Very friendly and excellent customer service. I'd especially like to thank Christian, who was very helpful with my purchases. I found out, crepes are a great hit for potlucks too! So, if your in the area stop by and ask for Christian, you won't regret it

I went to Aloha Crepes last week and it was great! The staff was super friendly and the service was fast. It was dinnertime, so I decided to opt for a more filling crepe over a dessert one. The worker helping me suggested either the Chicken Bacon Ranch (grilled chicken, spinach, bacon, ranch) or the Turkey Pesto (turkey, spinach, mozzarella, pesto sauce). I decided on the Turkey Pesto with mushrooms, and wow, it was delicious! Can't wait to go back and try one of their dessert crepes! :) PS. Buy one crepe and get 50% off your second crepe when you use your iDcard OR get 20% off when you check in on Yelp.

Groupon $7 for $20 worth of sweet desserts. It's located inside Windward mall where near Sanrio. The shop is small with nice seating. I told the cashier, could be the owner, that we have a groupon. He told us we can only order desserts, not the savory crepe. Darn... So we got a small li hing flavor snowflake with condensed milk $5~, a regular size Afternoon delight Crepe $8.75, and a oreo funk crepe small size $6. The li hing flavor is very rare. There was enough flavoring, love the taste. It was soo good. The snowflakes were soft and smooth. The afternoon delight crepe has strawberries and cheesecake inside. It was pretty good. The Oreo Funk had a creamy peanut butter inside with oreo cookie crumbs on top. Both crepes were really sweet. I wish I could try the savory crepes. It looked really good!

Me and a couple friends happened to be stranded at Windward Mall one day. Haha, I'm kidding...we went shopping at N.Cat and were hungry afterwards. What a convenient place for them to be! They are located right next door, so any KPOP addicts like us who want some sweet desserts on an empty stomach, try some Aloha Crepes! I know I've tried these crepes at their Kaimuki location, but I forgot to review..so here I am again and this time I remember exactly what I got! Me and my friend both got the afternoon delight crepe without knowing, we ordered separately and at different times (if I had known, I would have got something else grrrrrr). It consisted of cheesecake filling, graham crackers and strawberries! Super yummy. It was really sweet, especially with the cheesecake filling inside and heaping dollop of whipped cream on top, but I finished EVERYTHING. If you don't like a lot of sugar, I suggest getting another crepe, preferably ones in the 'savory' section of the menu. My friend couldn't finish her crepe cause it was too sweet so she had to split it with another person. Our other friend got an oreo funk, and although she enjoyed it...she said it was like eating a spoonful of peanut butter in every bite. Well, it did consist of peanut butter, oreo, nutella and banana. I liked how they give you a styrofoam plate-lunch box for the crepe (it does get messy) and you can also watch how they make it right in front of you. Not bad for the price, and plus if you check in on yelp, you get a 20% discount! If I'm ever in the area and craving sweets, I'll be getting another crepe!

They also make bubble drinks! They are super good. My favorites are the strawberry and guava flavored. They call it a haunani! I definitely recommend you order one when your in the mall :) but I warn you they are addicting

I love any restaurant or eating place that has pictures on the wall to go along with the names of dishes. I had the strawberry with azuki beans and mochi balls. (snowflake) Workers are friendly and answer any questions you may have.

I try my best to support the local companies, especially the ones that are in the mall because I know how hard it is to stay alive in the mall. My family and I are frequent customers at this location. We've been coming here since they first came to windward mall. The crepes are always good, even my 2 year old loves it. The service in the other hand was horrible today. There were three young people working. When I was getting my money from my purse the cashier was taping her nails on the counter. I don't think she knows much about customer service. Two minutes later a bunch of highschool kids arrive. They were all friends I'm assuming. The two working were making a giving away free crepes and snow to their friends. The female cashier was swearing and yelling behind the counter!! Acting like a teenager, it totally ruined my pleasant time. I also ordered snow and the young man the made apparently made it wrong and just handed it to one of his friends. He made me another one and it wasn't like it should. The snow was so compact. It wasn't fluffy at all. I thought it was extremely rude that they were both giving away free food while I'm seating here as a paying customer. I'm only going eat there if the owner/manager is there. He is always friendly and has great customer service.

