Love this place! One of my fav sushi restaurants in Boise. As some of the other reviews mentioned the waitress there is typically not that professional / nice but the food is great especially for all you can eat. Service at the bar definitely is faster and the guys making your food make the environment fun. Would love to see a more friendly service from the waitresses but overall it's a great place to go.

I was excited to eat here because a few friends suggested it. The food here is good but the service has unfortunately been horrible all 3 times I was there. One time there was barely anyone in the restaurant and it still took forever. Another time we ordered rolls and an appetizer, the appetizer never came out and they let us know they didn't even start it. I think it's time we find another sushi place in Boise!

I LOVE THIS SUSHI PLACE!! This is "THE" spot my husband and I go to when were in the mood for something good. Its cozy inside. We always sit at the bar, the service is faster. They usually have some sport playing on the TV. its $25 for all you can eat sushi (which is what I recommend because my fav roll the NAN MADOL is $13 all alone so why not just get AYCE and go nuts!) We have our favorite guy who always ends up preparing our sushi for us and he is really funny if you get to know him :) Their tuna is the best tuna!!( they don't skimp on their size of rolls or the amount of tuna they give you) the only negative thing I will say about IOU is their waitress are slow to recognize an empty glass. Ill be choking down a piece of sushi waiting on a refill of water or beer. Either way it doesn't keep me from coming back YUMMY!!!

  • Kevin Q.

Used to be good. NOT the case anymore. Raised the prices and now limit what you can order. I've always loved the Big Joe. You can only have three pieces now because of Tuna prices. WTF? This is my last visit here, definitely not worth the $$ anymore. If I were YOU - I would avoid it too. Really wish I would have hit Fujiyama down the road.

My friends and I have gone in several times to IOU...every time the waitress is pissed that we've come in. Sit at the bar to avoid this. Service is also much faster at the bar. The rolls we order are always good, though. Not the best place for a larger group.

Always fantastic service! Sit at the bar if you want food faster. Delicious sushi and great pricing!! Been going here for years!

Bar service is Stellar, table service not so much (at all, in fact its infuriating). The chefs at the bar are all very sociable and give great tips/ service! Whatever nigiri is on the chalkboard - get it. I've been to a lot of sushi and this place kills it with nigiri.

Food was really good but be prepared for a wait and then wait some more. I ordered at same time as others at my table and before others arrived but everyone was done eating when I FINALLY got my food. No apologies or anything. Service was atrocious! Our waitress was exceedingly grumpy.

  • Emma M.

Maybe if you've never had good sushi you might like this place, but I certainly didn't. The chefs here mashed and man-handled the sushi roll so much that the rice was compacted to the consistency of play-doh. I got 2 rolls and both were that way. You couldn't even tell it was rice anymore. These guys are not sushi chefs so I'd stay away.

There is so much better sushi to be had in the valley. For all you can eat, I'd rather do Best Sushi downtown or Sushi Ya in west bench. Service is god-awful. I mean, like 15-20 minutes of sitting there without attention from our waitress for water, to place another order, whatever. What hurt was there were few other people in there and the waitresses (yes, plural) were flirting with guys at the sushi bar, who already had service from the sushi chefs. I'd better get more attractive and ditch the wife next time... No, we've never sat at the bar (I hear service is better if you're staring at a chef). The quality of sushi isn't great at all (but, when you do all you can eat, it's clearly a quantity over quality situation, still...see first paragraph). When I'd ask for nigiri, which typically comes with two pieces per order, they'd make me 12 (and, if you don't finish, they want to cut you off for wasting their food). After forcing myself to eat that many pieces of nigiri, I ordered another nigiri and asked for only TWO PIECES (repeated this several times to our server), but still got the 12. Felt ignored, nickled-and-dimed, and like I was being served sub-par sushi. For all of the IOU lovers, please, please, PLEASE try the following: for all you can eat, Best Sushi or Sushi Ya; for quality sushi (especially nigiri, not crazy, deep fried rolls), try Maru (number one), Shige or I've heard great things about Yoi Tomo.

