I usually really enjoy Outback. The visit I had to this location though, was just ok. The Bloomin' Onion was very good, and crispy - just how I like it. I went with my dad, he ordered the lamb and I ordered the Caesar Salad and the 6oz Outback special. Our server was very nice. The salad was good, there was just a little too much dressing on it though. When my steak came out, the top looked a little burned, like they had seared it too much. My dad's lamb was that way too, just a little too burnt on one side. We didn't say anything, there's really no going back from a little too burnt besides starting over. But I wasn't thrilled. Other than the burnt sides of the meat, it was fine - just not a great Outback experience.

Corporate needs to SHUT IT DOWN! Awful food and service. Waited an hour to get food...came out could and steak overcooked. Remade food, no change. Waitress did not check on our family once. Needs to improve! It made my father say he would never return to another Outback ever...I would. But not this one.

It's Outback, I had great ribs and enjoyed 2-4-1 drinks during happy hour (which we had for about 10 minutes, it ends at 7 p.m.). Our waiter was very nice and took great care of us -- brought extra bread when we asked, etc. It was busy but not overly crowded on a Monday night. PS - did you know that a Bloomin' Onion has 4,000 calories in it?!?! No that wasn't a typo. Sweet jesus that thing is so delicious, but that's insane! I used to love ordering that thing but after our server filled us in on that gem of information, I'm going to cut my losses from here on out...

This place is great. The friendliest Outback I have ever been to. We took my Dad here for his birthday and they bring him the cake and ice cream, but they don't sing which we actually prefer! :P The manager is very sweet and makes a point to stop at every table, but not in an annoying way ( no invading your private space and sitting down next to you ) and the food of course is delicious and the restaraunt itself is clean and immaculate. So, there you have it. Enjoy your Outback, Valdosta, you have one of the finest anywhere! :)

Not the most efficient wait staff. They appeared to be completely slammed but in reality, it was a rainy Thursday night and the place was not overly busy. Ordered the parmesan herb crusted chicken with seasonal vegetables. The vegetables were cooked properly but the chicken was way overcooked. It was dry and tough. The ceasar salad was good. Overall it's what you typically expect from a corporate type restaurant. Nothing to wow you.

We go to outbacks when we travel because its impossible to get into the cape coral or ft myers outbacks without an hour wait. Anywhere else in the country tho..it seems there is no wait at all....anyway..the coconut shrimp was good..the prime rib was also very good and huge

We went on a Monday for the "all you can eat" shrimp"! That was a joke! We were seated right away as there were only a couple tables seated when we arrived. Our waitress didn't take our drink order for about 10 minutes, which was another 10 before we got them. Then we ordered an awesome blossom which took 15-20 min to come out...in that time we didn't see our waitress again. We all needed refills but couldn't get them. When she finally brought the onion out, we asked to love our order, we all ordered the steak and shrimp and begged her for drink refills. The food came out about 25 min later. We had to call her back for refills and asked for refills of our shrimp, since there are only 5 shrimp per order! It took 20 minutes to get our second order of "endless shrimp"! When that order came we again asked for drink refills and another order of shrimp...after another 15 min passed we asked if we could be comped for the endless shrimp since we didn't get a chance to eat endless amounts of shrimp due to her inability to check on her tables...her reply; no! She didn't even offer to ask the manager to see what she could do. Now we may have come at a bad time and just were unlucky enough to get this terrible waitress. I understand that this is not necessarily a problem with the outback chain as I have eaten at good ones before. But after an experience like this; I can not go back their and CAN NOT recommend that anyone else eat here. If you do...good luck and I hope you have a better experience than we did...my advice, read all the reviews first, as we are not the only dissatisfied customers.

Note to self Outback has lost a step when it comes to taste vs Texas Roadhouse the best item of the night was the garlic mashed potatoes; the appetizer was tasty with a little jalapeno on top; the hamburger steak with a little lackluster; (if I wanted a poor quality hamburger would grab a mcdouble, not even the gravy could save it); the sirloin was overcooked and had to be sent back and recooked; hopefully they will correct these items but vs Texas Roadhouse and Longhorns Outback has lost two stars

Would have given 5 stars but thought the hostesses were unorganized and one seemed lazy & a little rude. We had a party of 6, sat at 2 booths and both tables weren't given utensils before food was brought out. We had to go to the hostess to get silverware. Now for the good part... I had a Wallabydarned mix drink so yummy, the guys had margaritas some frozen and some had the new one on the rocks and they all loved them. Bread was great, blooming onion was good. Ordered medium rare ribeye with grilled lobster -was amazing & best steak I've had in a while! I love the infused fruit water (friendly hostess fixes me one to go. I'm glad they put the salt & pepper grinders on the table now. Our waiter was nice and the food was timed well. It was a great meal after a long hard day!

Food and service was good for what one expects from Outback. However, this particular Outback chooses to violate merchant account practices by asking for ID to accept your credit card. This practice exposes the customer to potential identity theft by sharing billing address, ID number, birthdate, etc to the staff. This practice only protects the business, not the customer. Customer has ZERO liability for credit card fraud. Don't eat here unless you want to accept the risk your identity may be put at risk for being stolen.