Worst service ever. Make sure to ask the 13 year old "manager" about his loud and obnoxious opinion of the military. You might need to be put in a restraining jacket after giving this kid a healthy throat punch or two. Go to Ben and Jerry or even friken hotdog on a stick to get dessert. Let these punks go out of business.

They have a coupon for buy one get one free in the entertainment book, but not all aloha crepes serve the same: alaskan crepe - 3 stars - for $8.75 this crepe had just bits of salmon, that didn't have much taste. After seeing the size of the crepe, it was half the size and ingredients of their sister store in pearl city, and the salmon was microwaved to cook, so I was a bit disappointed, but edible. morning glorious crepe - 3 stars - for $8.75 we had a choice of ham turkey or Portuguese sausage. It was ok, but again, had very little ingredients. Without the coupon it wouldn't have been worth the price. The cashier was also the cook, so that was odd for a small business to have only one person doing everything by himself.

I love crepes! But I never even consider getting crepes at "Aloha Crepes". Why? Because the Snow Ice is all I can focus on. When I see the store all I see is the snow ice menu. I think it is because the shave ice is so overwhelming good that I can't open my mind up to ordering anything else there. So this review is just about the shave ice part of the business. Location: Inside of Windward Mall. It is not in the foodcourt but on the bottom floor next to HT Burgers. In the wing that leads to the theaters and the pet store. It has a hand full of seats inside but there are some tables out in the mall too. Snow Flakes: This is more the Taiwan/Japanese style snowflake shave ice vs. the Hawaiian "shaved ice". This style is my favorite. I never get the Hawaiian "shaved ice" any more. So the real test was when I brought some mainland visitors here and we all selected various flavors of the snowflake bowls. They had never had this before but I convinced them to give it a try. I always prefer simple combinations. But everyone else got fancy combos with toppings and condensed milk. Even the small bowls are huge. Everyone loved it! My little niece was slow in eating hers but she wouldn't leave it behind. When we all finished and left to wander around the mall, she brought along her bowl and eventually finished it. No way she was going to leave it just because she was slow! I'm rating the snowflake desserts as 5 stars. Crepes: They sure look good but I did't have one! I need to try one that's for sure. Service: I've never had anything but good service. I noticed some of the other reviews report poor experiences. I've been here several times and it's always been good.

We got a Banana Jamma and 3 mango snowflake combos. Very impressed by the serving size. The workers were very friendly and always made sure we were ok. Asking if we needed napkins and water. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for having great prices and great value!!

Great place, yummy grinds, lots of choices. Would define try suggest it to anyone passing through. Friendly staff too.

Young people running the restaurant . . . HORRIBLE SERVICE . . . they spend more time gossiping and using vulgar language among each other. Plus, their friends come over and it's like a PAR-TAY. Will not come here again and will not refer people over. I ordered the Alaskan Crepe . . . it was poorly prepared (see following photos) and tasted bland. I think it had to do with the horrible service and inattentiveness of the children running the show on the weekends. Pretty sad because it really is a good place; totally not worth the price. The Aiea store is the BOMB!!

No aloha at aloha crepes. We show up at 8:42pm, we think we are good since they close at 9pm. Wrong. We wait to order because there is no one at the cashier but there is a guy cleaning in the back. The lights are on, a bunch of teenagers hanging out eating at their tables yet no one helps us even though I'm 99.9% the kid cleaning sees us. After finally getting him to acknowledge us he says they are closed. What?! Wow, I've finished writing this and it's not even 9pm yet. Too bad I won't be giving these guys a try again. If you want to close early that's fine but at least put up a sign and close the door so customers know.

Excellent snowflake dessert and service! I didn't have to wait long at all and the price for how much you get is a deal! I'll definitely be back again.