SLOW service! Small dining area that is usually totally full at dinner time and hopefully you bring good dining company because you will have plenty of time to talk as your food and drinks are.... Well, seemingly are never actually going to arrive at your table. The bar is the only area where people appear to get food but I don't like sitting at the bar and shouldn't have to sit there to get freaking service. The all you can eat is a joke unless you order 4-6 rolls on your first order taken by the server because that's the ONLY order you will put in. Sushi is OK at best. The only roll I even liked was the one named after the restaurant. Been here a few times with friends that insisted on this place. Those friends moved and now I will suffer no longer!

ive eaten at both iou in nampa and ontario, both times felt the staff were rude and unprofessional. the sushi is just ok and the fish to me did not taste fresh. the staff really does have a we dont have to be nice or quick or friendly attitude, and combined with the poor quality food, i really dont see how they stay in business. never will i go back to iou, i really do feel like( they owe me). sushi ya has way better sushi, the staff is quick and friendly, and not to mention way more affordable. if u like rude staff, poor food, slow service, combined with a dirty restaurant, than iou is for u.

This restaurant almost demands two separate reviews, because depending on how you choose to dine here... you will get two very different experiences. So right up front let me say that my overall rating is a consequence of having to "split the difference" between the two VERY different experiences I have had at IOU Sushi. Basically if you sit at the sushi bar itself... you will have a pretty good time. By itself I would rate that as 4 stars. If however you sit at a table and are fully dependent on waiter service... you will have a pretty lousy time. I would call this barely 2 stars. The difference is all in the service. So I'll come back to the service issues in a bit, but let's dispense with the food first. Now you can eat at IOU as a more traditional sushi restaurant, but essentially this place should be thought of as an "all you can eat" place. That is the most popular option for diners here, and that is what the restaurant itself seems to expect from most patrons. That said, you have to keep that in mind when judging the food here. The rolls themselves are good. The fish seems to be pretty fresh. But the preparation is pretty basic and unassuming. I'd say it is a slight cut above say... Sushi Ya in terms of overall quality. At least IOU seasons their sushi rice. The variety of rolls for "AYCE" is a little lacking, at least on the lunch menu, but overall you will be pleased with the quality of the food itself. Now here's the catch. The table service at IOU is absolutely terrible. If you are at a table, it can take forever to get an order sent up to the bar, and who knows how long before you'll actually see any food. I can't decide if this is due to the waiters themselves, or the fact that the sushi chefs at the bar are prioritizing patrons at the bar, or if the fault is somewhere else along the line. But the bottom line is if you are at a table, I hope you aren't exactly hungry... or looking to place more than a single order for "AYCE." You might starve to death in the time it takes for an order to get back to you. If you ARE sitting at the bar however, the experience is almost completely difference. The sushi chefs at IOU are very friendly, will engage in conversation with you, and will ask if you're ready to place another order before you even finish with the first. It is a much more timely and pleasant experience, a "night and day" difference from what you will find sitting at a table. And while this is fine if you are dining alone or maybe with your significant other.... but for those of us with several children in tow, sitting at the sushi bar just isn't really an option. So in the end, it is easy to recommend IOU Sushi for a quick lunch or maybe even a casual dinner date. But just make sure you are sitting at the bar. Don't opt for table service unless you enjoy watching everyone else eat around you while you sit there starving and confused.

Crystal shrimp...yummmm the best is here! Service best at the bar. Easiest to give your order for several items all at once or seems like end up waiting bit too long. The game is usually on, sushi delicious etc. Have had several good experiences here, the Nampa location not nearly as good (service or selection) Other tasty rolls included on their All you can eat ($23ish) are the Nan Madol, Mirian, Big Joe & the Bogus. A favorite sushi place for us! The better servers we've seen are Jesse & Trusty.

Arrived at 9:30 for a few pieces of sushi. About 8 people at sushi bar. A lady was putting chairs up on the table and told me they were closed. I said the sign on door said 10. She told me I could get a to go order. RUDE.

