Love their gyros and their salads are very fresh. They also have baklava and ice cream. Next time I will definitely try the falafel that I heard is excellent. The service is fast and friendly! As for the interior it was very inviting and lots of space to eat-in as well as outdoor seating for nicer days. I highly recommend this spot if you are in the mood for a great gyro.

This is so new that not all the decor bugs are worked out. However, the food is great and at a great price. Welcome to a great new munch in Belleville. One caveat, they are only open from 11-7pm Mon-Sat., so go for lunch or an early dinner.

I am not a stranger to gyros, and I've been going by this place for a couple weeks because of work and it smelled amazing. So I decided to try it out for lunch today and overall I was pleased. From the outside it looks like you'll walk into a, well to be blunt, like a little bit of a dump. The canopy from the previous tenant is still up so the only sign is a sandwich board on the sidewalk, but there are also a lot of gyro pictures up. Once inside the place looks beautiful. But it's really about the food. I tried the falafel, which that was my first; and I got a gyro. The gyro was pretty good. The one oddity was the meat is not the long shavings I am used to, but there was a little better bark on it then other places. The taziki sauce was good and had more cucumber coming out than say Lily's Gyros has in their Lily's Sauce. It was very good but a little different mostly because it's a little different mouth feel and flavor profile. As for the falafel, it was very good. I keep meaning to try one and for my first I will get them again. But as for comparison, I have nothing to speak of; but yes I was good. Overall, I will go back. I know this restaurant is new so I look forward to seeing what they do on the outside; but it is worth looking past that for now.

I thought the falafel was really good. It's baked, not fried but still really good. I wish they had a lot more Mediterranean/Greek options though. Like lamb or chicken souvlaki would be a start. I feel as if they have more American options than Greek. I noticed someone mentioning it smelled like "a nursing home" and I will agree. It did have a bit of a mothball smell inside the actual building, but I sat outside which is awesome on a nice day. Its worth a try and I think with time they should get better, I don't believe they've been open very long.

I agree with Jason H. Really, really excellent falafel. I got a large falafel sandwich for $4.99. Huge. Can make it a combo with chips and soda for $6.94. I didn't- the sandwich is quite filling. Homemade tzaziki sauce is delicious. 7 or 8 tables situated in a small but comfortable setting. Don't be alarmed by the sign out front. Friendly owners. They are new and haven't taken down the old "le sweet cafe".

Dined there today during Belleville's 200th Anniversary. This is a nice, quaint place with wonderful Mediterranean menu items at very reasonable prices I had the falafel and my friend had a Gyro. Both were very tasty. The falafel was grilled and not fried like most other places where I've had falafel. Casablanca Cafe in downtown Belleville is one of the better quality places for Greek food. The owner and his staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend!

Had the gyro combo. It was good, not great. The restaurant smelled like a nursing home. Understaffed...walk in to confusion. Do I seat myself, is there a hostess/waitress? I was told to sit wherever, as no one else was dining there. Food came out quick which was nice. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my ticket when I finished eating. Finally just walked to counter and paid. Wasn't even sure if this was a full service or fast casual type of eatery. I tipped 10% because of the poor service and confusion in regards to what kind of restaurant it is. I probably won't return unless I'm craving a gyro in which case I'll get it to go.