Wanted to order, but it seemed like the worker were too engrossed with their phones and their guitar jam session. FAIL!!!

The manager who made my crepe was very friendly and knowledgeable about crepes and he was pasionate about creating the best crepe possible. I absolutely loved the crepe he made (a create your own crepe). They have a wide range of choices which will satisfy all different taste buds. I def will come back and try out the savory ones, too.

I'm very impressed with the customer service. The gentleman who helped me was really nice. I told him what I wanted because I didn't see it on the menu and he was glad to fix me up with what I wanted. That was...... Bananas, strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate! It was nice and neatly prepared with a smile! I totally enjoyed it. If you check in to help you get a 20 percent off coupon! What a deal

  • Liberty D.

Very delicious! I usually don't eat crepes but this place changed my mind lol. Our very first order was an "WHOA" which had banana cream, nutella, strawberries, banana and strawberry sauce. And I loved it....i usually like things light and this was definitely light and fulfilling. Today we were able to try "Fun Guy" breakfast (sausage, cheddar cheese and eggs), "Smores" (graham crackers, marshmallow and chocolate) this was very chocolatey so if you love chocolate this one's for you. The facility is small and orders may take a while, so you may have to be patient, but I think it's worth the wait. The staffs so far that we've met were very friendly and tries their best to make everyone's order in a timely manner....because we understand that it can get busy we are able to wait for our order. Overall we love this place.

Went tonight to redeem a restaurant.com certificate and was pleased with the service and quality of food. The hardest part was picking which crepe to order. Haven't been here in awhile but I liked the new menu addition of the mini crepes. Our kids shared one and was perfectly satisfied. We haven't ordered any desserts so no reviews for that. Love their savory menu.

I ordered the mini chicken Alfredo crepe and it was soooo good! It had chicken and bacon with a really tasty Alfredo sauce. The crepe itself was just a touch sweet, the perfect consistency and soo yummy! I devoured that thing haha. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had "mini" options. I wasn't that hungry so the portion and price ($6.00?) was just right. I think the regular sizes range from $7-$10? I thought it was neat that you can watch them prepare your crepe right in front of you. The guy working was a middle-agish Asian man and he was kind and made my crepe rather quickly. I was perfectly satisfied with the customer service. I read some reviews complaining about some lame teenagers who work there, so I'm glad they weren't there when I decided to stop in. I had an over all great experience and will definitely be back soon to try more of the different options they have!

I had my first crepe last night over here, GREAT service from this tall kid that walked the food outside to my family and I, and the crepes were like heaven in every bite!

Snow Flakes in Kaneohe! This location of Aloha Crepes and Snow Flakes can be found within Windward Mall shopping Center. I was shopping at the mall and this place caught my eye. I have been known to frequent the Aloha Crepes in the heart of Kaimuki town, so it was interesting to see this location here in Kaneohe. I'm not usually a fan of crepes, but more of a pancake type of guy. For me, coming here, I would be the one going for the snow. Not sure what is it about snow that drives people here. Is it an alternative to shaved ice and traditional ice cream and gelato. Many people have their personal favorites, but I choose ice cream first, but can squeeze in some snow while in the area. With that said, Aloha Crepes is a small operation, so it's good to support local whenever possible. The ambiance of this place is more like an casual ice cream shop experience rather than a sit down place, but it is what it is. The foot traffic here when I came here was not bad at all, but it was clearly not crowded when I came here on a recent Saturday afternoon in August. As mentioned before the location of Aloha Crepes is in Windward Mall in Kaneohe. The parking situation is good, since you can park anywhere within the Windward Mall complex or even better - park across the street at the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center and walk on over. If you are like me, bus routes 55 and 65 stop next to Windward Mall, so you can get your fix if you don't have access to some wheels. The Aloha Crepes location is located on the first floor of the mall, near the Sports Authority. The most important thing here is that they accept credit cards, which is amazing, as always. For the sweet treat of the day, I opted for one of the snow items, but after reading a few reviews, that oreo crepe sounded magnificent, but will try that out some other time, whenever I am in the area. The prices here - at least for the crepes seemed - to me - kind of overpriced, but I guess that's how it is at times. I opted for the chocolate flavored snow with mocha balls and azuki beans. It was an interesting flavor, comparable to real chocolate ice cream. I got the "dat size" and, for what it was worth, it was not bad - at least for the price. The snow experience was under $5, which was good for me and the wallet. The chocolate snow was decently good and smooth. The flavor wasn't too powerful and the smoothness of the snow felt good going down. The sugar content wasn't too much, but yet it was just right for that moment you wanted something good, delicious, and savory in your mouth at a particular moment in time. That's how I felt that day. The overall experience here was just okay. The customer service here can be improved a bit, where the cashiers were teenagers who seem to feel like they don't want to be here, but out with their friends. Still, Aloha Crepes is good for the soul. The overall experience was just okay, although the chocolate snow was pretty good and delicious. I would say 3.5 stars and round up to 4.0 stars, just to be sure. Yet, real ice cream would've been a better choice, but flavored snow would be a nice alternative anyway. Snow is good for the soul. Enough said. Support local! B