I have been to IOU several times, but finally decided I need to write a review in hopes that the owners of this business see it. We came in with a group of 4 for AYCE sushi at 8:10 pm and sat at the bar. There were 3 sushi chefs working and one server. It took at least 5 minutes for us to even be acknowledged and given drinks (just ice water). There were three tables being sat at, but all customers had finished their food. There were also two other couples sitting at the bar, one of which was just finishing up. So by no means was the restaurant busy. We let the chef know we were doing AYCE and ordered our first rolls. They took about 5-7 minutes to give us our first rolls. This continued to be the pace for the rest of our dining experience. After finishing one roll, we wait another 5 minutes (empty-plated) for the chefs to even acknowledge us, then another 5-10 to receive the roll. It should be mentioned that none of us ordered any deep-fried rolls (that take longer to prepare), so that cannot be an explanation as to why the service was so slow. At this pace, and with the menu's suggestion that dinner AYCE sushi should last 1 hour, it really did not feel like we were getting our money's worth ($25.99 for dinner AYCE). What's even worse-- at 8:47, the server started putting chairs on tables and asked us how we were doing our checks. To me, this is a not-so-subtle way of telling a customer they're finished. I found this extremely rude. As a server myself, it is both my restaurant's policy and my personal belief that chairs should not be stacked onto tables until all customers have left the restaurant, even if they are there past closing time. It's downright rude and creates a tense, unwelcoming atmosphere for your patrons. So all in all, we were given about 37 minutes of AYCE sushi at a painfully slow rate. I think I only ate 5 rolls; I could have gone for twice as much. And the real kicker is, the posted hours on IOU's door says that they closed at 10 pm. If I were a customer wanting to give them business and arriving past 9, I would be very irritated to drive to the restaurant only to find out that they closed a full hour before their posted hours. I suppose when you own your own restaurant you can do this at your discretion, but they're certainly losing business by doing so. I absolutely love IOU's sushi. The fish is always fresh-tasting with a good texture, the rice is a good consistency, and the rolls are unique and flavorful. But even amazing food cannot outweigh repeatedly terrible service. That's why it pains me to say that I won't be coming back to IOU.

Absolutely wonderful sushi there! The people who work there are really nice too. They offer AYCE too. The price for that is a bit high but at least they offer tons of choices and don't charge extra to substitute soy wrap instead of seaweed, which for me is big. Their crystal shrimp is to die for too!! I just wish they were open on Sundays. Oh well I still love them!

    (4)
  • Brendon R.

The best sushi I've had here in Boise! The Nan Madol, Big Joe, and Bogus rolls are the best in my opinion. The only downside is the price. The only way to go is the all you can eat option, it's the most economic and you can eat till you're full! Service is hit and miss but for the most part the people are way cool

  • Kim R.

Dad & I have come for the all-you-can-eat lunch twice in the last month or so. We found everything we tried to be fresh and delicious. Here, it's sushi-only for the AYCE, so edamame or miso soup is $3.49 extra. $17.99 for lunch seems very reasonable, considering that we ate $91.46 worth of sushi (a la carte pricing) on our most recent visit. Hokkigai (surf clam) has always been one of my favorite nigiri selections. Not all restaurants offer it or have it in stock on a regular basis. IOU serves it up and it tastes great! (You'll notice on the photo of the big tray of sushi I uploaded that we ordered three pairs!) We enjoyed the Big Joe nigiri (seared tuna, avocado, Krab), and ordered it both times. New favorites for us include the Upside Down Shrimp nigiri and the Mei nigiri. The shrimp was backwards/inside out on the clump of rice, and topped with a mixture of crab (with a C), mayo, and tobiko. It comes with sweet sauce, too, but it can be requested on the side. So good, we ordered three more pairs after the first one. The Mei was also wonderful. It was a nice slice of salmon over the clump of rice, with a generous slice of avocado with some Krab salad and green onions on top. Yum! One roll that wasn't quite as we expected was the rainbow roll. Elsewhere, it is typically a California roll with strips of fish and/or avocado on top. Here, it is three types of fish all inside the roll. Too much raw fish for Dad all at once. The chefs were friendly and our service was very good, even though Joanna seemed to be the only server for the 8-10 tables in the restaurant. Soda & water glasses were kept full without us having to ask. When they're busy, there may be a significant wait for sushi to be made. Plan to order in anticipation of what you'll want. Also, be aware that many of their Maki rolls are TEN PIECES! We were expecting more like 6 or 8 pieces, so it was good that there were two of us to finish it!

Sushi: 5 STARS Service: 1 STAR The food is amazing; incredible selection, phenomenal flavor, and the all you can eat is always a great deal if going out with a group of friends. HOWEVER! If you are in a hurry, especially for dinner, DO NOT count on getting your food quickly! Or a refill of your beverage for that matter... the waiting staff is typically terrible (except for one waitress) and you are lucky to be checked on ever for refills or additional orders. My friends and I repeatedly return because the food is so great, but also knowing that we will have terrible service...

    (3)
  • Amanda B.

Do I have to give it one star? Every single time we have walked in the door it has been awful. The first time we waited 15 minutes at the bar and not a single person greeted us. So we left. We tried it again today and it was terrible!! The service took forever and the rolls were not even close to what they should have been. A rainbow roll had three pieces of fish in it and that's it! That is not a rainbow roll! The sushi chefs were rude and it took forever to get our check. We will not be back ever. This place should be shut down.

