I spoke with Iggy the manager, he was to credit me my money and never did. Horrible customer service.

Pizza is not that great. I ordered a pizza night and it was so soggy I pretty much had to eat it with a spoon. And there a few tiny pieces of hard plastic in 2 slices. Don't order from here!

Had a pepperoni panzerotti there Monday night. I have never been so sick in my life. Days later, and my stomach still isn't right, and I have barely eaten since. Whatever they have in that kitchen should not be consumed by humans. I can eat almost anything, but whatever they served me was dangerous. DO NOT EAT here under any circumstances.

If I could give zero I would. Just went in excited to get my slice. There was two sausage slices and three pepperoni. Being that I get really sick from pork products, I just wanted a slice of cheese or any veggie type pizza. When I asked when they'd have cheese coming up the odd looking kid went to the bac and came back a couple minutes later and said they won't be. It's almost 5pm an they close at 9.. So for the rest of the day they won't have any more pizza made?!? This location should just close down. They are a joke!

I picked up an extra class to teach and while simmering in traffic I found myself at Bacci's, which was a first time for me. Though I bumped into the delivery guy on the way in, there was only one other customer picking up one of their jumbo slices. The place and the pizza slice is a lot larger than I expected. The jumbo slice with beverage is about 6 bucks. They had about 4 options available: cheese, cheese and sausage, a meatlover with veggies option, and a veggie option (which is the one I picked). I was also given a really small cup for my beverage. After you make your selection, your pizza slice goes back and is thoroughly heated (or reheated) and then properly boxed (which I appreciated). I have to admit, when I opened my jumbo Bacci slice at my destination it was still hot. The jumbo slice translates into 3 reasonably large slices. Though the beverage size was a little on the chincy side, and the pizza fix-ins were relatively ordinary, I thought the gravy/sauce on the pizza had a great flavor (a little kick going for it) and for that (because 97% of the time I make mine from scratch) they get 3 stars.

I intended to treat my staff to pizza from Bacci Pizzeria. I ordered two medium pizzas. One was a typical pepperoni and onions style. The second was a BBQ pizza without the ham. They told me it won't taste right without the ham, and I assured them that the person I was ordering it for knew how it would taste and was not able to eat ham. On a random Saturday afternoon it took over an hour to deliver. They put ham on the pizza anyway. It cost $48.00 for two medium pizzas!!!!! They would not credit me for the pizza, but instead told me they would have to deliver another one without the ham.....one more hour! And the pizza....pretty lousy too. My staff thanked me for the gesture :-(

When I went in at 4:30 they did not have cheese pizza. However, that was not upsetting until they told me the would not be making anymore. If they close at 9 pm on a Sunday night and won't be making cheese pizza from 4:30 on, something is wrong. I can't believe he told me with a straight face that they won't be making anymore. At least the one in Schiller park could help us.

It's pizza. Sadly, it's just pizza. It's dough, with sauce with meats and cheese on top. This is the perfect place for the low-on-cash-but-wanna-eat-out-person. Grab a huge slice for about 5 bucks + a drink. They have a good size dining room and the place is pretty clean. It's really not my cup of tea and after I was there once, I'm not hurrying back. I'm sure there are plenty of other people that would enjoy Bacci. If you are not a picky eater, maybe give this place a shot.

Was working in the area and needed some lunch. This was the first place I saw so I stopped. Monstrous slice of pizza. Got some wings which were really good. Definitely be going there again.

I will never order again. Second time we have tried it and most if it has ended in the garbage. Soggy calamari. Pizza dough isn't good and sauce has no flavor. Go to White Cottage if its pizza you are looking for or even a frozen pizza is better. The wings are said to be fresh but they were reheated old and dry. What a waste. Menu is now in the trash along with the food.

Visited Bacci Pizza for some slices to share with co-workers. The slices are huge, but when you think about the price, they are not that big of a bargain. It seemed more like a gimmick to me. As for the pizza............we all said that the slices were huge. That was about it. The quality of the pizza was a 2 at best. Just a step above Little Caesar. Really, there are so many options available for good pizza. This was not one of them. Why bother? Cheers to All

I've been there twice. Once during the daytime and the pizza was great. Pizza was hot. BUT when I ordered for delivery last thursday night we had problems. First the guy that took my order never asked for a name, I asked for a pizza puff along with other stuff, and he told me it would take 30 minutes especially if we're right down the street from them. I had to call 3 times to figure out why my food was taking to long. The guy asked who's name the order was under, since he never asked for a name in the first place the name made no difference. After an hour of waiting, we decided to cancel the order since the last straw was because the guy handling the phone said that the driver should be driving up in a minute. 15 minutes later nothing. The guy told us that they can deliver the food warm and we gave him one last chance. The driver finally got here! But he had no change at all, the food was ICE COLD! And top it all off instead of getting a pizza puff like we had ordered originally we got a calzone! And got charged for a calzone instead of the puff which is a buck less than the calzone. I won't order for delivery anymore. I rather just pick up to make sure we don't have to deal with the guys in the night shift that took our order last time again.

Quantity over quality. Sure, it's a big slice of pizza...but ugh!!! bland, greasy, very little tomato sauce. Even with the free (small) drink, it's not worth it!

Their Meat lovers is crazy good! The slices are rediculous huge, seriously like a quarter pizza and the prices are great. Open fairly late and service was good. Definitely try it!

I've had several things on the menu and nothing is good. The pizza is just okay. Their pasta salad has too much vinegar and half the noddles arent cooked - their fettucine alfredo is just all OIL - their soup is medicore at best. The only reason I've gone back is because I can walk there from work. This place is a disgrace to Italian food. If you do go, stick to the pizza and free pop.