The service was great, very chatty guy while he made our crepes. He also brought them out to us when they were done. My husband and I had the Turkey Pesto and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. So good!!!! Our tastebuds were so happy. Both of them are perfect for a healthy lunch. Go there!!

Ordered three crepes today, the turkey pesto, chicken bacon ranch, and the fun guy with spinach added on. They were all delicious and made to perfection. The girl working today provided great customer service. We will be returning soon.

OK, I have to admit I was not what I consider a fan of crepes until I tried this place. I had previously watched owner Eric making them and some of their loyal customers waiting with gleeful anticipation. I finally decided to try a "non-desert" or non-traditional one earlier this week, called the Alaskan (I think...). Eric whipped it out in record time. Salmon lox with spinach, artichoke, olives, capers, & ranch dressing. OMG! Party in my mouth. I added parmesan cheese as a garnish. The thinness of the crepe really highlights the flavors of whats inside. It's also much less carbs (if you care about that kind of thing) than a regular or sub sandwhich. I will probably try a desert one next, heard he will come out with a apple-pie type version, offers a scoop of ice cream to go with it (so much for carb savings, ha!). Apple pie & ice cream is one of my few sweet treat weaknesses....

I have to confess, I'm a crepe addict! I love crepes and I would travel around the world just to find the best crepes, and that's what I've been doing lately driving around Oahu to find the best crepes. In fact that's gonna be my next list. ALL about crepes. I therefore conclude that over all the best crepe I've ever tasted, is ALOHA CREPES don't get me wrong other crepes stores, yours is good too but It Aloha crepes crepes is the only one that can satisfy every fiber of my being, I'm serious they're crepes would consume your soul that you'll forget your name after tasting their crepes, and that's why I'm so crazy for them. I usually get WOAH with vanilla ice cream scoop, it's the best, and they stuff it with load of banana and strawberry and they don't go cheap on nutella and whip cream too, they don't only serve dessert crepes but also main meal rather than just dessert, the fillings are more substantial. For example: cheese (usually grated), ham, eggs, mushrooms, asparagus, or meats. Ambiance: Simple clean, very inviting, you can smell the aroma of the crepe batter. Service: Oh easy 5 stars, the ladies that make the crepes were very friendly the one time I went there and the owner was there He was very friendly too. Price: $$ moderate, of course depending on your additional toppings or if you wanted to add ice cream, they accept cash, card, discover, visa. Overall would recommend Aloha Crepes, in fact a must have if you're in Oahu, perfect dessert for his coming summer, I love this place and they never fail to make me oh so happy.