Ok, new review. I have always said the sushi was good but the service was not so good. Seems that is not the case anymore. Last 2 times I have been there has been awesome. I havent sat at the bar tho. I have got into a habit of sitting at a table and ordering a platter to share. Works out great. However the chef actually came out to the table to talk last time to say I haven't been around in a while and wanted to make sure everything was good. Very nice. Very good and can't wait to go back. Ok so this is a chain sushi place and I know I gave it 5 stars but I havent been to Seattle or Boston in a while and am craving great sushi. They do have some good rolls. I am sure after my first trip to the east or west coast I may be coming back here and taking a star or 2 away......but maybe not.

  • James P.

I have to say this place is AWESOME!!!! But I will be straight up with you.....You have to set at the bar.....I sat at a table once never again. I go to IOU at least 3+ times a month for over 2 years now.....and I absolutely love the sushi here......their specialty roles kill it and the hand rolls mmmmMMM freaking fantastic!!!!! Don't go in with a Lil princess attitude though....we're talking islanders here so go in chilled and they will take care of you. You go in all up tight turn back around and leave. Cause....cuz if your not there to have a good time n eat sushi you ain't welcome anyway. So go have a good time, relax n eat Boise's best sushi! IOU ROCKS!!!

  • Veg V.

Only in Boise for a "business trip" and asked fellow coworkers on where to get good sushi. They answered with other places but IOU was the closest to the hotel. It would have been better to have spent extra time venturing around town. Walked in and saw there wasn't much of a crowd, so made the split decision to get takeout. 3 veggie roll options, and opted for what sounded most delicious. Stood there for over 15 minutes waiting on two rolls. While watching other people get takeaway who came in after me and were served before me. Certainly noticed that if you're not a local, you're pushed to the bottom of the list. Cheap prices on the rolls....but overall, it was complete mushy rice...making the rolls fall apart trying to eat it. Oh well.....

IOU, IOU an updated review! Since I've been there recently your service has much improved! The food is always consistently awesome! I recommend the Bronco, Nan Madol, Chrystal shrimp, fried upside down shrimp, and Big joe! I do still feel you get a little faster service at the bar tho! Great place to take ur date for a casual but fun sushi joint...

First of all I am soooo glad I didn't read the poor reviews before going here for lunch. I had just visited the UPS Store next door and had just a short time for lunch so went in. It was crowded, a good sign, and deservedly so. The service was quick, the fish was fresh, hand rolls well made and very tasty. I will come back with my wife again some time.

My hubby and I usually go to IOU for special occasions or events that are happening that being said, usually we do not go on holidays or basically when they are busy. Tonight (valentines day) was a completely different experience. When we usually go there, there are maybe 3 to 4 other people in there eating, this time it was packed. Which made the customer service go to crap. Their sushi has always been great when we eat there and tonight was no different. We waited about 5 mins before we got a seat, when we sat down it took about another five to ten mins to get the counter cleaned off and get our ginger and soy dish. We ordered 2 rolls each, but after those rolls were finished we waited no joke 25 to 30 mins for the sushi guy to ask us what else we wanted. I understand it's a busy day because of the "holiday" but it was ridiculous. I really do enjoy this place but I will never go on a holiday like that ever again.

For the people that are not sushi snobs, The $19 all you can eat lunch and the $25 all you can eat dinner is the main attraction here. If you want to gorge on Dragon Rolls and Shrimp Rolls and Tuna Rolls and God-knows-whatever-rolls, I.O.U. Sushi in THE BOMB. We went once before, sat at a table and the service was slow. Absolutely sit at the sushi bar. The staff (at the bar) is friendly, funny and encouraging you to eat, eat, eat. I'm a fan. Oh yeah!

    (4)
  • David K.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was very excited about our order. No less than forty five minutes later a platter of nonsense arrived at the table. While waiting, our server who was the only one for the whole restaurant, failed to tell us they ran out of rice, hence the wait. Then we had to wait for soy sauce....then we had to wait for plates that never came before we were fed up with the experience and decided to leave. Buyer beware: there are a lot of menu items featuring crab. What the don't tell you is that it is actually Krab. That will ruin any meal.

