and Blazin'. My only issue is that they never provide enough sauce on the wings. I always have to ask them spin the wings in more sauce. The food does taste good and I haven't had any other problems with their food so far.

This location is the pits! We sat at our table for 20 minutes, our drink order was never taken. In fact, no one ever stopped by our table to greet us. I'd understand if the place was extremely busy, however it wasn't at all. There were plenty of empty tables. We ended up walking out. I've been to other locations and the service was never this horrible. Skip it!!!

this place i gave half a star, why? 1.the wings take over 40 mins to come. 2,the wings are dry and tasteless because they hardly put sauce on them! 3.it takes a waitress to come 15 mins after i get seated. 4.managers hang out with the staff more than they tell them what to do. 5.the waitress are all high school kids, that dont know how to make your stay enjoyable, all they look like is they lookin for dudes to ****. i seriously recommend to just go to another bww's cuz this one is not doing too well right now.

I enjoyed my previous visits to other buffalo wild wings locations and never had any problems but my goodness I had the worst restaurant expierence ever here. I waited 10 minutes to get seated which wasn't bad but after waiting for 15 minutes I had to ask for our server to show up to our table. Once the server took our orders we had to wait like an hour to receive our food. The food was cold, the wings were dry and had no flavor. I don't see myself coming back anytime soon to this location I hope they improve their problems or else they won't last.

Really bad service, you have to flag down somebody to go and get your waiter because they are no where to be seen, if you are going to go ask for 2 drinks at a time

First off the restaurant looks great and will be a fun place to go to in the summer time with the plentiful outside seating. I read reviews of terrible service and found it not be true with my experience. I went pretty early at 11:30am so it wasn't hectic. Food was great. With a new staff everyone will experience growing pains give the place a shot. Perfect location

I showed up late at about 10PM on a wed night. Got a ten minute explanation on how this is a corporate store so they do not have tender wed special. The manager was unnecessary. A simple and quick explanation would have been fine as we didn't make a commotion about it and had only asked if they had it. Ordered two beers (2 green lines) and not only do they not show up for another half hour but whoever brought the beer comes to the table and asks if we ordered beer. We ask what kind and are responded to with.... "something". Yes apparently "something" is a beer now. We were then told to quit making things complicated. At this point we just wanted to pay and leave. Except our waitress never showed up again for 40 minutes. We simply paid at the bar and left to never return. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to the franchise elmhurst location. If I could give this place a half star I would.

Picky about the number of people at a table, they split us up because they can't have more than 8 people at a table. and they expected us to wait 2 hours for a table.
