Surprisingly good. I hadn't had Arby's in AGES, but decided to give it a shot. It was very clean and tidy which is the first thing I notice in fast food spots. Some are just not well kept. But I felt very comfortable and the tables were laid out nicely so it was easy to not feel like you're cookie cuttered into a fast food restaurant. The food was good too. I love all the different sauces they have. Got the Arby's sauce, some Horseradish sauce, and went to town on a roast beef sandwhich. Delicious. I will be back for sure. I remember Arby's being pure junk food, but this one really changed my mind. Great quality for fast food.

All good but your cup holders suck. Seriously. The cups always fall out of the holder.

Had to stop here for the brisket Hawaiian sweet bread sandwich, commercials make it look good. Not as good as you'd think, was just ok. Flavorless brisket with a plop of BBQ sauce and pickles. Pretty expensive too for 7 dollars. Location is pretty cramped, drive thru is a tight squeeze with limited parking. This area is just a bit run down. This whole experience was less than favorable.

Absolutely LOVE the turkey & Swiss deli sandwich with a broccoli and cheese baked potato!!! Always the same when I order & very consistent. Doesn't take long to pick up the order. Drive through is quicker the jack in the box right across the parking lot!

It's an Arby's in the middle of crackheadville. But I must say that the young man working the drive-thru window was really cheerful. Lock your doors and keep them windows rolled-up!...kidding, it's not that bad :)

mmm I love me some Arby's. Corn beef with the marble bread. That's my favorite. They have some good deals, too. Like the 5 for $7. This Arby's is one of my favorites...I mean, beside the fact that it's close to my house. It has tons of parking, and there's a lot of space to eat inside. The workers are always friendly, and they get my order out fast all the time. The only thing that poses a problem is the fact that a lot of the workers are Filipino, and I have a hard time understanding them. I'm not trying to bash on them because they are so sweet, and they always smile when they take my order.

Roast beef sandwich! Number 1. That's my favorite there. I normally go to the drive thru and have had good experiences.

This location has some SERIOUS shortcomings: 1) No public restroom 2) Does not participate in promotions 3) Extremely dangerous drive-thru 4) Menu is all over the restaurant No restroom? I can get by that. Skip coupons? Ok. But WATCH OUT when you enter and exit this restaurant because you cannot see drivers coming and going in the drive-thru and they cannot see you. What GENIUS designed this? Additionally, most fast food restaurants keep the menu hanging behind the counter. Not this place. You have to scan the entire building to find all the menu items. Employees? Super nice. Food? It's Arby's. But this place fails to meet some of the very fundamental concepts of restaurants. Anything above 2 Stars for this location is laughable.

Don't think we will be coming back here. We drove out of our way, for pure disappointment!! When we pulled up to the drive thru the person on the other end messed the order up several times and continuously asked for me to repeat myself. Finally I became aggrivated and just drove around. I asked for a blt, which I have always gotten at every arbys I have ever been to. Apparently that isn't on the menu any more and I asked if they could make me one since they have all the ingredients and it's a simple sandwich. The girl called over the manager who rudely said no. I said okay that is fine I'll take cheese sticks and a mountain dew. She said what sandwich I said no sandwich and that caused all sorts of confusion. I then said fine what do you have that has bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on it? She responds the kings hawaii blt... I just stared at her in amazement. Anyways I got that but this is the only arbys I have ever been to that doesn't like you pay extra for cheese sticks in a combo so I ended up getting thrm seperatly. My daughter's chicken tenders tasted like stale grease and the fries were burnt. Needles to say, due to the unwillingness to at least be polite, the rude attitudes antnd the quality of the food we will not truth to arbys at this location.

I go out of my way to get Arby's here in Waipahu. I've never been inside the dining room, as I always just go through the drive-thru but every time I've come here I've had really good customer service. The employees at the drive-thru window are always friendly. My order has always been correct even when I order customized things like no lettuce, or a side of ranch. I really enjoy the selections they have here. It is in a rough area, but usually the parking lot is empty, and the drive-thru is usually pretty quick. Someone in a previous post mentioned that there wasn't any restrooms, but I always see customers using the restroom when I am in line at the drive-thru. It's on the outside of the building and it appears that you have to ask the employees for a key.

Its been a long time since I ate at Arby's. This place is OK I ordered 'Shroom & Swiss and Steakhouse Onion Rings to go. As I was driving home I'm always impatient to wait and eat when I get home. So along the way I ate some of the rings- big mistake, the rings was still freshly hot and burnt my tongue while eating it but I manage to finish it all leaving little bit of crumbs in my car. The sandwich was delicious I was thinking in my head- wow I don't remember Arby's sandwiches tasted this good but then again I haven't been here is a long time. Yelp 365 Challenge - #058/365

My review will mirror Kerrie C.'s for she is right on the money with locking your doors and keeping the windows up. I feel like I'm the Bronx inching along the drive thru lane. However! I just want to comment on how amazing Jerald is at operating that drive-thru. He and manners transported me to some cheery place like Calabasas or San Luis Obispo. I felt as though all the thugs and their mugs disappeared and my bag of curly fries and sandwiches appeared on a cloud of holiness be-speckled in gold flecks. He needs to be a manager or franchise partner asap! Somebody pull an Undercover Boss on him. I come to Arby's about twice a year so it's always a treat. I really love their Market Fresh brand of sandwiches. They taste just like the kind you get from Pret a Manger or that other Frenchy place in the airports. Their curly fries are really some of the best out there, but I'm sure Jack can make um just the same. I also like that they make mozzarella sticks! I can always noche on those :D

This Arby's seems a little outdated. Not a very good place to dine in. The dining section is small and sort of smells bad. There is no public restrooms and the tables are facing in awkward positions. You receive no welcoming from the staff and they are not at the front counter ready to help you. Instead it seems as if the staff are too busy doing other things running around in the kitchen area or perhaps hiding out. May I add, it was not even busy; just me and another family of 4. As I was enjoying my meal, I've seen other customers come in and leave immediately because no one was around to take their orders. The food here is great but could be questioned due the restaurant's overall cleanliness. In my opinion, management should renovate this store and it is likely they would get more customers to come eat here. May I mention, the drivethru sucks also. Jackinthebox is on the same property area and way updated then Arby's. I'm not sure how the kitchen area where they prepare our food looks like but I hope it's not infested with rodents. It's really scary to think about rodent droppings in the food preparation area but I'm beginning to wonder where that stench was coming from. I work in a hospital and the stench in Arby's is as bad as a long-term nursing facility or comparable.

Drive thru ordered two roast beef sandwiches. MMM MMM goood! Why do they ask if you want packets of Arby's sauce? Isn't that what makes the sandwich good?

It's Arby's what do you want? Known for their roast beef sandwiches, Arby's is usually one of my favorites. They sometime have good coupons in the paper, but apparently I learned last night that they don't take coupons from the internet. Despite being emailed the coupon directly from Arby's they refused to honor it. So no free Jr. shake for me.

Had another good meal here today. But what is greater is good attentive service level where we seem to see a trend of being bad at many fast food and all customer service in Hawaii. Today Arby's had attentive staff. Friendly accurate and got it right. Thank you keep it up.

Pricey food, Shitty service, Food is little, from the inside it looks like rats are running around. Just go to Jack-In-The-Box, seriously you'll thank me:)