IOU is something of an enigma... Yes it is sushi and it is excellent, very fresh fish, quality salmon - some of the best salmon in the valley. It is a very non traditional sushi bar but don't translate that to mean bad... The food is excellent and the volume and price is incredible. The service at the actual bar is quite good, very friendly sushi chefs. But the atmosphere is almost like a Buffalo Wild Wings... Not really a date night spot... More a place to go with the guys after working all day. The service for the actual tables is slow so I recommend sitting at the bar and inexplicably it always takes forever to get your check... So ask early if your in a rush. When you need a sushi fix and have a big appetite there is no place better.

  • Joy S.

Ate here a couple months ago once and talk about gross! The rice was totally mushy and disgusting. The service was slow and they were obviously under staffed. They were out of salad?? How are you out of salad? Not a place I would ever go again even if it was free.

I've been eating at IOU since it opened. The early days were better and we were regulars. The sushi was more consistent and the place was cleaner. The good - The sushi recipes are great. The south pacific islanders have a refreshing take on sushi. The rest - Service at the bar has always been good and friendly, but don't EVER sit at a table. The last time I took a group of 7 in and sat at a table, I went in 30 minutes early and ordered crystal shrimp. The people showed up before the sushi. The waitresses have always been slow and prone to over charge. If you order two rolls that don't reach the "All you can eat" price, they will try to charge the higher all you can eat price. I've never had that NOT happen at the Boise IOU. All of this said, I LOVE the Bogus roll and the Crystal is sure to be loved by all. The chefs do love to make food for you-If you're at the bar- and will keep the food coming. Sorry that I can't give IOU more stars. Three years ago, it would have been 5 stars. If you want more consistent sushi and friendlier staff, visit IOU in Nampa.

So, went here with family today for lunch and did the Sushi all-you-can-eat...fo the price this was awesome. Everything is fresh made to order from the menu and you can have visrtually anything on the menu accept about a dozen dinner menu items. The sushi chefs were young and quick, the food was fresh and well made with some noteable selections. The other wait staff were very attentive and accomodating the entire time. The IOU Roll was amazing as was the upside down shrimp. 5 ate all we could eat with drinks and tip it was $100. The location is ok for access but not all that for ambiance. The menu selection was not too long and not too short with a great selction of rolls, nigiri, specialty items, hand rolls, salads, tempura and some alcohol. Highly recommended. This was a great sushi experience and I would absolutely go again and take friends.

So we are frustrated with IOU...we went on 12/27. We had great food & service, & it was crowded that night. We went back on 12/31 with a group & it was not crowded that night, there were several empty tables. We had horrible service. We could see our 2nd plate of food sitting on a side counter for 15+minutes & didn't get it until we said we were going to leave bc we had not received our food. We've been in & out over the eyes & overall that is my big complaint that he service is not consistent. Either you get great service or you get lousy service.

I have been here several times. My husband and I love sushi and these guys sure know how to make sushi! The sushi chefs are all ways very friendly and fun! However they are always understaffed. I have never seen more than one waitress and there is normally only two chefs on the floor. Saturday we stopped in again and to our surprise there was a new waitress, didn't catch her name but, she was very friendly, quick to greet us, get us drinks, and our order. But, by the time we left the restaurant was packed full and she was still the only one there. Over all we love this place! They make great sushi and the all you can eat price is fantastic, I just think they should get a few more people on staff so people don't have to wait so long. We will continue to return to IOU we just make sure to go early before the dinner rush and preferably on a week day.

I was here for all you can eat sushi and I thought it was good. Although we sat at the bar, our rolls came out pretty slow because there was a large party there. One of our friends that was with us said there's usually 3 or 4 sushi chefs and was surprised there was 2 especially for a Friday night. All the rolls were tasty but my favorite was the broncos roll...SOOO good! I'd definitely come back but on a slower night just so we get our rolls at a good pace. As for the service, it wasn't too bad. From previous reviews I thought it would have been really bad but it wasn't. The sushi chefs were nice and one of them threw out some jokes. The waitresses did their job but they weren't really friendly.

I have dined at IOU Sushi several times before with friends and family for lunch. While the sushi is no where near authentic, the dishes are tasty and enjoyable. We have always enjoyed the fact that we could try new dishes, and if they were not to our liking, not finish the dish and try something else. Last nite, we went during dinner time for the first time. With many new rolls available for dinner that are not for lunch, we were looking forward to trying some new dishes. At the end of the meal, we were told that we needed to pay extra for what we had not eaten. The manager (owner's son) came out and lectured my family and me on being wasteful. Rude, non-customer-oriented behavior, unclear rules, and inconsistent treatment.