I got the Taro and Coconut shaved snow with jelly, mochi, and azuki beans, and it was delicious! I could taste the real coconut milk in the coconut snow. It was much bigger than me and my boyfriend anticipated and sadly, we couldn't finish it all. Very generous portion, very tasty, and a fair price. A great summer treat! We will be back!

After dinner at Gyu-Kaku at Windward mall, we were craving crepes. We utilized Yelp and found this creperie. It was 8:40 on a Monday and knew we had to hurry because they were only open until 9:00. Because we were right next door we got there no later than 8:45. One of the workers was mopping and did not look happy to see us. She finished mopping and went behind the counter to take our order. After taking our order, one of the other workers gave her a look and told her that the equipment was off. She gave the same look back and told her to turn them on. Once we started talking to them, they seemed a little more lively. My friend got a strawberry crepe and I got the Oreo special one. Overall they were really good (I think mine would have been better sans Oreo). The crepes are a little pricey and the actual pancake was a little thicker than I prefer, but we will be back. We will make sure to come back waaaaaay before closing though.

They have very horrible customer sevice, I had no compliance when ordering there for my first time. The woman looked like she hated her job anf was very rude. I definitely am considering not dining there because if the sercive I received. The pearl city one is WAY better

I'll start by saying, I lived in France and know what a crepe is suppose to taste like. For six dollars - no. For 3- okay, an enjoyable extra thin pancake-not a crepe. On a positive note.. tons of options of toppings and large portions. Authentic crepe... Authentic not.

Great crepes. Prices were good. Service was good and fast. My 1 year old loved them

  • Janelle D.

The owner is very friendly and makes sure the order is done correctly and timely. But if you go when he's not there the service is markedly different and not in a good way. The employees are young and need some work on their customer service skills. It's never a good idea to allow employees to have their cell phones with them while they're working- major distraction! I've seen one more than one occasion the employees giving away free food to the mall security guards and their friends. The bigger problem is that they do this before making paid customers orders! I waited 20 minutes for 2 crepes because they made a crepe for their friend who was behind me in line. After making his friends crepe, the guy said he would start on my second crepe. Meanwhile my snow ice is sitting on the counter melting away. I understand that crepes take some time to make but they really move at a snails pace. The food itself is delicious, I love the crepes and snow ice. The variety is good and the crepes are filling!

Great service from Eric. He was very friendly and helpful with the menu options. We had the Big Chocolate and it was delicious! It was huge and filled with brownie pieces, we couldn't even finish it. Definitely returning, not just for the delicious crepes but also for the great service.

Friendly guy working there (Eric I think), very yummy crepes, convenient location, and dessert looks good (didn't get to try any, but I'll be back!) Lots of options to choose from...

I've tried four different crepes here and I liked The Ultimate Corned Beef and OMG the best so far. They are made to order so plan on waiting but the wait was never very long when I was there. It is a tiny little place, but there are tables and chairs all over the mall and it comes in a to go container. I also like that it is open until 10pm. BTW the phone number on here (808) 247-5848 is incorrect.

    (4)
  • Lyra H.

The store is on the smaller side. They have a sitting area which, I felt ,was a tad bit close to the ordering area. When I had to wait for my crepe, it was a bit squishy. Anyway, the workers were friendly, but there were only two! I placed an order for the "Fun Guy". It's a breakfast crepe with cheese, choice of meat, mushrooms, and eggs. I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait. I understand it was a busy day. The mall was holding an event as there were TONS of people there. But with that said, don't the businesses now of this? (even Subway ran out of bread and could only serve flatbread sandwiches). You could tell the girls were a bit inexperienced with that type of rush. It would have been nice to see an extra worker there to help with the amount of customers. My wait ended up being longer than 15, but the crepe looked & smelled delicious. I definitely have to go back, so I can give an update. I wish there was a half star option. They don't only sell crepes here. They also have these shave ice type things called snowflakes! A bunch of people purchased these while I was there, and they look DELICIOUS. Especially if it's a hot day. The ice itself looks softer than shave ice. There were also a bunch of flavors. I'm definitely going to try this when I go back.
