My wife and I have been to this restaurant 4 times, of them we had great service once. Two times services was so slow and the waitress was inattentive we spent more than 2 hours for two drinks and entrees. The fourth and last time, we sat at the bar for 10minutes, watched a manager and two servers make eye contact, and keep moving, eventually we just got up and left. No drinks, no contact other then when we told hostess we would like to sit at the bar. It's just sad that 75% of the time we have been in this place, it's been bad/no service.

In for dinner celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We had Lee for a server and he was totally awesome. We are both in the business and we know good service when we see it. Thank you Lee for a great night.

Food here is good but I'm disappointed that they've discontinued some of my favorite dishes like the Sierra chicken!

Our waitress was awesome! I heard her mention she has been working for Darden for 20 years. Great service. The food was pretty good. We ordered two "Perfect" margaritas and they great and perfectly made (no pun intended!). We ordered The Texas Tonion for an appetizer and it was okay. Kind of reminded me of a knock-off bloomin' onion that was ripped apart. It tasted good but it wasn't worth the price. We both ordered the new Hawaiian Ribeye and it was awesome! Perfectly cooked. The asparagus for the side was pretty bland though. The price was great for the steaks! Overall, it was a nice visit but a bit expensive for the atmosphere.

Clean, great service, food (prime rib and burger for lunch) was very good. Worth the money and time.

It was favorite aunt's birthday a few days ago, so we chose to take her to Longhorns since it was the closest steakhouse in her town. Looking back it wasn't the best place to celebrate her birthday due to the bad service. I ordered the champagne lobster topped filet. The filet was much smaller than advertised and there was hardly any lobster on top. I asked for the manager and he snobishly says that's how it's suppose to look and there's exactly 4 ounces of lobster on the filet. I've managed a restaurant bar for over 12 years and I know portion sizes. This dish wasn't nearly what was described in the menu and the manager wasn't helpful at all. We won't be going back to this Longhorns and probably won't be back to any other chains for awhile.

Tasteful but small portions it seems. Half of a chicken breast on a $12.99 salad is not acceptable. The ribeye was extra thin too. Overcooked because of it. Great service though.

Bad service. The waitress came back 5-10 minutes afterwards that she could not read her handwriting and wanted to know what was one of the side items. No apologies. Then one of our sprite had a seed in the bottom of the glass with no lemon, so we didn't know where it came from so the manager came over and we told her and she was giving a not so good excuse and was was not very polite about it. Would not come back to this location.

Service is always friendly and prompt. Salads, appetizers, entrees are always prepared perfectly and come in portions that won't leave you hungry. My favorite is the flo's filet, wrapped in bacon, with mashed potatoes and the Wild West shrimp app.

We have been here several times. The food is always good and occasional different treats.

It's okay...I had a gift card is why I am here. Good drinks at the bar but more of a family spot.

Lawdly! So, Im at lunch and my lunch companion "thought" it would be fine to talk about another woman nonstop. Not only did he do that but took a phone call from her during our appetizer which was the shrimp and avocado dip, it was ok could have been better. It was a bit hard to eat the way it was arranged on the plate and the avocado was almost nonexistent. Any who, while twiddling my thumbs and listening to their conversation, our food came. Order was wrong, sent it all back. Second time the food came, looked good until he bit into his mashed potatoes and pulled out a long clear piece of plastic. Now I know what you're thinking, payback, right? Yeah, me too but on the other hand I guess it could have been a choking hazard. Regardless, I am glad that didn't happen. Manager came by, apologetic of course and took the meal off the bill. We also got dessert for free. Key lime pie, at least I think it was good. My lunch companion dove into it and scooped up all the raspberry sauce, yes ALL of it before I could get any. He seemed to enjoy it. But that's for another day another time. Happy Valentine's Day! I should have stayed home and had a bowl of cereal, alone.

Very disappointed that they have done away with the Desert Pear Margarita :( It was my favorite for many years. Of course Wild Horses couldn't drag me away, so I stayed to enjoy good conversation with my friend over several Perfect Margaritas (Perfect was an exaggeration!). But, the company was nice and so really, not much else mattered. Tonight, I was overall unenthusiastic about LongHorn. I have had much better service and quality....and the bar top was not clean....at all. Actually, behind the bar was pretty darn yucky too! I am giving LongHorn a Great Big...Let's clean it up and Represent, you're allowing the overall experience to deteriorate!

One of my favorite lunch spots in the neighborhood, the lobster chowder is great and so is the salmon dinner

My in-laws were visiting from the UK, so my husband and I thought Longhorn would be a nice place for his parents & my family to enjoy a meal together. We called ahead to check wait times since we had a group of 9, and they said it would be no more than about 5-10 minutes to get our table set up. When we arrived, we literally only had to wait about 2-3 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was very friendly. She and the other employees did a nice job of making sure we were looked after, had drink refills, plenty of bread, etc. The waitress gave us plenty of time to mull over the menu, and when we were ready she promptly took our orders. I thought we might have to wait a while for the food to come out (and understandably so since there were 9 of us), but it was pleasantly fast. All of our orders were correct, and the food was delicious. We had steaks ranging from rare to well done at the table, and all of them were just fine. My husband and I wanted to pay for dinner as a treat for our families, so before the meal we asked our waitress to give us the bill at the end. She was very accommodating, and did just that. My father in law ordered a beer, but it took a while to come out, so the manager ended up comping his drink (we didn't ask, he just did it to be nice). Great service! It was a very enjoyable dining experience.

Had the Flo's Filet, 9 oz, along with a side salad and sweet potato for a to go order. If you've been to long horns before, nothing will surprise you. The wait time for the to go order seemed longer than normal, although football was on so I didn't mind sitting at the bar and watching the game. Standard fare

We stopped by after church. There was no wait, we were seated immediately. We had a large party so we had to servers who were very nice. I got a burger, another family member had strip steak. To keep things short, everyone was pleased with their meals. Bring lots of money because it is not a cheap place. Overall, the experience was cool, I will definitely go back.

Had the 7 Pepper Sirloin Salad. It was huge! Very good! You gotta cut the steak up better yourself though (big pieces).