Slowest service EVER!!!!! You will literally be there for 10 hours waiting for something if you don't get one of the 10 seats at the sushi bar. ALSO, WAY WAY OVERPRICED and the service sucks.

  • Vera M.

This place is an awesome sushi bar/restaurant, if you enjoy all you can eat or enjoy specialty sushi then you gotta check this out. I personally love this place because of the 'all you can eat' deal during dinner time (&lunch time). Their specialty sushi are great! Especially Broncos, Bogus, and Boise. So tasty and I love the crunch! The service isn't really up to my expectation and it usually seems like they are grumpy when they take your order , we had our waiter messed up a couple of times with our order --- BUT it was all good. Their prices are a little expensive and if you don't finish your plate (if you get the all you can eat) , they charge you for what you haven't eaten. Here is the break down For Adults : Lunch 17.99 Dinner: 24.99 For Kids: Lunch 11.99 Dinner: 18.99 Overall, I do enjoy eating at this place . Its one of my favorites in Boise.

I joined Yelp specifically to warn others about this place! One word: Terrible! Worst sushi i've ever had! The food left me feeling like i just ate a brick. Sushi should make one feel good after eating it. Not the case here! Food was way overpriced for sub-par taste, the service was awful, the atmosphere was dark and the staff had some action flick on the tv way too loud. Service wasn't very slow but the waiter lacked any social skills whatsoever! I know why they call it IOU...because when you're done they owe you another dinner...preferably NOT at their restaurant!! If you want the exact opposite of everything this place was, there are plenty of better places around!

On the plus side, the food at IOU Sushi is very good. If you like fish, there is plenty of it, and they have Crystal Shrimp, which is my husband's favorite deep fried food. On the down-side, they literally have three vegetarian items on the entire menu: Salad, Edamame and cucumber long roll. They don't even have Inarizushi (tofu skin stuffed with rice). I ordered the Olivia hand roll, no crab. Instead of getting a hand roll with sweet potato, zucchini and peppers (as described in the menu), I got a hand roll stuffed with Crystal Shrimp. Eventually, I got a hand roll stuffed with fried sweet potato, rice and a sweet sauce. No zucchini, no peppers. Not bad, but not what I ordered. And they took so long to get my meager order of one hand roll and one avocado long roll (not actually on the menu) done, that I had to take mine to go. The service is terrible. They had a full restaurant and one watress who tried her darnedest but seemed unfamiliar with the menu and was completely overwhelmed. They really need to hire more wait staff. I've been twice, my husband has been several more times alone, and we both experienced the service issue every time. So I'm giving the place 2 stars because the food really is good, especially for all the non-vegetarians out there. But I won't be back. Also, I rated it as pricey because it is very expensive on the per roll rate. If you eat a lot of sushi, though, the all-you-can-eat deal makes it relatively less expensive.

The food gets 5 stars, but the service gets 1 star, so I gave 3 stars to average it out. I love this place, but be prepared to spend 3 hrs here if you dont sit at the bar. No joke. I usually have to wait at least 30 min for my bill even after we ask the server to bring it. Even on not so busy nights. I think if there was more than 1 waiter it would be a huge improvement for business.

Don't expect any customer Service if you go to this place. I won't lie I absolutely love their food! Took my family there to eat and after sitting at our table for 60 minutes we still had NO FOOD on our table. Put in our order twice, they said they would have it out to us in 5 minutes...40 minutes later still nothing not an apology or anything. Amazed and in shock (since we were waiting patiently and not getting angry or anything) we told the waitress we would just leave and go elsewhere where they would feed us...rather than give us something, anything....we left....bellies empty and VERY disappointed. So amazed to see that people can be so horrible in a career that you make your money from the service you give. That day...that girl may not have made a dime! Sad cause I'm sure with 4 of us eating all you can eat....she would have made a killing! Not going back there for a very long time. And broken hearted.

OMG...this was the worst sushi I have EVER had. Don't even waste your time. If you've never had good sushi, maybe this is a good place for you, but if you know what good sushi is, STAY AWAY. I ate two pieces of my roll and threw the rest of it away. Actually thinking about it makes me want to puke.

overpriced mediocre sushi, rude staff, very slow service, weird archaic rules for all you can eat. No Sharing or you're charged. No leftovers or you're charged. Rice must be eaten with sushi or charged. Time limits for eating or your charged. Just forget the all you can eat already, geez...
